本发明提供了一种绿色饲料添加剂,其按照重量份数的组成如下:大米5‑10份、面粉10‑20份、发酵豆粕3‑7份、蛋氨酸0.2‑0.5份、赖氨酸0.35份、苏氨酸2‑5份、色氨酸2‑5份、麸皮2‑5份、肌酸酶2‑5份、氯化钠2‑5份、有机铬2‑5份、高粱粉30‑80份、复合多糖提取物8‑15份、海洋红酵母发酵培养物8‑20份、杜仲叶提取物5‑10份、甘草3‑8份、酸角3‑8份、鱼腥草1‑5份、蒲公英1‑5份、所述复合多糖提取物来自黄芪、枸杞和紫花苜蓿。本发明运用先进的现代科学工艺,针对动物生长过程选取适量的原料,间接的提高了养殖户的经济利益。

技术领域
本发明涉及饲料技术领域,尤其涉及一种绿色饲料添加剂。
背景技术
在养殖过程中,如果喂养的饲料不当,会存在精神萎靡,产蛋量低下等危害,传统的鸡饲料一般都由日常农作物果实和秸秆粉碎混合而成,对于饲料的配方要求并不专一专业,所以在日常养殖的过程中往往存在着上述情况,严重的危害了养殖户的经济利益。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,提供一种绿色饲料添加剂,其技术方案如下:
一种绿色饲料添加剂,其按照重量份数的组成如下:大米5-10份、面粉10-20份、发酵豆粕3-7份、蛋氨酸0.2-0.5份、赖氨酸0.35份、苏氨酸2-5份、色氨酸2-5份、麸皮2-5份、肌酸酶2-5份、氯化钠2-5份、有机铬2-5份、高粱粉30-80份、复合多糖提取物8-15、海洋红酵母发酵培养物8-20份、杜仲叶提取物5-10份、甘草3-8份、酸角3-8份、鱼腥草1-5份、蒲公英1-5份、所述复合多糖提取物来自黄芪、枸杞和紫花苜蓿;
所述海洋红酵母发酵培养物由如下方法制备:发酵培养基组成为葡萄糖1%,酶解玉米粉1-3%,蛋白胨2.5%,硫酸镁0.02%,磷酸二氢钾0.15%,铜含量150-200mg/L,氯化钠20%,其余为水;初始pH为8,接种量3-8%,摇床转速为50-80r/min,24-28℃培养10-15小时后调整温度为16-20℃进行低温静止培养,停止搅拌,pH调整为3-5,保持2-4小时;之后阶梯形升温到26-30℃,pH调整为4.6-5.5,按照初始培养基2.5%的添加量添加蛋白胨,按照2%的量添加酵母粉,摇床转速为50-100r/min,继续发酵10-15h;发酵液干燥粉碎过50-60目筛后即得海洋酵母发酵培养物。
进一步的,所述酶解玉米粉的制备方法为:将玉米粉与水混合,湿法粉碎制备细微玉米粉料液,加入α-淀粉酶和氯化钙,调节pH5.5-6.0,72℃保温15min,再加热至90℃酶解20-30min,然后降温至55-60℃,调节pH4.5-5.0,添加酸性蛋白酶水解30-40min,酶解液离心洗涤后即得浓缩的酶解玉米粉。
进一步的,在海洋红酵母所述低温静止培养阶段向培养基中添加初始培养基重量4-8wt%的蛋氨酸酸螯合铜。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明运用先进的现代科学工艺,针对动物生长过程选取适量的原料,有效的解决了蛋鸡生蛋率低下的问题,间接的提高了养殖户的经济利益。

实施例1
一种绿色饲料添加剂,其按照重量份数的组成如下:大米8份、面粉15份、发酵豆粕5份、蛋氨酸0.3份、赖氨酸0.35份、苏氨酸4份、色氨酸3份、麸皮3份、肌酸酶3份、氯化钠3份、有机铬3份、高粱粉50份、复合多糖提取物12、海洋红酵母发酵培养物10份、杜仲叶提取物7份、甘草6份、酸角5份、鱼腥草3份、蒲公英3份、所述复合多糖提取物来自黄芪、枸杞和紫花苜蓿;
所述海洋红酵母发酵培养物由如下方法制备:发酵培养基组成为葡萄糖1%,酶解玉米粉1-3%,蛋白胨2.5%,硫酸镁0.02%,磷酸二氢钾0.15%,铜含量150-200mg/L,氯化钠20%,其余为水;初始pH为8,接种量3-8%,摇床转速为50-80r/min,24-28℃培养10-15小时后调整温度为16-20℃进行低温静止培养,停止搅拌,pH调整为3-5,保持2-4小时;之后阶梯形升温到26-30℃,pH调整为4.6-5.5,按照初始培养基2.5%的添加量添加蛋白胨,按照2%的量添加酵母粉,摇床转速为50-100r/min,继续发酵10-15h;发酵液干燥粉碎过50-60目筛后即得海洋酵母发酵培养物。
进一步的,所述酶解玉米粉的制备方法为:将玉米粉与水混合,湿法粉碎制备细微玉米粉料液,加入α-淀粉酶和氯化钙,调节pH5.5-6.0,72℃保温15min,再加热至90℃酶解20-30min,然后降温至55-60℃,调节pH4.5-5.0,添加酸性蛋白酶水解30-40min,酶解液离心洗涤后即得浓缩的酶解玉米粉。
进一步的,在海洋红酵母所述低温静止培养阶段向培养基中添加初始培养基重量4-8wt%的蛋氨酸酸螯合铜。

所述海洋红酵母发酵培养物由如下方法制备:发酵培养基组成为葡萄糖1%,酶解玉米粉1-3%,蛋白胨2.5%,硫酸镁0.02%,磷酸二氢钾0.15%,铜含量150-200mg/L,氯化钠20%,其余为水;初始pH为8,接种量3-8%,摇床转速为50-80r/min,24-28℃培养10-15小时后调整温度为16-20℃进行低温静止培养,停止搅拌,pH调整为3-5,保持2-4小时;之后阶梯形升温到26-30℃,pH调整为4.6-5.5,按照初始培养基2.5%的添加量添加蛋白胨,按照2%的量添加酵母粉,摇床转速为50-100r/min,继续发酵10-15h;发酵液干燥粉碎过50-60目筛后即得海洋酵母发酵培养物。

1.一种绿色饲料添加剂,其特征在于,其按照重量份数的组成如下:大米5-10份、面粉10-20份、发酵豆粕3-7份、蛋氨酸0.2-0.5份、赖氨酸0.35份、苏氨酸2-5份、色氨酸2-5份、麸皮2-5份、肌酸酶2-5份、氯化钠2-5份、有机铬2-5份、高粱粉30-80份、复合多糖提取物8-15份、海洋红酵母发酵培养物8-20份、杜仲叶提取物5-10份、甘草3-8份、酸角3-8份、鱼腥草1-5份、蒲公英1-5份、所述复合多糖提取物来自黄芪、枸杞和紫花苜蓿;
所述海洋红酵母发酵培养物由如下方法制备:发酵培养基组成为葡萄糖1%,酶解玉米粉1-3%,蛋白胨2.5%,硫酸镁0.02%,磷酸二氢钾0.15%,铜含量150-200mg/L,氯化钠20%,其余为水;初始pH为8,接种量3-8%,摇床转速为50-80r/min,24-28℃培养10-15小时后调整温度为16-20℃进行低温静止培养,停止搅拌,pH调整为3-5,保持2-4小时;之后阶梯形升温到26-30℃,pH调整为4.6-5.5,按照初始培养基2.5%的添加量添加蛋白胨,按照2%的量添加酵母粉,摇床转速为50-100r/min,继续发酵10-15h;发酵液干燥粉碎过50-60目筛后即得海洋酵母发酵培养物。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种绿色饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述酶解玉米粉的制备方法为:将玉米粉与水混合,湿法粉碎制备细微玉米粉料液,加入α-淀粉酶和氯化钙,调节pH5.5-6.0,72℃保温15min,再加热至90℃酶解20-30min,然后降温至55-60℃,调节pH4.5-5.0,添加酸性蛋白酶水解30-40min,酶解液离心洗涤后即得浓缩的酶解玉米粉。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种绿色饲料添加剂,其特征在于,在海洋红酵母所述低温静止培养阶段向培养基中添加初始培养基重量4-8wt%的蛋氨酸酸螯合铜。
