The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2 together, the control method according to the embodiment of the present invention may be used to control the intelligent mirror 1000. The smart mirror 1000 includes a camera 100. The control method comprises the following steps:
step S220: privacy protection processing is performed on privacy part images contained in the images acquired by the camera 100; and
step S240: and detecting the environmental parameters of the intelligent mirror 1000, and controlling the camera 100 to be closed according to the environmental parameters.
Referring again to fig. 2, the control device 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention can be used to control the intelligent mirror 1000. The smart mirror 1000 includes a camera 100. The control device 200 includes a processing module 220 and a control module 240. The processing module 220 is configured to perform privacy protection processing on the privacy location image included in the image acquired by the camera 100. The control module 240 is configured to detect an environmental parameter of the smart mirror 1000, and control the camera 100 to turn off according to the environmental parameter.
That is, the control method according to the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by the control device 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention, wherein the step S220 may be implemented by the processing module 220, and the step S240 may be implemented by the control module 240.
The control device 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to the intelligent mirror 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention, or the intelligent mirror 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the control device 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention.
According to the control method, the control device 200 and the intelligent mirror 1000 provided by the embodiment of the invention, privacy protection processing is performed on the privacy part image and the camera 100 is controlled to be turned off, so that the camera 100 is prevented from revealing the privacy of the user, and the privacy protection of the user is realized.
In some embodiments, the smart mirror 1000 may utilize a display screen to display the image captured by the camera 100 to achieve the mirror-looking effect of the user, for example, a front panel of the display screen has a half-through and half-reflecting function, and the user can observe the content displayed by the display screen through the front panel, or the front panel can be used as a normal mirror. Of course, the front panel of the display screen may also be a common transparent panel, so that the user can directly see the image captured by the camera 100 on the display screen, or a combination of a common mirror and the display screen, which is not limited herein.
In the example of fig. 1, the control method includes step S220 and step S240, and step S220 is performed before step S240. Thus, the intelligent mirror 1000 can only perform privacy protection processing on the image collected by the camera 100 in a general situation, and can close the camera 100 in an emergency situation. It is understood that, in other embodiments, the control method includes step S220 or step S240, that is, the control method only protects the privacy of the user through one of step S220 and step S240, and accordingly, the control apparatus 200 includes one of the processing module 220 and the control module 240, which is not limited herein.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the privacy area image refers to an image corresponding to a privacy area of the user, such as an image corresponding to a chest area, a hip area, or the like.
Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment, step S220 includes at least one of the following:
step S222: fuzzifying the private part image;
step S224: the privacy portion image is removed from the image.
Referring to fig. 4, in one embodiment, the processing module 220 includes a first processing unit 222 and/or a second processing unit 224. The first processing unit 222 is configured to perform blurring processing on the privacy portion image. The second processing unit 224 is used to remove the privacy portion image from the image.
That is, step S222 may be implemented by the first processing unit 222, and step S224 may be implemented by the second processing unit 224.
Thus, the privacy protecting process can be performed on the privacy area image.
It is understood that the method of privacy protecting the privacy portion image may include a plurality of methods, for example, at least one of blurring the privacy portion image and removing the privacy portion image from the image. Specifically, at least one of the blurring process of the private part image and the removal of the private part image from the image refers to one of the following cases: fuzzifying the private part image; removing the privacy portion image from the image; the privacy portion image is blurred and removed from the image. It should be noted that the method for blurring the privacy area image may also include various methods, such as performing mosaic processing on the privacy area image or blurring the privacy area image; the method of removing the privacy portion image from the image may also include various methods, such as directly deleting the privacy portion image or replacing the privacy portion image with a special image (an image as each pixel value is the same).
In the example of fig. 3, step S220 includes step S222 and step S224, and step S222 is performed before step S224. In this way, the intelligent mirror 1000 can normally blur the private part image and remove the private part image from the image in an emergency. It is understood that in other embodiments, step S220 includes step S222 or step S224, and accordingly, the processing module 220 includes the first processing unit 222 or the second processing unit 224, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 5, in one embodiment, step S220 includes:
step S226: judging whether the image contains a privacy part image or not; and
step S228: when the image includes the privacy area image, the privacy area image is subjected to privacy protection processing.
Referring to fig. 6, in one embodiment, the processing module 220 includes a first determining unit 226 and a third processing unit 228. The first determining unit 226 is used for determining whether the image includes the privacy portion image. The third processing unit 228 is configured to perform privacy protection processing on the privacy portion image when the image includes the privacy portion image.
That is, step S226 may be implemented by the first judgment unit 226, and step S228 may be implemented by the third processing unit 228.
Thus, when the image includes the privacy portion image, the privacy portion image can be subjected to privacy protection processing.
Specifically, when the user performs activities such as makeup, brushing teeth, washing faces, and the like in front of the intelligent mirror 1000, the camera 100 generally collects only the face of the user, so that the image does not include the privacy zone image, and the intelligent mirror 1000 does not need to perform privacy protection processing on the privacy zone image. When the image includes the privacy zone image, the intelligent mirror 1000 needs to perform privacy protection processing on the privacy zone image.
In some embodiments, the intelligent mirror 1000 may further determine whether the user is exposed by image processing, for example, determine whether the user is exposed by determining a ratio of skin of the user to the image, and in a case that the user wears the mirror normally, the intelligent mirror 1000 may not use or need not perform privacy protection processing on the privacy area image, so that unnecessary power consumption may be avoided. In the case that the user is exposed, the intelligent mirror 1000 needs to perform privacy protection processing on the privacy portion image of the exposed privacy portion, so as to prevent the privacy information of the user from being leaked.
Referring to fig. 7, in one embodiment, step S240 includes:
step S241: and controlling the camera head 100 to stop working.

That is, step S241 may be implemented by the first control unit 241.
In this way, the intelligent mirror 1000 can control the camera 100 to be turned off by controlling the camera 100 to stop working, thereby preventing the image shot by the camera 100 from revealing the privacy of the user.
It is understood that the method for controlling the camera 100 to be turned off may be to control the camera 100 to stop working, thereby reducing the power consumption of the camera 100. The method for controlling the camera 100 to stop operating may be to control the camera 100 to enter a sleep mode or to disconnect the electrical connection between the camera 100 and the power supply device, which is not particularly limited herein.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10 together, in one embodiment, the intelligent mirror 1000 includes a cover assembly 300, and the step S240 includes:
step S242: the cover assembly 300 is controlled to shield the camera head 100.
Referring again to fig. 10, in one embodiment, the smart mirror 1000 includes a cover assembly 300 and the control module 240 includes a second control unit 242. The second control unit 242 is used for controlling the cover assembly 300 to shield the camera 100.
That is, step S242 may be implemented by the second control unit 242.
As such, the smart mirror 1000 may block the camera 100 by controlling the cover assembly 300 to prevent the camera 100 from taking images.
It can be understood that the method for controlling the closing of the camera 100 may be to control the cover assembly 300 to cover the camera 100, so as to ensure that the camera 100 cannot shoot images, and further avoid the leakage of the privacy information of the user. When the intelligent mirror 1000 is networked, a person with poor mind may intrude into the intelligent mirror 1000 and control the camera 100 to start to steal the privacy information of the user, and the camera 100 is shielded by the cover assembly 300 to avoid such a situation. Moreover, when the user uses the intelligent mirror 1000 as a general mirror or does not use the intelligent mirror 1000, the user does not need to see the camera 100, and the user is prevented from feeling uncomfortable.
In some embodiments, the control method may include steps S241 and S242, thereby protecting the privacy of the user and avoiding unnecessary power consumption. It is understood that step S241 may be executed before step S242, step S241 may also be executed after step S242, and step S241 may also be executed simultaneously with step S242, which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the cover assembly 300 can be manually configured to cover the camera head 100, such as by a user rotating the cover assembly 300 such that the cover assembly 300 covers the camera head 100.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12 together, in one embodiment, the cap assembly 300 includes a driving device 320 and a cap 340. The driving device 320 is used for driving the cover 340 to cover or expose the camera head 100. Step S242 includes:

Referring to fig. 10 and 12 together, in one embodiment, the cap assembly 300 includes a driving device 320 and a cap 340. The driving device 320 is used for driving the cover 340 to cover or expose the camera head 100. The second control unit 242 is used for controlling the driving device 320 to drive the cover 340 to cover the camera head 100.
That is, step S2422 may be implemented by the second control unit 242.
In this manner, the smart mirror 1000 may automatically block or uncover the camera head 100 with the cover 340.
Specifically, the driving device 320 may include a motor, a gear, a transmission belt, and the like, and the intelligent mirror 1000 operates by controlling the driving device 320 such that the driving device 320 drives the cover 340 to move, thereby shielding or exposing the camera 100. When the intelligent mirror 1000 needs to protect the privacy of the user, the driving device 320 can be controlled to drive the cover 340 to shield the camera 100; when the intelligent mirror needs to work normally with the camera 100, the driving device 320 can be controlled to drive the cover 340 to expose the camera 100.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14 together, in one embodiment, the intelligent mirror 1000 includes a temperature detection unit 400 and/or a humidity detection unit 500, and the environmental parameter includes a temperature parameter and/or a humidity parameter. Step S240 includes:
step S243: controlling the temperature detection unit 400 to detect a temperature parameter, and/or controlling the humidity detection unit 500 to detect a humidity parameter;
step S244: judging whether the temperature parameter is greater than a preset temperature and/or the humidity parameter is greater than a preset humidity;
step S245: and when the temperature parameter is greater than the preset temperature and/or the humidity parameter is greater than the preset humidity, controlling the camera 100 to be closed.
Referring again to fig. 14, in one embodiment, the smart mirror 1000 includes a temperature sensing unit 400 and/or a humidity sensing unit 500, and the environmental parameter includes a temperature parameter and/or a humidity parameter. The control module 240 includes a third control unit 243, a second determination unit 244, and a fourth control unit 245. The third control unit 243 is used for controlling the temperature detection unit 400 and/or the humidity detection unit 500 to detect the temperature parameter and/or the humidity parameter. The second determination unit 244 is used for determining whether the temperature parameter is greater than the preset temperature and/or the humidity parameter is greater than the preset humidity. The fourth control unit 245 is configured to control the camera 100 to turn off when the temperature parameter is greater than the preset temperature and/or the humidity parameter is greater than the preset humidity.
That is, step S243 may be implemented by the third control unit 243, step S244 may be implemented by the second determination unit 244, and step S245 may be implemented by the fourth control unit 245.
In this way, the smart mirror 1000 may control the camera 100 to turn off under certain conditions.
Specifically, the specific condition is that, for example, when the user is bathing, the privacy of the user is easily exposed when the camera 100 performs image capture, and therefore the camera 100 needs to be controlled to be turned off. When a user takes a bath, environmental parameters, such as temperature parameters and/or humidity parameters, generally change significantly, and whether the camera 100 needs to be turned off or not can be determined by judging the magnitude of the environmental parameters. The environmental parameters including temperature parameters and/or humidity parameters refer to any one of the following: the environmental parameter comprises a temperature parameter; the environmental parameter comprises a humidity parameter; the environmental parameters include a temperature parameter and a humidity parameter.
It is understood that the intelligent mirror 1000 may measure a temperature parameter and/or a humidity parameter, and correspondingly, the intelligent mirror 1000 comprises the temperature detection unit 400 and/or the humidity detection unit 500, i.e. the intelligent mirror 1000 comprises the temperature detection unit 400, or the intelligent mirror 1000 comprises the humidity detection unit 500, or the intelligent mirror 1000 comprises the temperature detection unit 400 and the humidity detection unit 500. In an example of the present invention, the smart mirror 1000 includes a temperature detection unit 400 and a humidity detection unit 500. When the temperature parameter and/or the humidity parameter is greater than a predetermined condition, for example, the temperature parameter is greater than a preset temperature, or the humidity parameter is greater than a preset humidity, or the temperature parameter is greater than a preset temperature and the humidity parameter is greater than a preset humidity, the intelligent mirror 1000 may control the camera 100 to ensure that the privacy information of the user is not leaked during bathing.
It should be noted that the temperature parameter being greater than the preset temperature may refer to the value of the temperature parameter being greater than the preset temperature, or may refer to the value of the temperature parameter being greater than the preset temperature; similarly, the humidity parameter greater than the preset humidity may refer to that the value of the humidity parameter is greater than the preset humidity, and may also refer to that the value of the humidity parameter changes by a magnitude greater than the preset humidity, which is not specifically limited herein. In addition, the preset temperature and the preset humidity may be obtained experimentally and stored in the intelligent mirror 1000 in advance, or may be set or modified by the user.
In some embodiments, the temperature detection unit 400 may be an electronic thermometer, a temperature sensor, or the like, and the humidity detection unit may be a humidity sensor, an electronic hygrometer, or the like, and is not particularly limited herein.
Referring to fig. 15, in one embodiment, step S240 includes:
step S246: controlling the intelligent mirror 1000 to send privacy prompt information;
step S247: and controlling the camera 100 to be closed according to the input instruction of the privacy prompt message by the user.
Referring to fig. 16, in one embodiment, the control module 240 includes a fifth control unit 246 and a sixth control unit 247. The fifth control unit 246 is used for controlling the intelligent mirror 1000 to send out privacy prompting information. The sixth control unit 247 is configured to control the camera 100 to turn off according to an input instruction of the privacy prompt information by the user.
That is, step S246 may be implemented by the fifth control unit 246, and step S247 may be implemented by the sixth control unit 247.
