技术领域
本发明涉及电动汽车技术领域,尤其涉及一种电动车动力轮系总成。
背景技术
为了缓解石油资源短缺的局面,并降低汽车燃油对环境的污染,发展新能源汽车已成为未来汽车工业发展的方向。近几年出现了以电代油的纯电动汽车,它是将汽油发动机替换成动力电池供电的驱动电机,该驱动电机可作为整车的动力源。
由于采用了纯电动动力总成,因此,原先由内燃机驱动的动力转向助力油泵、空气压缩机、空调压缩机和水泵都需要进行电动化设计。现有电动车上采用的都是分体式单独驱动方案,即分别为动力转向助力油泵、空气压缩机和空调压缩机、水泵分别配置一台驱动电机和电机控制器,这样共需要4套电机和控制器。这样,在车载动力电源的高压配电箱中也需要分别为上述的4套电机和控制器设置专门的保险和接触器,高压配电箱外还相应配置电源转换器DC/DC或变频器DC/AC。现有纯电动车的这种设计,其主要存在的缺陷在于:电动化辅助***结构复杂、高压附件安全隐患较大、布置分散、***可靠性降低和总体积庞大,并且该种设计可能要求对原发动机舱的位置及空间改动较大,最终导致制造成本的上升。
有鉴于此,确有必要提供一种电动车动力轮系总成以解决现有技术中存在 的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种设计简单,结构紧凑,还可以借用原燃油汽车的车型和附件来实现与燃油汽车相同功能,且制造成本大大降低的电动车动力轮系总成。

1)利用驱动电机作为主动力,采用轮系总成的方式带动机械式水泵和机械式空调压缩机等机械式附件,使整个总成结构紧凑,不改变原有燃油汽车的车型和附件,实现与原燃油车相同的功能,以适应广大汽车使用者的驾驶习惯,避免重新开发DC/DC转换器,电动水泵和电动空调压缩机等附件,从而解决了高压动力附件产生的高压电气安全问题、大大缩短开发周期,节省成本。
2)通过传感器等部件对各相关附件的监测,并将检测到的信号发送至整车控制器,整车控制器处理后将信号发送至各继电器,从而保证了电动车动力轮系总成的稳定运行,也实现了节能的效果;
3)共用动力源,有助于后期故障排查,提高机器检修的效率。

电动车在高速和/或长时间行驶过程中,其各驱动部件必然会发热,然而,电动车动力轮系总成100又必须在适宜的温度下才能保证其稳定的运行,势必需要将多余的热量快速散去,目前,散热***主要靠水箱散热器与空气对流散热,该种散热方式的热量散发缓慢,为此,本发明还装设有电子风扇40,当水箱中的冷却***水温传感器80检测到动力***出水口温度过高时,便将该信息传输至整车控制器90,整车控制器90分析处理后传送闭合命令至电子风扇40对应的继电器c,这样,电子风扇40便会进行启动,将热量强行排出。

所述驱动电机由电动车车载的动力电池提供电能;
所述的气泵、空调压缩机和电子风扇与所述的驱动电机之间设有带轮电磁离合传动装置,所述水泵和转向助力油泵通过皮带或齿轮传动装置连接至驱动电机;
所述继电器分别单独对应气泵、空调压缩机和电子风扇,其用于控制前述的带轮电磁离合传动装置的离合状况;
所述气泵、空调压缩机和水泵分别对应设有气体压力传感器、空调开关状态监测器以及冷却***水温传感器,所述整车控制器可接收气体压力传感器、空调开关状态监测器以及冷却***水温传感器所发出的信号并加以分析处理后传送至上述继电器。
2.根据权利要求1所述电动车动力轮系总成,其特征在于:所述轮系总成还包括能产生12V电压的发电机,所述发电机通过皮带或齿轮传动装置连接至驱动电机。
3.根据权利要求2所述电动车动力轮系总成,其特征在于:所述气泵、空调压缩机、水泵和转向助力油泵位于驱动电机的同一侧。
4.根据权利要求2所述电动车动力轮系总成,其特征在于:所述电子风扇的转动轴与驱动电机的主轴位于同一直线上。
5.根据权利要求1所述电动车动力轮系总成,其特征在于:所述气体压力传感器用于监测气泵储气罐中的压力值,并在压力值低于给定值或高于极限值时发送不同的信号至整车控制器。
6.根据权利要求1所述电动车动力轮系总成,其特征在于:所述空调开关状态监测器监测空调开关处于不同状态,并向整车控制器发送对应的信号。
7.根据权利要求2所述电动车动力轮系总成,其特征在于:所述电动车动力轮系总成至少包括两种启动模式,第一种模式:驱动电机以设定的怠速启动;第二种模式:驱动电机以“0”转速启动,所述第一、二种模式的启动过程中,所述转向助力油泵、水泵,发电机均处于常转状态。
