Abstract

本发明涉及一种复合金属材料辊筒的应用,以玻璃纤维增强塑料(GFRP)或碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)为辊筒基体,然后在辊面上涂刷树脂后整体包裹金属网布或金属颗粒,最后再通过喷涂将金属材料与基体相结合,即可。本发明通过使用复合材料基体来降低辊筒的重量,使得网纹辊、凹印辊、光辊更容易装卸,减低设备支撑墙板的厚度和减少墙板用材量;辊体旋转惯量更小,较小的电机功率即可带动辊筒运行,广泛应用于塑料薄膜、铝箔、锂电池膜、石墨烯膜、无纺布、包装、印刷、造纸、生活用纸、纺织、印染、化工、激光等行业,具有良好的应用前景。

一种复合金属材料辊筒的应用
技术领域
本发明属于辊筒领域,特别涉及一种复合金属材料辊筒的应用。
背景技术
辊筒为圆柱形的零件,按用途分驱动辊和从动辊;按驱动方式分为动力辊筒和无动力辊筒,动力辊筒又分为单链轮辊筒、双链轮辊筒、单O带辊筒、多O带辊筒,伺服电机直接驱动;无动力辊筒分为内牙轴辊筒和弹簧压入式辊筒;按结构形式分为柱形辊筒和锥形辊筒。
传统网纹辊、凹印辊筒、光辊采用钢或铝作为基体。由于钢制基体重量重,能耗大、高惯、扰度大、抗振动性差、不易装卸,必须选用较大功率电机来驱动辊体,并且基体加工如没有与辊筒直径相匹配的管型钢材,则需要采用较厚的管壁的管型钢材进行加工,造成了材料、人工、能耗、时间的浪费;铝制基体与化学介质接触极易造成腐蚀,且铝制基体负荷小、刚度低、热变形大,这二种材质的基体无法满足细长的辊筒的要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种复合金属材料辊筒的应用,通过使用复合基体来降低辊筒的重量,使得网纹辊、凹印辊、光辊更容易装卸,减低设备支撑墙板的厚度和减少墙板用材量;辊体旋转惯量更小,较小的电机功率即可带动辊筒运行;抗振衰减性好,能提高辊筒转速;与钢制基体辊筒比较更有刚度高、挠度低,更适用于细长辊筒的制作要求,对提高设备的运行效率、减少配套设备及辊筒支撑墙板用材量、降低能耗。本发明广泛应用于印刷、包装、塑料薄膜、铝箔、锂电池膜、石墨烯膜、无纺布、造纸、生活用纸、纺织、印染、化工、激光等行业,具有良好的应用前景。
本发明的一种复合金属材料辊筒的应用,以玻璃纤维增强塑料(GFRP)或碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)为辊筒基体,然后在辊面上整体涂刷树脂包裹金属网布或金属颗粒,最后再通过喷涂将金属材料与基体相结合,即可。
所述辊筒为网纹辊(Anilox)、凹印辊筒或光辊。
所述网纹辊(Anilox)为带轴网纹辊或套筒式网纹辊(套筒式辊筒),采用激光雕刻、电子雕刻或机械雕刻网纹辊。
所述凹印辊筒为带轴辊筒或套筒式凹印辊筒,采用激光雕刻、电子雕刻或机械雕刻凹印辊筒。
所述光辊为带轴光辊或套筒式光辊。
所述金属网布或金属颗粒的材料为铝、不锈钢、铜或其合金等。
所述喷涂金属材料的工艺采用火焰喷涂、电弧喷涂、等离子喷涂、超音速火焰喷涂、冷喷涂(Gas Dynamic Spray)或称GDCS(Gas Dynamic Cold Spray)、室温喷涂(WarmSpray)中的任何一种。
所述金属材料(例如:铝、铁、锌、铜)或其合金(例如:镍铬合金、锌铝合金、铝镁合金、碳化钨等)。
有益效果
本发明通过使用复合基体来降低辊筒的重量,使得网纹辊、凹印辊、光辊更容易装卸,减低设备支撑墙板的厚度和减少墙板用材量;辊体旋转惯量更小,较小的电机功率即可带动辊筒运行;刚度高、挠度低、抗振衰减性好,特别适用于细长辊筒,能极大提升辊筒转速,对提高设备的运行效率、减少配套设备及辊筒支撑墙板用材量、降低能耗。本发明广泛应用于印刷、包装、塑料薄膜、铝箔、锂电池膜、石墨烯膜、无纺布、造纸、生活用纸、纺织、印染、化工、激光等行业,具有良好的应用前景。

实施例1
光辊制作:以碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP,树脂含量30%碳纤维含量70%)为辊筒基体,然后在碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)基体表面均匀涂刷树脂包裹金属网布或者金属颗粒,然后采用电弧喷涂工艺喷涂金属材料,经磨削加工和抛光加工后,即得光辊,可作为纸张、薄膜、无纺布、铝箔、锂电池膜、石墨烯膜、纺织、印染、化工等行业的导辊或压辊等进行应用。
实施例2
网纹辊制作:以玻璃纤维增强塑料(GFRP,树脂含量约30%,玻璃纤维含量约70%)为辊筒基体,玻璃纤维增强塑料(GFRP)基体表面采用预浸过树脂的碳纤维布采用卷管工艺进行均匀包裹后,进行130~145℃加温60~100min(根据不同树脂牌号确定加温温度和加温时间) 后固化,然后在表面均匀涂刷树脂包裹金属网布或者金属颗粒,最后采用电弧工艺喷涂金属材料,电弧的电压为60V,电流为400A,即得复合金属材料基本辊筒,再在基本辊筒上采用等离子喷涂Cr2O3,经磨削加工和抛光加工后,进行激光雕刻网孔,即得陶瓷网纹辊。
实施例3
凹印辊筒制作:以碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP),树脂含量约30%,碳纤维含量约70%)为辊筒基体,然后在碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)基体表面均匀涂刷树脂包裹金属网布或者金属颗粒,最后采用等离子喷涂工艺喷涂金属材料,即得复合金属材料基本辊筒,再采用电子雕刻机进行图案雕刻,即得金属凹印辊筒。
本发明的辊筒与现有辊筒的性能参数比较:
(同等规格尺寸,通过有限元软件模拟所得) 。

Claims (8)

1.一种复合金属材料辊筒的应用,其特征在于:以玻璃纤维增强塑料GFRP或碳纤维增强塑料CFRP为辊筒基体,然后在辊面上整体涂刷树脂包裹金属网布或金属颗粒,最后再通过喷涂将金属材料与基体相结合,即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合金属材料辊筒的应用,其特征在于:所述辊筒为网纹辊、凹印辊筒或光辊。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种复合金属材料辊筒的应用,其特征在于:所述网纹辊为带轴网纹辊或套筒式网纹辊,采用激光雕刻、电子雕刻或机械雕刻网纹辊。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种复合金属材料辊筒的应用,其特征在于:所述凹印辊筒为带轴辊筒或套筒式凹印辊筒,采用激光雕刻、电子雕刻或机械雕刻凹印辊筒。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种复合金属材料辊筒的应用,其特征在于:所述光辊为带轴光辊或套筒式光辊。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合金属材料辊筒的应用,其特征在于:所述金属网布或金属颗粒的材料为铝、不锈钢、铜或其合金。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合金属材料辊筒的应用,其特征在于:所述喷涂金属材料的工艺采用火焰喷涂、电弧喷涂、等离子喷涂、超音速火焰喷涂、冷喷涂、室温喷涂中的任何一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合金属材料辊筒的应用,其特征在于:所述金属材料为铝、铁、锌、铜、或其合金。
