本发明涉及台灯技术领域,具体为一种便携式高中生用台灯。
背景技术
台灯的工作原理主要是把灯光集中在一小块区域内,使光线集中起来,提高照明强度,便于工作和学习,现有的台灯携带不方便和不节能环保的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种便携式高中生用台灯,固定板可以收纳在卡槽中,使得本便携式高中生用台灯易于携带;用户将转动块旋转九十度,使得本便携式高中生用台灯放置牢固;太阳能发电板将太阳能转换成电能,使得本便携式高中生用台灯节能环保,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种便携式高中生用台灯,包括壳体,所述壳体上表面的左侧设有圆形的放置槽,放置槽的内部底面和伸缩杆的底端固定连接,伸缩杆的上端固定有竖杆,竖杆的侧面活动套接有套环,套环的侧面通过连接件与固定板的左侧面中间位置固定连接,固定板的上表面设有太阳能发电板,固定板的下表面设有LED发光板,壳体的上表面右侧固定有旋钮开关,壳体的内部固定有蓄电池和逆变器,太阳能发电板的输出端和逆变器的输入端电连接,逆变器的输出端和蓄电池的输入端电连接,蓄电池的输出端和旋钮开关的输入端电连接,旋钮开关的输出端和LED发光板的输入端电连接。在所述壳体(4)外设有防腐涂层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,与连接件和固定板对应壳体的上表面开设有卡槽。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述壳体的下表面开设有转动槽,转动槽的顶面中间位置固定有固定螺栓,固定螺栓的侧面活动套接有转动块。

作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防腐涂层按重量份由以下组分组成:纳米改性聚脲38.5份,纳米二氧化钛7.4份,丙烯酸锌树脂30.5份,丙二醇甲醚7.7份,羟乙基纤维7.4份,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺3.2份,苯酚磺酸3.5份,滑石粉3.1份,酚醛胺7.6,脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯0.55份,破泡聚硅氧烷溶液0.58份,端基改性有机硅0.32份,乙二醇丁醚11.9份,石墨烯3.3份,氧化铝7.9份;
制备方法:
A将苯酚磺酸,滑石粉,酚醛胺,乙二醇丁醚,石墨烯,氧化铝放入搅拌罐中,在50-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀;
B将纳米改性聚脲,纳米二氧化钛,丙烯酸锌树脂,丙二醇甲醚,羟乙基纤维,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺加入到步骤A中,并在90-110℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应15-45min;
C将脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,破泡聚硅氧烷溶液,端基改性有机硅和其它组分加入到步骤B中,在200~400r/min转速条件下,搅拌10~15分钟;经过滤即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本便携式高中生用台灯,固定板可以收纳在卡槽中,使得本便携式高中生用台灯易于携带;用户将转动块旋转九十度,使得本便携式高中生用台灯放置牢固;太阳能发电板将太阳能转换成电能,使得本便携式高中生用台灯节能环保。

在使用时:用户通过橡胶环13将固定板16拉出,用户根据需求调节固定板16的高度与角度;用户将转动块6旋转九十度,使得本便携式高中生用台灯放置牢固,且本便携式高中生用台灯可以通过永磁铁9固定在金属床上;用户通过旋钮开关18调节LED发光板15的放光强度,用户将本便携式高中生用台灯放置到阳光下,太阳能发电板17将太阳能转换成电能经逆变器10传输到蓄电池2中存储。
