In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a steel cable straightening device for electric power comprises a display, a workbench, a large motor, a traction wheel, a control system, a heating device, a straightening device, an upper support, a hydraulic cylinder, a small motor and an infrared detector, wherein the heating device comprises an installation cylinder, a heating wire and a temperature detector, and the straightening device comprises a movable box, a fixed box, a straightening roller and a pressure detector;
an installation cylinder is arranged in the heating device, an electric heating wire is arranged in the installation cylinder, a temperature detector is arranged on one side of the installation cylinder, and the electric heating wire is connected with a control system; the fixed box is arranged on the workbench, the movable box is arranged above the fixed box and buckled with the fixed box, the movable box and the fixed box are internally provided with straightening rollers, and one side of the straightening device is provided with a pressure detector;

In the device, the control system uniformly controls the actions of the large motor, the small motor and the hydraulic cylinder.
The equipment control system also comprises an information receiving system and an information analysis system, wherein the systems are mutually connected and connect the pressure detector, the temperature detector and the infrared detector information receiving system, then the information receiving system feeds back the result to the information analysis system, and then the result is fed back to the control system, and then the control system issues an instruction.

Preferably, the large motor is provided with a belt, one end of the belt is connected with the steel cable coil, and the large motor drives the steel cable coil to rotate through the belt.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(2) This device still need carry out qualified detection through infrared detector to the product of flare-outing after flare-outing, therefore its steel cable of flare-outing, the high quality, efficiency is fast, and semi-automatization operation has saved the human cost, has improved work efficiency.
(3) The device has simple structure and reasonable design, not only improves the efficiency, but also reduces the cost and avoids the waste of the steel cable.

an installation cylinder 71 is arranged in the heating device 7, an electric heating wire 72 is arranged in the installation cylinder 71, a temperature detector 73 is arranged on one side of the installation cylinder 71, and the electric heating wire 72 is connected with the control system 2; the fixed box 82 is installed on the workbench 1, the movable box 81 is arranged above the fixed box 82 and buckled with the fixed box 82, the movable box 81 and the fixed box 82 are internally provided with straightening rollers 84, and one side of the straightening device 8 is provided with a pressure detector 86;
because the heating device 7 does not need to be in direct contact with the steel cable 12, the inner diameter of the heating device is constant, and the straightening device 8 needs to be in direct contact with and press the steel cable 12, the structure is set to be a structure which is separated from the upper part and the lower part, on one hand, the distance between the fixed box 82 and the movable box 81 is adjusted according to the diameter of the steel cable 12 for the convenience of straightening operation of the steel cable 12 with different diameters, because the surfaces of the straightening rollers 84 are circular arcs, and the straightening rollers 84 distributed in vertical planes can form a circular section when being connected with each other, so the straightening rollers 84 can be used no matter the diameter of the steel cable 12; on the other hand, the installation seat 83 is in a dispersed structure, and a plurality of straightening rollers 84 are uniformly distributed on the installation seat 83, so that the straightening operation of the steel cable 12 can be realized in the moving process of the steel cable 12 and the rotating process of the straightening rollers 84, and meanwhile, the contact pressure between the straightening rollers 84 and the steel cable 12 is controlled by using the hydraulic cylinder 9 to control the buckling degree of the brake box 81 and the fixed box 82, so that the straightening operation is realized;

In the device, the control system 2 controls the actions of the large motor 5, the small motor 11 and the hydraulic cylinder 9 in a unified way.
The equipment control system 2 further comprises an information receiving system and an information analyzing system, the systems are connected with each other, the pressure detector 86, the temperature detector and the infrared detector information receiving system are connected, then the information receiving system feeds back the result to the information analyzing system, then the result is fed back to the control system 2, and then the control system 2 issues an instruction.

The surface of the straightening roll 84 has a certain radian, and the radian range of the surface of the straightening roll 84 is consistent with the radian of the surface of the steel cable 12. The curvature of the surface of the sizing rollers 84 directly determines the shape of the wire rope 12 after sizing, thus joining the surfaces of all sizing rollers 84 to form a circle having a diameter equal to the smallest wire rope 12 sizing diameter of the device.
The central position of heating device 7 is equipped with the through-hole, installation section of thick bamboo 71 is installed in the through-hole, the one end of installation section of thick bamboo 71 is equipped with flange 74, be equipped with fixing bolt around flange 74 and the through-hole.
The installation cylinder 71 is provided with a through hole at the center for passing through the steel cable 12, the outer edge of the through hole is provided with an annular heating groove, heating wires are uniformly distributed in the heating groove, and a plurality of air holes are formed in the inner wall of the through hole.
The heating center of the heating device 7 is connected to the heating device 7 through a bolt, so that the heating device is convenient to disassemble and maintain when in use; the heating wire is arranged in the heating groove which is a circular ring surrounding the through hole, so that the inner diameter of the heating groove is the diameter of the through hole, the distance between the outer diameter and the inner diameter is the thickness of the heating groove, and the length of the heating groove is smaller than the diameter of the mounting cylinder 71, so that the phenomenon that the heating wire is inconvenient to take out due to high temperature is avoided, and heat flow is effectively prevented from being scattered; while the side of the vent hole on the inner wall of the bore better transfers heat to the inside, also avoiding direct contact with the wire rope 12. After the heating is finished, the steel cable 12 is exposed to a large amount of air from the heating device 7 to the straightening process, and is exposed to other equipment with lower temperature, so that the tempering effect can be realized, and the performance of the steel cable 12 is not influenced.
The large motor 5 is provided with a belt, one end of the belt is connected with the steel cable roll 6, and the large motor 5 drives the steel cable roll 6 to rotate through the belt.
Power lines are arranged in the upper bracket 4 and the workbench 1 and are connected with the control system 2,
the number of the straightening rollers 84 and the mounting frames 85 is 8-15.
The working principle is as follows: starting a power switch, and operating according to the PLC system setting steps in the control system 2: heating the heating wire to a certain temperature according to the program setting, feeding back the temperature in the through hole of the temperature detector to the control system 2 until the temperature reaches the proper deformation temperature of the steel cable 12, driving the steel cable coil 6 to rotate through the traction wheel 10 and the large motor 5 to transmit the steel cable 12 into the heating device 7, and transmitting the temperature to the steel cable 12 through the air hole in the through hole to heat and deform the steel cable 12 so as to finish the heating process; then, the steel cable 12 is continuously conveyed to the straightening device 8, the hydraulic cylinder 9 moves the movable box 81 to move downwards until the straightening rollers 84 are contacted with the steel cable 12, the temperature of the steel cable 12 is gradually reduced at the moment, the pressure detector 86 feeds the pressure on the steel cable 12 back to the control system 2, the hydraulic cylinder 9 is further controlled to gradually adjust the pressure, the straightening rollers 84 also rotate in the conveying process, the steel cable 12 is straightened and the surface straightness of the steel cable is corrected under the pressure of the surrounding straightening rollers 84, and the straightening process is completed; then the traction wheel 10 continuously pulls the steel cable 12 away from the final infrared detector 13 to carry out structural scanning detection on the straightened steel cable 12, and feeds the structural scanning detection back to the control system 2;
if the unqualified steel cable is produced, the control system 2 operates the large motor 5 to rotate reversely, drives the steel cable coil 6 to withdraw the steel cable 12, and repeats the process until the steel cable is qualified.
