技术领域:
本发明涉及电缆,主要是一种新型无机复合绝缘防火电缆。
背景技术:
在高温环境使用的电缆到电缆要求具有耐高温、耐火防火性能,使其在一定的高温状态下能持续使用,现有的耐火电缆的结构层次内耐火性结构结构单一,耐火性能差,影响电缆整体的性能;另外还要求该类电缆耐腐蚀,安装敷设方便。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型无机复合绝缘防火电缆,以解决现有技术存在的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种新型无机复合绝缘防火电缆,包括有绞合铜导体,其特征在于:所述的绞合铜导体外包覆有无机复合内绝缘层,无机复合内绝缘层内填充有珍珠岩和密封胶的混合填充物,所述无机复合内绝缘层外依次包覆有低烟无卤阻燃带绕包层、耐火云母层、静电屏蔽层,在静电屏蔽层外包覆有一铜护套,铜护套的外表面上涂覆有一层防火涂料,防火涂料外还涂覆有一层防腐涂层。
所述的一种新型无机复合绝缘防火电缆,其特征在于:在所述耐火云母层与静电屏蔽层之间设有无机复合外绝缘层。
本发明新型无机复合绝缘防火电缆的特点:
一、防火性能优越:耐火等级超过英国标准BS6387中规定的A类950℃~1000℃3h燃烧要求,同时在燃烧中能承受水喷与机械撞击。
二、连续生产长度长:不管是单芯,还是多芯电缆,其长度能满足供电长度需要,可达2000m。中间无需任何接头。
三、截面大:单芯电缆截面可达800mm2,三芯电缆可达240mm2
四、具有高柔性:采用绞合导体+铜护套轧纹,增加了电缆的柔软性。电缆可以盘在电缆盘上。
五、安全性好:其铜护套是最好的接地线,大大提高了接地保护灵敏度和可靠性。
六、耐腐蚀性好:无机复合绝缘防火电缆采用铜护套不需要穿管,铜护套耐腐蚀性好。
七、无电磁干扰:该电缆与信号电缆同时敷设时,该电缆在铜护套的屏蔽下,不会对信号线、控制电缆传输的信号产生干扰。

在所述耐火云母层5与静电屏蔽层6之间设有无机复合外绝缘层8。

1.一种新型无机复合绝缘防火电缆,包括有绞合铜导体,其特征在于:所述的绞合铜导体外包覆有无机复合内绝缘层,无机复合内绝缘层内填充有珍珠岩和密封胶的混合填充物,所述无机复合内绝缘层外依次包覆有低烟无卤阻燃带绕包层、耐火云母层、静电屏蔽层,在静电屏蔽层 外包覆有一铜护套,铜护套的外表面上涂覆有一层防火涂料,防火涂料外还涂覆有一层防腐涂层。
