As can be seen by comparison, the fine aggregates are modified in the example 1, so that the bonding strength between the fine aggregates is greatly improved, and the prepared water permeable brick has high wear resistance and stain resistance, so that the retention rate of the water permeability coefficient of the example 1 is far higher than that of the comparative example 1 after 3 years of use.
Comparative example 2
A natural stone-like water permeable brick was prepared by the method of example 1, except that the aqueous binder of the modified fine aggregate was replaced with a non-aqueous binder of the same quality to prepare a reference natural stone-like water permeable brick.
The water permeable brick prepared in comparative example 2 has the following performance indexes: compressive strength of 47.5Mpa, grinding pit length of 32mm, and water permeability coefficient (15 deg.C) of 6.7 × 10-2cm/s; after the freeze-thaw cycle test, the appearance quality has no front sticky skin and defect, no edge and corner loss, no crack, color difference, layering and the like, and the strength loss is 15%. After the water permeable brick is used for 3 years, the water permeability coefficient (15 ℃) is 3.6 multiplied by 10-2cm/s, and the stain resistance rating is 2.
The water permeable brick prepared in the example 1 has the following performance indexes: the compressive strength is 55.0Mpa, the length of a grinding pit is 29mm, and the water permeability coefficient (15 ℃) is 7.5 multiplied by 10-2cm/s; after the freeze-thaw cycle test, the appearance quality has no front sticky skin and defect, no edge and corner loss, no crack, color difference, layering and the like, and the strength loss is 14%. After the water permeable brick is used for 3 years, the water permeability coefficient (15 ℃) is 7.1 multiplied by 10-2cm/s, and the stain resistance rating is 0.
As can be seen by comparison, the water permeable brick prepared by the method of example 1 is different from the water permeable brick prepared by the method of comparative example 2 only in terms of the binder, and has different properties. The water permeable brick of example 1 had a much higher water permeability coefficient after 3 years of use than the water permeable brick of comparative example 1. And the stain resistance rating of comparative example 1 (grade 2) is lower than that of example 1 (grade 0).
The inventor analyzes the reason that the water permeability coefficient and the stain resistance of the natural stone-like water permeable brick prepared by the non-aqueous binder are poor, and probably after the non-aqueous binder is solidified, burrs formed after the binder is solidified exist in a microporous structure in the brick, and the burrs are easy to adsorb capillary pores of pollutants, so that the water permeability and the stain resistance of the brick are poor.
The stain resistance of the natural-like stone water permeable bricks prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 and 2 was rated by GB/T9780-2013, and the rating is shown in Table 1 below.

Comparative example 3
The performance indexes of the water permeable bricks prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2, the water permeable brick of example 1 of application No. 201610367940.3, and a commercially available water permeable brick were compared. As shown in table 2.

The comparison shows that the water permeable brick has the highest strength and the best pollution resistance. The water permeable brick has a compact surface layer, so that the water permeability is slightly reduced compared with that of the water permeable brick of application No. 201610367940.3, but the water permeability of the water permeable brick is reduced to a lower extent after 3 years of use, and the water permeability of the water permeable brick is reduced by about 15-16% after 3 years of use; the water permeability of the water permeable brick is reduced by about 3-5% after the water permeable brick is used for 3 years. The compressive strength of the water permeable brick is higher, and most importantly, the stain resistance of the water permeable brick is improved by 2 grades.
Therefore, compared with other water permeable bricks, the natural stone imitation stain resistant water permeable brick has the advantages of higher compressive strength, better stain resistance, good water permeability, lower water permeability reduction degree after 3 years of use, longer water permeable life and the like compared with the common water permeable brick.

Claims (5)

1. The natural stone imitated stain-resistant water permeable brick is characterized by comprising a stain-resistant water permeable surface layer and a water permeable base layer, wherein the stain-resistant water permeable surface layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of cement, 0.5-2 parts of water-based binder, 65-75 parts of modified fine aggregate, 2-4.5 parts of water, 1.5-2 parts of water penetrating agent and 3-8 parts of pigment; the permeable base layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 15-25 parts of fly ash, 5-10 parts of cement, 10-20 parts of carbide slag, 5-15 parts of furnace slag, 15-20 parts of construction waste, 2-4 parts of a water penetrating agent and 3-8 parts of water;
the modified fine aggregate comprises the following components in percentage by weight: aqueous binder: fine aggregate = 1: 5: 800, the mixing amount of the antioxidant is 0.1 to 0.5 percent of the water-based binder;
the preparation method of the modified fine aggregate comprises the following steps: and (2) putting the fine aggregate into a stirrer, adding a small amount of aqueous binder, stirring, gradually adding the rest aqueous binder and the rest antioxidant, uniformly stirring, finally adding the coagulant, and continuously stirring for 5-10 minutes to obtain the modified fine aggregate.
2. The natural stone imitation stain-resistant water permeable brick as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the stain-resistant water permeable surface layer to the water permeable base layer is 1: 7.5-8.5.
3. The natural stone imitation stain-resistant water permeable brick as claimed in claim 2, wherein the mass ratio of the stain-resistant water permeable surface layer to the water permeable base layer is 1: 8.
4. The natural stone imitation stain resistant water permeable brick according to claim 1, wherein the modified fine aggregate is obtained by modifying fine aggregate;
the fine aggregate is one or more of granite chips, marble chips, quartz sand and silica sand, and the particle size is 40-80 meshes.
5. The method for preparing the natural stone imitation stain resistant water permeable brick of claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following process steps:
(1) preparation of modified Fine aggregate
Putting the fine aggregate into a stirrer, adding a small amount of aqueous binder, stirring, gradually adding the rest aqueous binder and the rest antioxidant, uniformly stirring, finally adding the coagulant, and continuously stirring for 5-10 minutes to obtain the modified fine aggregate;
(2) preparing materials for the stain-resistant water-permeable surface layer: firstly, mixing and stirring cement, modified fine aggregate and pigment uniformly, then adding water, a water-based binder and a water penetrating agent, and stirring uniformly by using a stirrer for later use;
(3) preparing materials for the permeable base layer: firstly, uniformly stirring and mixing the fly ash, the cement, the carbide slag, the furnace slag and the construction waste, then adding water and a water-permeable agent, and uniformly stirring by using a stirrer for later use;
(4) molding: feeding the materials in the step (2) and the step (3) into a fabric distributor to start distribution, and carrying out die pressing and vibrating formation;
(5) and (5) feeding the formed permeable green bricks into a curing kiln for curing.
