By using the device and the method provided by the invention, the state of the storage battery in the transformer substation can be monitored, and when the storage battery is separated from the bus, the result is rapidly detected and judged, and an alarm signal is generated, so that the maintenance of a worker is facilitated, and the safety of a standby power supply of the transformer substation is ensured.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of storage batteries, in particular to a method and a device for detecting fusing and open-circuit of a main fuse of a storage battery pack.
Background
In a storage battery pack in operation of a power system transformer substation, a fault that a storage battery is separated from a bus is easy to occur, the fault causes the problems that the state of a backup power supply of the storage battery pack is out of control, a monitoring dead zone occurs in a detection system, and such accidents frequently occur in recent years. In the prior art, there is a detection device for the operating state of the battery, but the detection of the state of the fuse is not mainly aimed at the detection of the main fuse and the open state of the battery, and the state detection of the fuse becomes a detection dead zone. Therefore, research on a main fuse and an open circuit judging method of the storage battery pack is needed, and the method is directly applied to the field of stable and safe operation of a power grid.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a method for detecting the state of a main fuse and the state of an open circuit of a storage battery pack, which aims to overcome at least one defect in the prior art, improve the safety and reliability of a power supply of a transformer substation and ensure the stability and safety of a power grid.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a method for detecting fusing and open circuit of a main fuse of a storage battery pack comprises the following detection steps:
(1) Respectively setting a detection point at two sides of each main fuse of the storage battery access bus, and respectively detecting the voltage between each detection point;

By adopting the method, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the state of the fuse and the open state of the storage battery pack can be judged through the voltage values and the loop currents detected at the two sides of the fuse, the detection and judgment methods are simple and visual, and the result can be obtained rapidly.
The invention also provides a device for detecting the fusing and open circuit of the main fuse of the storage battery pack, which comprises an electric quantity parameter detection device and a control logic device, wherein the control logic device is connected with the electric quantity parameter detection device; the electric quantity parameter detection device is used for detecting the voltage between detection points at two sides of each main fuse of the storage battery set access bus and the loop current of the storage battery set; and the control logic device judges whether the main fuse of the storage battery pack is fused and the open circuit of the storage battery pack occurs or not according to the voltage and the loop current detected by the electric quantity parameter detection device and outputs an alarm signal.
Further, the electric quantity parameter detection comprises a voltage detection device and a current detection device, wherein the voltage detection device is used for detecting the voltage between detection points at two sides of each main fuse of the storage battery access bus; the current detection device is used for detecting the loop current of the storage battery.
Further, the control logic device comprises three groups of alarm devices used for warning the fusing of the main fuse or the open state of the storage battery.
Further, the alarm device is a passive contact and an on-site indicator lamp, the on-site indicator lamp is connected to the passive contact, and the on-site indicator lamps of the three groups of alarm devices are different in lighting color. Different lighting colors represent different fault states, and a worker can intuitively see the fault condition of the storage battery pack.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects are that: the device for detecting the fusing and open-circuit states of the main fuse of the storage battery pack is provided, the detection steps are simplified, each detection voltage does not need to be detected manually, after the detection device is connected with each electric measuring point, the fusing and open-circuit states of the main fuse of the storage battery pack are detected in real time, and the result is directly fed back to an alarm device connected with a passive contact and an on-site indicator lamp, so that the maintenance of the storage battery pack is facilitated.

as shown in fig. 1, the device for detecting the fusing and opening of the main fuse of the storage battery pack comprises an electric quantity parameter detection device and a control logic device, wherein the control logic device is connected with the electric quantity parameter detection device; the electric quantity parameter detection device is provided with a voltage detection device and a current detection device, four voltage detection interfaces of the voltage detection device are respectively connected with detection points on two sides of the positive fuse and the negative fuse, the current detection interfaces are connected with loop current detection points, and the voltage on two sides of the main fuse of the storage battery set access bus and the loop current of the storage battery set are respectively detected; the control logic device judges whether the fusing of the main fuse of the storage battery and the open circuit of the storage battery occur or not and outputs an alarm signal according to the voltage and the loop current detected by the electric quantity parameter detecting device, and three pairs of alarm devices connected with the on-site indicator lamps are further arranged on the control logic device, the on-site indicator lamps are different in lighting color, and different colors represent different states of the storage battery.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the battery pack main fuse and the open circuit detection method are as follows:
firstly, an electric quantity parameter detection device detects voltage parameters and battery loop current parameters between detection points at two sides of each main fuse of a storage battery access bus; the control logic device judges whether the positive electrode fuse of the storage battery pack is fused, the negative electrode fuse is fused and other parts of the storage battery pack except the fuses are open or not according to the first to sixth voltage parameters and the current parameters detected by the electric quantity parameter detection device, and outputs alarm information after the positive electrode fuse of the storage battery pack is fused or the negative electrode fuse is fused or other parts of the storage battery pack except the fuses are open or not.
The electric quantity parameter detection device is used for detecting values of first to sixth voltages of voltages at two sides of a main fuse of the battery pack access bus and loop current of the battery pack, wherein the first voltage is a voltage between a detection point A1 at one side of the positive fuse bus and a detection point B1 at one side of the negative fuse bus; the second voltage is the voltage between the detection point A2 on the side of the positive electrode fuse storage battery and the detection point B2 on the side of the negative electrode fuse storage battery; the third voltage is the voltage between a detection point A1 on the side of the bus of the positive electrode fuse and a detection point B2 on the side of the storage battery of the negative electrode fuse; the fourth voltage is the voltage between the detection point A2 on the side of the positive electrode fuse storage battery and the detection point B1 on the side of the negative electrode fuse bus; the fifth voltage is the voltage between the detection point A1 on the side of the bus of the positive electrode fuse and the detection point A2 on the side of the storage battery of the positive electrode fuse; the sixth voltage is a voltage between the detection point B1 on the negative electrode fuse bus side and the detection point B2 on the negative electrode fuse battery side.
And the control logic device judges whether the main fuse of the storage battery pack is fused and the open circuit of the storage battery pack occurs or not according to the voltage and the loop current detected by the electric quantity parameter detection device and outputs an alarm signal. The specific judging method comprises the following steps: firstly, setting rated voltage, abrupt voltage quantity and current threshold according to parameters of a storage battery, and then comparing current and voltage:
the first voltage is equal to the second voltage and equal to the set rated voltage, and the third voltage is equal to the fourth voltage and equal to zero, and the main fuse of the storage battery pack is judged to be in a normal state and in an open-circuit state;
the first voltage and the second voltage are unequal, the difference value is larger than the abrupt change, the third voltage is unequal to zero, the third voltage is equal to the first voltage and the fifth voltage, the fourth voltage is equal to zero, the second voltage is equal to the sixth voltage, and when the four groups of conditions are met at the same time, the positive-electrode-terminal fuse of the storage battery pack is judged to be fused;
the first voltage and the second voltage are unequal, the difference value is larger than the abrupt change, the fourth voltage is unequal to zero, the third voltage is equal to the first voltage and the sixth voltage, the third voltage is equal to zero, the second voltage is equal to the fifth voltage, and when the four groups of conditions are met at the same time, the fuse at the negative electrode end of the storage battery pack is judged to be fused;
and when the three sets of conditions are simultaneously satisfied, the main fuse of the storage battery is judged to be normal but an open circuit exists in the storage battery.

fourth voltage: a voltage between a detection point (A2) on the side of the positive electrode fuse storage battery and a detection point (B1) on the side of the negative electrode fuse bus;
fifth voltage: a voltage between a detection point (A1) on the side of the positive electrode fuse busbar and a detection point (A2) on the side of the positive electrode fuse storage battery;
sixth voltage: a voltage between a detection point (B1) on the side of the negative electrode fuse bus and a detection point (B2) on the side of the negative electrode fuse storage battery;
the voltage comparison quantity comprises rated voltage and abrupt voltage quantity; the current comparison quantity comprises a current threshold value;
the operation comparison method among the measured voltage, the measured current, the current comparison quantity and the voltage comparison quantity is as follows:
