With the continuous development of the tourism industry, more and more people select airplanes for going out. When the airplane is going out, it is inevitable to encounter an abnormal flight, which is, for example: an out-of-line flight due to weather causes, air traffic control, mechanical malfunction, airplane deployment, etc.
For the refund process of these flights, there are three main ways as shown in fig. 1:
1) the method comprises the steps that a passenger submits a ticket refunding request on a website of a navigation department, a background ticket refunding auditor of the navigation department obtains abnormal flight information through a paper notice of the navigation department, audits whether the travel of the passenger belongs to the abnormal flight, and finally judges whether the passenger refunds the ticket according to the abnormal flight;
2) the method comprises the steps that a passenger submits a ticket refunding request on a website of the airline department, a backstage ticket refunding auditor of the airline department dynamically obtains abnormal flight information through manual airline-to-airline department flights to judge whether the travel of the passenger belongs to the abnormal flight, and finally the passenger is refunded according to the flow of the abnormal flight;
3) the passenger submits a ticket refunding request on a website of the airline department, and a background ticket refunding auditor of the airline department audits the refunding ticket directly according to the refunding ticket of the normal flight, and finally, the normal flight ticket refunding flow is carried out.
The above several ticket refunding modes mainly have the following problems: from the perspective of a business process, a passenger submits a ticket refunding request and the ticket refunding request is audited to a navigation department background, the auditing process also needs to inquire abnormal flight information to judge whether a flight section of the refunding ticket is an abnormal flight or not, then the amount of the refunding ticket is checked, the refunding ticket can be triggered at last, and the refunding process is complicated; from the cost perspective, the background auditor of the navigation department needs a manual auditing process, so that the manpower and time cost after the navigation department is increased, and the time cost of passengers is increased; from the perspective of economic benefit of the passenger, if the ticket refunding treatment is carried out according to the normal flight, a certain refunding fee is generated, so that the passenger loses a part of the economic benefit and is easy to complain.
In view of the above problems, no effective solution has been proposed.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following embodiments and accompanying drawings. The exemplary embodiments and descriptions of the present invention are provided to explain the present invention, but not to limit the present invention.
Fig. 2 is a ticket refunding method of an electronic ticket according to an embodiment of the present application. Although the flow described below includes operations that occur in a particular order, it should be appreciated that the processes may include more or less operations that are performed sequentially or in parallel (e.g., using parallel processors or a multi-threaded environment). As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
in an embodiment of the present invention, a method for refunding an electronic ticket is provided, as shown in fig. 2, which may include the following steps:
step 201: receiving a ticket refunding request of an electronic ticket submitted by a user;
specifically, the passenger may submit a ticket refunding request at the B2C website of the airline company, and select the leg information to be refunded, where the leg information includes: the passenger electronic ticket number, departure place, destination, flight number, passenger name, identity card number, etc. and selects the involuntary refund, the reason of refunding can be selected as follows: airline reasons (e.g., flight changes, flight cancellation, flight delays, etc.) and submits the request to the system for refund.
The ticket refunding request can carry the following information: passenger electronic ticket number, departure place, destination, flight number, passenger name, identity card number and involuntary refund mark.
Step 202: determining whether the electronic passenger ticket requested to be returned by the ticket returning request belongs to an abnormal flight;
in one embodiment, the ticket face data information corresponding to the passenger electronic ticket number can be extracted from the airline reservation system according to the passenger electronic ticket number carried in the ticket refunding request; the extracted ticket face data information is compared with the information carried in the ticket refunding request; after the check is passed, determining whether a preset identifier exists in the extracted ticket data information, wherein the preset identifier is used for identifying the electronic ticket as an abnormal flight; and determining whether the electronic passenger ticket requested to be returned by the ticket returning request belongs to an abnormal flight or not according to whether a preset identifier exists in the extracted ticket data information or not.
The predetermined identifier may include, but is not limited to: IRR and/or INV.
Step 203: in the case where it is determined that the flight is an abnormal flight, a full refund operation is performed.
The checking of the abnormal flight can be realized through the steps, the refund amount of the passenger can be calculated after the checking, and the refund amount is required for the abnormal flight. The system obtains the information of the actual fare, tax, airport construction fee, coupon and the like of the passenger through the passenger order, and calculates the amount of the final full refund. Namely, the actual fare, tax, airport construction fee and coupon information of the electronic ticket can be obtained; calculating to obtain the amount of money required to be refunded according to the obtained actual fare, tax, airport construction fee and coupon information; and returning the calculated amount needing refund to the user account.
In one embodiment, a history of the e-ticket may be obtained according to the e-ticket number of the passenger, the keyword "IRR SET BY" may be found from the history to obtain the reason for the abnormal flight, and the obtained reason for the abnormal flight may be recorded. Wherein the reason may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: flight change, flight cancellation, flight delay.
In this example, a method for returning an airline ticket is provided, so that an airline company does not need to check the returning ticket of an abnormal flight manually, but automatically completes the returning ticket process after a passenger submits a returning ticket request, thereby simplifying the returning ticket process of the abnormal flight and improving the returning ticket efficiency for processing the abnormal flight.
The system for realizing the automatic ticket refunding of the abnormal flight can comprise the following steps: the system comprises a passenger ticket refunding selection module, a passenger journey information extraction and confirmation module, an abnormal flight judgment module, an abnormal flight reason acquisition and recording module, a refunding amount calculation module and an electronic ticket refunding module, wherein the following modules are specifically explained as follows:
the passenger ticket refunding selection module is used for submitting the refunding form of the electronic passenger ticket by the passenger according to the actual reason, wherein the refunding reason of the website of the airline company can be set as two types: voluntary and involuntary refunds, where involuntary refunds (i.e., refunds due to airline reasons) may include abnormal flight conditions.
The passenger journey information extraction and confirmation module is used for acquiring the relevant information of the flight section of the passenger needing to refund from the booking system according to the flight section, date, flight number, electronic ticket number and the like of the refund submitted by the passenger, and checking the relevant information with the submitted information.
And the abnormal flight judging module is used for determining whether the ticket face information of the flight segment of the ticket refund contains an IRR or INV identifier according to the electronic ticket number of the passenger and judging whether the flight segment of the ticket refund request submitted by the passenger belongs to the abnormal flight or not according to whether the IRR or INV identifier exists or not.
And the abnormal flight reason acquisition and recording module is used for acquiring the historical record of the electronic ticket according to the electronic ticket number of the passenger, searching the keyword 'IRR SET BY' from the historical record to acquire the abnormal flight reason and recording the acquired abnormal flight reason.
And the refund amount calculation module is used for acquiring the actual fare and the tax of the passenger and the airport construction fee according to the electronic ticket information of the passenger.
And the electronic ticket refunding module is used for triggering the electronic ticket refunding operation according to the electronic ticket information of the passenger and refunding the section ticket of the passenger needing refunding in the airline reservation system.
The embodiment also provides an implementation method for automatically returning tickets for abnormal flights, which as shown in fig. 3, may include the following steps:
step 1: the passenger submits a ticket refunding request at a B2C website of an airline company, and selects the flight section information to be refunded, wherein the flight section information comprises: the passenger electronic ticket number, departure place, destination, flight number, passenger name, identity card number, etc. and selects the involuntary refund, the reason of refunding can be selected as follows: airline reasons (e.g., flight changes, flight cancellation, flight delays, etc.) and submits the request to the system for refund.
Step 2: the system determines whether to go through an involuntary ticket refunding process according to the ticket refunding mode submitted by the passenger. If the electronic passenger is not voluntarily refunding, the system extracts the passenger information from the host computer of the going-to-air letter booking seat according to the electronic passenger ticket number and checks and confirms the information submitted by the foreground of the passenger.
And step 3: the system acquires an IRR or INV mark according to the extracted ticket information of the electronic passenger ticket number refunding flight segment, and if one of the IRR or INV marks exists, the system judges that the passenger refunding flight segment belongs to an abnormal flight. One of the cases of INV is involuntary change of sign, INV is operation against ticket, and IRR is operation occurring against the entire flight.
And 4, step 4: the system extracts the face history of the electronic ticket according to the electronic ticket provided by the passenger, and searches keywords: the IRR SET BY, BY is followed BY the abnormal flight reason, and the system records the abnormal flight reason.
And 5: the checking of the abnormal flight can be realized through the steps, the refund amount of the passenger can be calculated after the checking, and the refund amount is required for the abnormal flight. The system obtains the information of the actual fare, tax, airport construction fee, coupon and the like of the passenger through the passenger order, and calculates the amount of the final full refund.
Step 6: the system triggers the ticket refund of the ticket refund flight segment and fills the ticket refund list operation to change the ticket surface state of the flight segment in the flight letter booking seat.
In the above example, the automatic refund of the abnormal flight is completed by integrating the data of fare, tax and the like in the passenger order through the special identification of the abnormal flight in the electronic passenger ticket. The automatic audit replaces manual audit of an airline department background auditor, the system automatically calculates the full refund amount of money and triggers the refund operation to replace manual audit of the refund amount of money and manual trigger of the refund operation, so that an airline can not need to carry out complicated manual refund audit operation of abnormal flights, a rapid and convenient automatic refund scheme for the abnormal flights is realized, and the processing efficiency of the refund of the abnormal flights of the airline is greatly improved.
The following is a specific example, which may include the following steps:
step 1: the passenger submits a ticket refunding request at the B2C website of the airline company, and selects the segment information to be refunded, wherein the segment information may include: the passenger electronic ticket number, departure place, destination, flight number, passenger name, identity card number, etc., and selects the involuntary refund, wherein the reasons for refund can be selected from airline reasons (such as flight change, flight cancel, flight delay, etc.).
Step 2: the system determines whether to go through an involuntary ticket refunding process according to the ticket refunding mode submitted by the passenger. If the electronic passenger ticket number is not voluntary, the system goes to the passenger information booking host to extract the passenger information according to the electronic passenger ticket number, and checks and confirms the information submitted by the passenger foreground. For example: e-ticket number: 9991234567890 ticket data information in the host computer of the airline reservation seat is shown in fig. 4, and the name of the passenger can be obtained according to the ticket number of the electronic passenger: TEST, flight number: CA1234, origin: PEK, destination: SHA, flight date: 26APR, etc.
And step 3: the system obtains the IRR or INV identifier according to the ticket information of the extracted E-ticket number refund leg, for example, the IRR identifier exists in the PEK-SHA leg of the E-ticket (9991234567890) in FIG. 4, and the INV identifier exists in the ZUH-XIY leg of the E-ticket (8802116188148) in FIG. 5. And if one of the IRR or INV identifications does exist in the ticket face of the electronic passenger ticket, determining that the passenger refunding flight segment is an abnormal flight.
And 4, step 4: the system extracts the face history of the electronic ticket according to the electronic ticket provided by the passenger, and searches keywords: IRR SET BY, wherein the BY is followed BY the recorded abnormal flight reason, and the system needs to record the abnormal flight reason. For example, if the face history data of the electronic ticket (8802198206412) in FIG. 6 contains the keyword IRR SET BY, BY is followed BY schedule change, then the reason for the abnormal flight is schedule change.
And 5: after the auditing of the abnormal flight is completed, the calculation of the amount of money required to refund the passenger can be triggered, and for the abnormal flight, the full refund is required. The system obtains the information of the actual fare, tax, airport construction fee, coupon and the like of the passenger through the passenger order, and calculates the amount of the final full refund. For example: as shown in the figure, the electronic passenger ticket (8802116188148), the actual fare of the flight section where the passenger needs to refund the ticket is 530.00, CN tax (airport building fee) is 50.00, YQ tax: 0.00, (EXEMPT indicates exemption of the charge), so the passenger is eventually required to be refunded 580.00 according to the principles of the refund of the full amount of abnormal flights.
Step 6: the system triggers the ticket REFUND of the ticket REFUND flight segment and fills in the ticket REFUND list operation, and changes the ticket surface state of the flight segment in the flight booking seat from OPEN FOR USE to REFUND.
Aiming at the increase of abnormal flight phenomena in an airline company, especially the large-area abnormal flight situation easily occurs due to air traffic control and weather reasons, the abnormal flight refund requests submitted by a large number of passengers can be accumulated in a short time. Under the condition of abnormal flight, the passenger urgently hopes to fast refund the loss of the abnormal flight to the passenger is reduced, and by the method provided by the embodiment, the automatic checking and refunding of the abnormal flight can be effectively finished under the condition that no background is involved in the operations of checking and calculating refund money amount and the like, so that the efficiency of processing the refund of the abnormal flight by an airline company is greatly improved, the labor cost of the airline company is saved, the refund processing time of the abnormal flight is shortened, and the satisfaction degree of the passenger is improved.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the invention also provides a ticket refunding device of the electronic passenger ticket, which is described in the following embodiment.
