本发明提供一种S3骶神经十字定位装置,包括纵臂和横臂,所述纵臂与横臂通过螺丝铆连接,所述横臂距螺丝铆中心点1.5cm处左右各有一个半圆形状的横臂定位架,所述横臂定位架直径为1cm,圆心距螺丝铆中心点距离为2cm,所述纵臂与横臂接口处设有卡槽A和卡槽B,所述卡槽深度为0.5mm,所述纵臂与横臂厚度均为1mm,所述纵臂头端距螺丝铆中心距离为2cm,尾端距螺丝铆中心距离为9cm,定位方法是:利用手触或X线设备确定骶髂关节下缘及骶骨位置,沿着双侧骶髂关节下缘连线放置定位装置横臂、骶骨中线放置定位装置的纵臂,横臂两侧两个横臂定位架圆心即为所要确定的S3骶神经孔的位置,本发明结构简单,操作方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗设备技术领域,具体涉及一种S3骶神经十字定位装置及定位方法。
背景技术
盆底器官功能障碍性疾病是一种严重影响人们健康且患病人群较广的疾病,其病症繁杂、治疗棘手,急需一种新的治疗手段来解决,骶神经调节疗法在该类疾病治疗中,成为近年来传统保守治疗或手术治疗失败后一种行之有效并被各国诊疗指南所推荐的治疗方法。
骶神经调节术是利用介入技术将低频电脉冲连续施加于特定骶神经(S2-4),以此兴奋或抑制神经通路,调节异常骶神经反射弧,使异常的神经反射重新到达平衡,进而影响并调节膀胱、尿道/******、盆底以及生殖器官等骶神经支配靶器官功能,从而达到治疗效果的一种中枢神经调节技术,美敦力骶神经电刺激***是目前国际唯一认证治疗设备,通过可植入神经刺激器和电极,双向刺激调节骶神经反射而控制尿液、粪便的贮存和释放以及男女性器官部分功能,安全而有效地改善排尿、排便及性功能障碍。骶神经定位作为骶神经调节治疗Stage1中至关重要的环节,须借助X或CT设备结合手触标记骶孔位置,为医护人员和患者均带来不便及较大量的X线暴露。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题本发明提供一种S3骶神经十字定位装置及定位方法,结构简单,操作方便。
本发明的技术方案是:一种S3骶神经十字定位装置,包括纵臂和横臂,所述纵臂与横臂通过螺丝铆连接,所述横臂距螺丝铆中心点1.5cm处左右各有一个半圆形状的横臂定位架,所述横臂定位架圆心距螺丝铆中心点距离为2cm,所述横臂定位架的直径为1cm,所述纵臂与横臂接口处设有卡槽A和卡槽B,所述卡槽深度为0.5mm,所述纵臂与横臂厚度均为1mm,所述纵臂头端距螺丝铆中心距离为2cm,尾端距螺丝铆中心距离为9cm。
一种S3骶神经十字定位装置的定位方法是:利用手触方法或X线设备确定骶髂关节下缘及骶骨位置,沿着双侧骶髂关节下缘连线放置定位装置横臂、骶骨中线放置定位装置的纵臂,横臂定位架两侧两个半圆圆心位置即为所要确定的S3骶神经孔的位置。
本发明的优点是:本发明结构简单,操作方便,大大节约骶神经疗法Stage1手术治疗过程中S3骶神经定位的时间,有效减少医护人员和患者的X线暴露。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做清楚完整的描述,以使本领域的技术人员在不需要作出创造性劳动的条件下,能够充分实施本发明。
本发明的具体实施方式是:一种S3骶神经十字定位装置,包括纵臂4和横臂1,所述纵臂4与横臂1通过螺丝铆2连接,所述横臂1距螺丝铆2中心点1.5cm处左右各有一个半圆形状的横臂定位架3,所述横臂定位架3圆心距螺丝铆中心点距离为2cm,所述横臂定位架3直径为1cm,所述纵臂4头端距螺丝铆2中心距离为2cm,尾端距螺丝铆2中心距离为9cm。
如图2、3所示,所述纵臂4与横臂1接口处设有卡槽A5和卡槽B6,所述卡槽深度为0.5mm,所述纵臂与横臂厚度均为1mm,卡槽A5和卡槽B6正好吻合卡扣成平面。
本实施例中定位方法的具体实施步骤是是:利用手触方法或X线设备确定骶髂关节下缘及骶骨位置,沿着双侧骶髂关节下缘连线放置定位装置横臂1、骶骨中线放置定位装置的纵臂3,横臂1两侧的两个横臂定位架3圆心位置即为所要确定的S3骶神经孔的位置。
在本实施例中,经过应用本发明中的装置和定位方法之后对患者进行治疗,患者治疗步骤分两步,第一步:体外体验治疗阶段,确定穿刺针位置正确后,拔除针芯,***深度指示针,穿刺皮肤处做0.5cm切口,拔除穿刺针,仅留置深度指示针,将扩张器连同导入器套沿深度指示针置入S3骶神经孔中,通过B超或X线辅助结合刻度标记确定导入器套尖端标志位于骶骨厚度的中线略偏下处,拔除扩张器及深度指示针,仅留置导入器套。将倒刺样永久电极置入导入器套中,尽量使前方4个电极触点贴近S3骶神经,通过术中测试调整电极深度,通常是触点2与触点3分别横跨于骶骨骶孔腹侧表面的内侧和外侧,临时体外刺激器测试各个触点的运动应答及感觉应答,获得应答的触点数目越多、电极位置越好,测试无误后,保持倒刺电极于原位不动,拔除导入器套,使倒刺释放固定电极。选取电极同侧臀部外上方拟植入永久刺激器部位取3cm左右切口,用隧道器将倒刺电极尾端引出,并连接经皮延伸导线,进一步将经皮延伸导线经皮下隧道引至对侧臀部皮肤外;第二步:永久性植入阶段:患者取俯卧位,常规术野消毒、铺巾,原臀部切口局部麻醉,取5cm长切口,寻找电极及经皮延伸导线,用扭力扳手将两者分离,将经皮延伸导线撤除,并于全皮下游离出适合骶神经刺激器体积的间隙,将电极通过延伸导线连接至骶神经刺激器,并置入游离好的皮下间隙中,在关闭切口前需使用医用程控仪进行阻抗等相关测试,以确保各部分连接正常,关闭切口,术后使用抗生素预防感染。

1.一种S3 骶神经十字定位装置,其特征在于,包括纵臂和横臂, 所述纵臂与横臂通过螺丝铆连接,所述横臂距螺丝铆中心点 1.5cm 处左右各有一个半圆形状的横臂定位架,所述横臂定位架圆心距螺丝铆中心点距离为 2cm, 所述横臂定位架的直径为 1cm,所述纵臂与横臂接口处设有卡槽A 和卡槽B,所述卡槽深度为 0.5mm,所述纵臂与横臂厚度均为1mm,所述纵臂头端距螺丝铆中心距离为 2cm,尾端距螺丝铆中心距离为 9cm;
所述定位装置在使用时利用手触方法或 X 线设备确定骶髂关节下缘及骶骨位置,沿着双侧骶髂关节下缘连线放置定位装置横臂、骶骨中线放置定位装置的纵臂,两侧横臂定位架的两个半圆圆心位置即为所要确定的S3 骶神经孔的位置。
