Therefore, the method has great significance in structural optimization and innovative design of the spent fuel aftertreatment equipment.

An exemplary remote detachable roll-over power and delivery power input device of the present invention is shown in fig. 1-2, and comprises three parts, namely a roll-over power input device, a delivery power input device and a detachable central shaft assembly, wherein the roll-over power input device and the delivery power input device are respectively connected with the detachable central shaft assembly.
The detachable central shaft assembly comprises a turnover driven gear 6, a conveying driven gear 5, a rotary hollow shaft 4 and a bearing 12, wherein the turnover driven gear 6 and the conveying driven gear 5 are respectively sleeved on the rotary hollow shaft 4 through the bearing 12 which is internally installed.
The turnover power input device is used for providing power for converting the turnover of the material 11 between the vertical position and the horizontal position and comprises a turnover power input shaft 7, a coupler II8 and a turnover driving gear 9 which are sequentially connected.
The conveying power input device is used for providing power for pushing materials to move to the next station and comprises a conveying power input shaft 3, a coupler I2 and a conveying driving gear 1 which are connected in sequence.
The inside of the turning driven gear 6 is provided with a bearing 12, so that the turning driven gear 6 is sleeved on the rotation center shaft 4 in an empty mode and does not synchronously rotate with the rotation center shaft 4, and the rotation angle is determined by the rotation angle of the turning driving gear 9.
The overturning driving gear 9 is connected with the overturning driven gear 6, the conveying driving gear 1 is connected with the conveying driven gear 5 in an external engagement mode, and remote disassembly and assembly of the detachable central shaft assembly are facilitated.
The end cap 13 is connected with the driven gear 6 by bolts.
The material 11 is provided with a lifting screw 10 for lifting, and the rotary central shaft 4 in the detachable central shaft assembly is connected with the material 11 through bolts and can be lifted together with the material 11.
When some of the components of the removable center shaft assembly or material 11 are damaged or fail during use, new components must be replaced. Because the device is in an unmanned environment, remote disassembly and assembly are required to be realized when parts are replaced, and the device can be replaced remotely by using a crane, a mechanical arm and a special maintenance tool.
In this embodiment, the part to be disassembled is the part of the material 11, since the wearing parts in the device structure are other structures mounted on the material 11. The overturning power input device and the conveying power input device are not required to be disassembled, and the detachable central shaft assembly and the material 11 are disassembled together.
When the detachable central shaft assembly needs to be replaced, the lifting tool can lift off the detachable central shaft assembly and the material 11 together at one time through the lifting screw 10; when in installation, the two parts are hoisted together at one time, so that the remote operation is convenient.
