The box board is square.
The box plate is a sealed box plate 18.
The supporting angle inclined plane 20 is provided with a sealing strip 21. (see FIGS. 18-3)
The hollow lifting lugs 3 are fixed on lifting lug seats 19 arranged at four corners of the box plate. (see FIG. 15)
The special-shaped M pin 8 consists of three right-angle structures; the special-shaped M pin is provided with two fork rods in the same direction, the two fork rods in the same direction are formed by connecting a right-angle structure with two right-angle structures, and the bottom of each fork rod in the same direction is provided with a fixing pin hole; the fork lever is in clearance fit with the pin groove, and the special-shaped M pin 8 is formed by processing cylindrical metal. The fixing pin hole is internally provided with an opening pin 9.
The direction of the inserted pin inserted into the pin slot 4 is the same direction.
The box plate, the pin groove 4, the beam 2, the hollow lifting lug 3 and the supporting angle inclined plane 20 are all made of metal materials. The inner skin of the box plate is formed by machining an iron sheet 14, the beam 2 is formed by machining a square steel pipe 16, the hollow lifting lug 3 and the pin groove 4 are formed by machining a round steel pipe 17, and the supporting angle inclined plane 20 is formed by machining an isosceles right-angle triangular steel pipe 13. (1b) Fixing the box body: the rope is wound around and fixed from the outer side of the hollow lifting lug 3 of the box body close to the inner fixing lug of the container, so that the box body is fixed;
(2) disassembling the box body: the box body can be gradually disassembled into the box plate by pulling out the bolt from the bolt groove 4.
