In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present application will be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the application will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings and appended detailed description. It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present application and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application, however, the present application may be practiced in other ways than those described herein, and therefore the scope of the present application is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
A food processor according to some embodiments of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 11.
As shown in fig. 3 to 4, the present invention proposes a food processor 1 comprising: the cutter 104, the cutter 106 is arranged on the cutter 104, the intersecting line of the side wall of the cutter 104 and the cross section of the cutter 104 is a cutter contour line, the largest inscribed circle or the smallest circumscribed circle of the cutter contour line is a cutter base circle, and the central axis of the cutter 104 passes through the circle center of the cutter base circle; the cup body 102 is positioned above the cutter head 104 and is arranged on the cutter head 104, the intersection line of the cup wall of the cup body 102 and the cross section of the cup wall is a cup body contour line 110, the largest inscribed circle or the smallest circumcircle of the cup body contour line 110 is a cup body base circle 108, and the central axis of the cup body 102 passes through the center of the cup body base circle 108; wherein, the distances from different points on the same cup contour line 110 to the center of the cup base circle 108 are equal; and the distances from different points on the contour line of the same cutterhead to the circle center of the base circle of the cutterhead are unequal.
As shown in fig. 1, the smallest circumscribing circle refers to the smallest possible circle circumscribing the actual measured outline, and the center of the smallest possible circle is O; as shown in fig. 2, the largest inscribed circle refers to the largest possible circle inscribed in the actual measured contour, and its center is O'. The maximum inscribed circle or the minimum circumscribed circle of the cutter disc contour line and the cup contour line of the food processor provided by the invention are respectively a cutter disc base circle of the cutter disc contour line and a cup base circle of the cup contour line, and the cutter disc axis and the cup axis respectively pass through the circle center of the cutter disc base circle and the circle center of the cup base circle. The distances from different points on the same cup contour line to the circle center of the cup base circle are equal, the cup contour is non-eccentric, and the distances from different points on the same cutterhead contour line to the circle center of the cutterhead base circle are unequal, so that the cutterhead contour is of an eccentric structure. According to the food processor provided by the invention, the food is stirred by the food processor with the cutter disc outline of the eccentric structure, so that the stirring turbulence effect can be improved, the food can be crushed by the cutter, the stirring performance is further improved, the taste of the food is excellent, and the user experience is improved. Further, in order to fully stir and crush the food, the stirring turbulence effect can be further improved by adjusting the relative positions of the central axis of the cup body, the axis of the cutter head and the axis of the cutter head, and the taste of the food is improved.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4, two eccentric structures of the cutterhead contour are respectively that the cutterhead contour protrudes outwards and the cutterhead contour is recessed inwards, by means of the two eccentric structures, when food is stirred, the stirring speed and the distance between the cutter and the inner wall of the cutterhead are changed when the food passes through the protruding structure or the recessed structure, so that the turbulence effect is improved, and the food is crushed more thoroughly.
Further, the food processor 1 provided by the invention is characterized in that the heating device is arranged on the cutter disc 104, the heating device comprises a heating disc, a coil disc, a heating coating and the like, wherein the heating disc is of a groove structure, the cutter 106 penetrates through the heating device and is arranged in the cutter disc, the cup body 102 is positioned above the heating device, the cup body 102 and the cutter disc are both provided with the turbulence ribs 112, and the turbulence effect of stirring is improved by combining the turbulence ribs 112 by setting the cutter disc 104 into an eccentric structure, so that the cutter 106 is facilitated to crush food, further the stirring performance is improved, the taste of the food is excellent, and the user experience is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the central axis of the cutterhead 104 preferably coincides with the central axis of the cup 102.
In this embodiment, the center line coincidence of blade disc 104 and cup 102, cup 102 profile is eccentric, blade disc 104 profile is eccentric, and food processor 1 adopts the eccentric structure of blade disc profile to stir the whirl effect that can improve the stirring for the speed that food flows is different, is favorable to cutter 106 to smash food, and then promotes stirring performance, makes the taste of food splendid, promotes user experience.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the central axis of the cutterhead 104 and the axis of the cutter 106 preferably coincide with the central axis of the cup 102.

In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the method further includes a profile eccentricity, wherein the profile eccentricity is an absolute value obtained by subtracting a base circle radius from a distance from a base circle center of different points on a profile line; wherein, the eccentric distance of the profile of the cutter head 104 is L7.
In this embodiment, the cutterhead 104 has a profile eccentricity of L7. The turbulence effect is improved through the eccentric structure, and then the whipping performance is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the values of the eccentric distance L1, the eccentric distance L2, the eccentric distance L3, the eccentric distance L4, the eccentric distance L5, and the eccentric distance L6 are respectively 0 mm.ltoreq.L1.ltoreq.50 mm, 0 mm.ltoreq.L2.ltoreq.50 mm, 0 mm.ltoreq.L3.ltoreq.50 mm, 0 mm.ltoreq.L4.ltoreq.50 mm, 0 mm.ltoreq.L5.ltoreq.50 mm, and 0 mm.ltoreq.L6.ltoreq.50mm. The value range of the profile eccentric distance L7 of the cutter disc 104 is more than or equal to 0mm and less than or equal to L7 and less than or equal to 100mm.
In this embodiment, by setting a reasonable eccentric distance, an optimal turbulence effect is achieved, and stirring performance is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the cutterhead 104 is preferably of unitary or split construction with the cup 102.
In the embodiment, on one hand, the cutter 104 and the cup 102 are of an integrated structure, so that the stability is good, the installation is convenient, and the production efficiency is improved; on the one hand, the cutter 104 and the cup 102 are of a split structure, so that the disassembly and maintenance are convenient, and in order to ensure the tightness of the cutter 104 and the cup 102, a sealing ring is preferably arranged between the cutter 104 and the cup 102.
In one embodiment of the present application, the cross-section of the cutterhead 104 is preferably convex.
In this embodiment, the cross section of the cutter head 104 is convex, and the eccentric is manufactured through an irregular curve, so that the turbulence effect of the cup 102 is improved, the cutter 106 is facilitated to crush food, and the stirring performance is improved. Further, in the preferred embodiment of the present application, the convex circle is an ellipse, in which the cross section of the cutter head 104 is an ellipse, the cup body 102 with such a structure is easy to process, and the central shaft of the cutter head 104, the central shaft of the cutter 106 and the central shaft of the cup body 102 are respectively distributed at two focus points of the ellipse to form an eccentric, so that the structure is simple, the operation is easy, the turbulence effect of the cup body 102 is further improved, the cutter 106 is facilitated to crush food, and the stirring performance is further improved. In a specific embodiment, on the one hand, the ellipse has two focuses F1 and F2, the central axis of the cutter head 104 and the central axis of the cutter 106 may be coaxially distributed in one of the two focuses F1 and F2 of the ellipse, and the central axis of the cup 102 may be distributed in the other of the two focuses F1 and F2 of the ellipse; on the one hand, the central axis of the cutter head 104 is not coaxial with the central axis of the cutter 106 and is respectively located at one of the two foci F1 and F2 of the ellipse, and the central axis of the cup 102 is coaxial with one of the central axes of the cutter head 104 and the cutter 106; on the one hand, the central axis of the cutter head 104 is not coaxial with the central axis of the cutter 106 and is respectively located at one of the two foci F1 and F2 of the ellipse, the central axis of the cup 102 is not coaxial with both the central axis of the cutter head 104 and the central axis of the cutter 106, and the central axis of the cup 102 is located at a point other than the two foci F1 and F2 in the ellipse. The above embodiments are only some of the embodiments, and the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and the distribution positions of the central axis of the cup 102, the central axis of the cutter 104, and the central axis of the cutter 106 may be implemented according to the specific circumstances, so as to achieve the best effect.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in FIG. 2, the cup wall comprises an outer wall and an inner wall of the cup 102; the contour line of the cup 102 is the intersection line of the outer wall of the cup 102 and the cross section of the outer wall of the cup 102, or the contour line of the cup 102 is the intersection line of the inner wall of the cup 102 and the cross section of the inner wall of the cup 102.
In this embodiment, the contour line of the cup 102 may be the inner contour line 1104, which is the intersection line of the outer wall of the cup 102 and the cross section of the cup wall, or the outer contour line 1102, which is the intersection line of the inner wall of the cup 102 and the cross section of the cup wall. The contour lines can be obtained through various ways, and the distances from different points on the same contour line to the center of the base circle on the cutter disc 104 are different, so that an eccentric structure is formed, the rotational flow effect is improved, and the stirring performance is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the knife 106 preferably comprises at least two sets of blades, each set comprising at least two blades 126; wherein the blades 126 of a set of blades extend obliquely downward and the blades 126 of a set of blades extend obliquely upward; or the blades 126 of a set of blades extend horizontally, the blades 126 of a set of blades extend obliquely upward or downward.
In this embodiment, through setting up multiunit blade, and the extension angle of every group blade is different, has further promoted the vortex effect of cup, has increased the area of contact of cutter 106 and food, has realized breaking many times to the food for the breakage of food is more thorough, promotes the food taste, improves the satisfaction that the user used.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the knife 106 is preferably two sets of blades, a first set of blades 122 and a second set of blades 124, respectively, each set of blades consisting of two blades 126; the blades 126 of the first set of blades 122 include a sloped portion that is proximate the central axis of the cutterhead and a horizontal portion that is distal from the central axis of the cutterhead; wherein the blades 126 of the first set of blades 122 extend obliquely downward and are disposed below the blades 124 of the second set of blades 124, and the blades 126 of the second set of blades 124 extend obliquely upward.
In this embodiment, by providing two sets of blades, wherein the first set of blades 122 is disposed above the second set of blades 124, and the blades 126 of the first set of blades 122 extend downward, the direction of the second set of blades 124 extends upward, and the extending directions are opposite, by providing two upper side blades, the contact area between the cutter 106 and the food is sufficiently increased, the crushing efficiency is improved, and by providing opposite directions of the extending directions of the blades 126, the turbulence effect and the crushing effect of different heights are further improved, so that the crushing efficiency of the whole food is improved, the crushing effect is also improved, and the taste of the food and the use experience of the user are improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first set of blades 122 and the second set of blades 124 are preferably of unitary construction.
In this embodiment, by arranging the two sets of blades as an integral structure, the overall strength of the cutter 106 is enhanced, the reliability of the use of the cutter 106 is ensured, the service life of the cutter 106 is prolonged, and the integral cutter 106 is convenient to maintain and install, and the production efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the turbulence ribs 112 are disposed in the cup 102, the cup cover 116 is disposed on the cup 102, the material inlet 118 is disposed on the cup cover 116, and the material inlet 118 is disposed with the material inlet cover 120.
In this embodiment, by providing the spoiler ribs 112 within the cup 102, the spoiler effect and the breaking effect are further improved; the cup cover 116 is arranged on the cup body 102, so that the cup body 102 is prevented from splashing in the process of crushing food, the environmental sanitation is influenced, the material feeding opening 118 is further arranged on the cup cover 116, the material feeding is convenient, the frequent opening of the cup cover 116 is avoided, the operation steps are reduced, the material feeding cover 120 is arranged at the material feeding opening 118 in order to ensure that impurities enter the cup body 102, the material feeding opening 118 is closed through the material feeding cover 120 after the material feeding is finished, and the use sanitation is ensured.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the method further includes: a cup 114, the cup 102 being disposed on the cup 114; wherein the cup 102 is screwed or snapped into place with the cup holder 114.
In this embodiment, the cup 102 is disposed on the cup holder 114, and the cup 102 is connected with the cup holder 114 through threads or clamped, so that the structure is simple, the installation and the disassembly are convenient, the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a seal is preferably provided between the impeller 104 and the cup 102, and the cup 102 is threadably engaged with the cup seat 114 to press and secure the impeller to the bottom of the cup 102.
In this embodiment, a sealing ring is disposed between the cutter 104 and the cup 102, so as to ensure a sealing effect between the cup 102 and the cutter 104, and further, the cutter 104 is pressed on the bottom of the cup 102 through the threaded connection between the cup 102 and the cup seat 114, which is more helpful for fixing the cutter 104, and ensures use safety.

the eccentricity of the contour is the absolute value of the radius of the base circle subtracted from the distances from different points on the contour line to the center of the base circle;
wherein the eccentric distance of the cutter head profile is L7, and the value range of the eccentric distance L7 of the cutter head profile is more than 0mm and less than or equal to 100mm;
the distances from different points on the contour line of the same cup body to the circle center of the base circle of the cup body are equal; and
the distances from different points on the contour line of the same cutterhead to the circle center of the base circle of the cutterhead are unequal;
the center line of the cup body is coaxial with the axis of the cutter, and has an eccentric distance with the center line of the cutter head; or (b)
The center line of the cutter disc, the center line of the cup body and the axis of the cutter are provided with eccentric distances.
2. The food processor as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the central axis of the cutter disc coincides with the central axis of the cup body, and the central axis of the cutter disc has an eccentric distance L1 with the axis of the cutter.
3. The food processor as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the central axis of the cutter disc coincides with the axis of the cutter, and the eccentric distance L2 is formed between the central axis of the cutter disc and the central axis of the cup body.
4. The food processor as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the central axis of the cup body coincides with the axis of the cutter, and an eccentric distance L3 is formed between the central axis of the cup body and the central axis of the cutter.
5. The food processor as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the central axis of the cup body and the central axis of the cutterhead have an eccentric distance L4;
the central axis of the cutterhead and the axis of the cutter have an eccentric distance L5;
the central axis of the cup body and the axis of the cutter have an eccentric distance L6.
6. The food processor according to claim 2, wherein the food processor comprises,
the value range of the eccentric distance L1 is more than or equal to 0mm and less than or equal to 50 and L1.
7. The food processor as claimed in claim 3, wherein,
the value range of the eccentric distance L2 is more than or equal to 0mm and less than or equal to 50mm and L2.
8. The food processor of claim 4, wherein the food processor comprises a plurality of food processors,
the value range of the eccentric distance L3 is more than or equal to 0mm and less than or equal to 50mm and L3.
9. The food processor of claim 5, wherein the food processor comprises a plurality of food processors,
the eccentric distance L4, the eccentric distance L5 and the eccentric distance L6 are respectively 0 mm-50 mm, 0 mm-50 mm-5 and 0 mm-6.
10. The food processor of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the cutterhead is of unitary or split construction with the cup.
11. The food processor according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein,
the cup wall comprises an outer wall and an inner wall of the cup body;
the contour line of the cup body is the intersection line of the outer wall of the cup body and the cross section of the outer wall of the cup body, or the contour line of the cup body is the intersection line of the inner wall of the cup body and the cross section of the inner wall of the cup body.
12. The food processor according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein,
the cutter comprises at least two groups of blades, and each group of blades comprises at least two blades;
