Through the cooperation with the mobile terminal, the intelligent lamp provided by the embodiment of the invention does not need to be provided with an independent camera and a processor, and the reminding of the user state can be realized only by arranging a plurality of simple intelligent units, so that the whole intelligent lamp is simple and easy to realize, and the cost of the intelligent lamp can be effectively controlled.
Likewise, a driving component (not shown) electrically connected to the light source 30 may be further disposed in the intelligent lamp. The driving component is a driving part of the whole intelligent lamp, and mainly provides power for the intelligent lamp, and can be composed of one or more Direct Current-Direct Current (DC) -DC converters or one or more linear power supplies.
The preferred implementation manner of the intelligent lamp provided in this embodiment is an intelligent desk lamp, and when the intelligent desk lamp is combined with a mobile terminal, the intelligent desk lamp can be preferably combined with a mobile phone of a user. The desk lamp mainly provides illumination when a user learns and works, and the mobile phone is in a standard configuration of almost everyone, so that the mobile phone is free in a sense, and has a better camera and a processor, and the camera of the mobile phone is generally larger than 500 ten thousand pixels. Therefore, the cost can be better controlled through the combination of the desk lamp and the mobile phone, and the user experience is higher.
When the mobile terminal and the intelligent light fixture perform signal transmission, the communication unit 40 in the intelligent light fixture may be configured to receive a control signal sent by the mobile terminal through a wireless data connection established between the communication unit 40 and the mobile terminal. Or it may be connected to the mobile terminal through a data interface in the mobile terminal fixing structure 11 on the base 10 and receive a control signal sent by the mobile terminal. Of course, there are other signal transmission manners between the mobile terminal and the communication unit, which are not described in detail herein.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal can analyze the sitting posture, the attention and the eye fatigue state of the user according to the acquired image data, and if the current nonstandard state of the user is judged, the intelligent lamp can be expected to send a control signal. I.e. the analysis work of the control unit 50 in the previous embodiment is done entirely by the mobile terminal. Therefore, the control signal sent by the mobile terminal may be sent by the mobile terminal when the sitting posture of the user is judged to exceed the preset deviation range based on comparing the acquired image data with the preset reference image data. The preset reference image data can be the reference image data obtained by the user collecting the image data in advance through the mobile terminal before the intelligent lamp is used and performing calibration. The control signal may also be reference image data pre-stored in the mobile terminal, and when the sitting posture of the user exceeds the preset specified deviation range, the control signal is sent to the communication unit 40 in the intelligent lamp after the image data is subsequently collected and then compared with the preset reference image data.
The control signal sent by the mobile terminal may also be sent when the mobile terminal analyzes based on the collected image data, determines that the line of sight direction of the user exceeds a first tolerance range of the book, and/or the face direction of the user exceeds a second tolerance range of the book. When the mobile terminal analyzes the image data, whether the sight direction of the user in the acquired image data is within a first tolerance range of the book and whether the face direction is within a second tolerance range of the book can be analyzed through a related algorithm of face recognition or other image processing algorithms. Preferably, the first tolerance range may include a horizontal direction ±0 to 30° and a vertical direction ±0 to 10° with reference to a direct-view book; the second tolerance range may include: horizontal direction is +/-0-10 degrees, and vertical direction is +/-0-10 degrees.
The control signal sent by the mobile terminal may also be sent when the mobile terminal performs analysis based on continuously collected image data, and determines that the eye closing time of the user exceeds a preset time and/or the blink frequency of the user exceeds a preset frequency. The frequency of the image collected by the mobile terminal can be set according to different situations in the actual application process, and the preset eye closing time and the preset blink frequency can be set or pre-stored by a user, so that the invention is not limited.
When the communication unit 40 receives the control signal sent by the mobile terminal, the control signal is directly sent to the alarm unit 60, and the alarm unit 60 sends a signal to remind the user of the state. For example, the brightness of the light source 30 is adjusted, a preset alarm sound is played, a preset voice prompt sound is played, the light source is turned off, etc., however, the mode of the alarm unit 60 for carrying out the state reminding according to different user states may be various, and the invention is not limited thereto.
Preferably, the mobile terminal can also generate a user state analysis report based on the user state change condition within a preset time period so as to be convenient for a user to view. That is, the mobile terminal may generate a user status analysis report for a status change condition of the user within a specified period of time at intervals or after the use of the smart luminaire is completed. The user state analysis report may be in a chart form or other forms, and may include the content of sitting posture change, attention change, and the like of the user, which is not limited by the present invention.
Optionally, the reminding of the user state can also be realized through the mobile terminal. That is, after the collected data image is analyzed in the intelligent lamp, the state reminding can be performed by the direct mobile terminal.
The embodiment provides an intelligent lamp with stronger interaction, through the combination of intelligent lamp and mobile terminal that this embodiment provided, after the current image data of user that mobile terminal gathered, can carry out the analysis to above-mentioned image data, and then confirm whether the current state of user is the position of sitting is improper, attention is poor or tired, if confirm that the user has appeared above-mentioned arbitrary state, will send control signal to intelligent lamp, intelligent lamp carries out corresponding state warning.
In the above description, two embodiments of the present invention have been mentioned, one is that the mobile terminal collects the reference image data, and sends the image data collected later and the reference image data to the control unit 50 of the intelligent desk lamp through the communication unit 40 in the intelligent desk lamp, and the control unit 50 determines that the state of the user needs to be reminded based on the analysis of the image data, at this time, a signal is sent to the alarm unit 60, and then sends a state reminding signal to the user. And secondly, the mobile terminal directly compares the acquired reference image data with the subsequent image data, and when finding that the current state of the user needs to be reminded, the mobile terminal directly sends a control signal to the alarm unit 60 through the communication unit 40, so as to remind the state of the user.
In addition to the above two cases, there may be a third case, that is, the mobile terminal may be used as a camera, and the intelligent desk lamp analyzes the image acquisition related data sent by the mobile terminal, to determine whether to perform a status alert for the user. The mobile terminal only collecting the image can not perform any data analysis, so that only the image collected by the mobile terminal can be sent to the intelligent lamp, and at the moment, the intelligent lamp not only needs to have the analysis function, but also needs to have the judging function of the image data, namely, needs to judge whether the image collected by the mobile terminal is the image required by judging the state of the user.
Still another embodiment of the present invention further provides a smart lamp, which also includes a base 10 and a lamp body 20 as shown in fig. 1, and the lamp body 20 may also include a lamp cap 21 provided with a light source 30 and a lamp holder 22 connecting the base 10 and the lamp cap 21. As shown in fig. 2, the lamp may further be provided with a communication unit 40, a control unit 50 and an alarm unit 60.
In the embodiment provided by the invention, the communication unit 40 is configured to receive the image data collected by the mobile terminal and send the image to the control unit 50, the control unit 50 is configured to determine that the image data sent by the communication unit 40 is the image data required for judging the state of the user, send a control signal to the alarm unit 60 when judging that the state of the user needs to be reminded based on the image data, and the alarm unit 60 is configured to remind the state of the user in a preset manner according to the control signal sent by the control unit 50. Through the cooperation with the mobile terminal, the intelligent lamp provided by the embodiment of the invention does not need to be provided with an independent camera, and the reminding of the user state can be realized only by arranging some intelligent units, so that the whole intelligent lamp is simple and easy to realize, and the cost of the intelligent lamp can be effectively controlled.
In the intelligent lamp provided by the embodiment of the invention, the image data collected by the mobile terminal is not necessarily the data required for determining the user state, so the control unit 50 firstly judges whether the image sent by the communication unit 40 is the image required for judging the user state, if so, analyzes the image, and judges whether the current state of the user is required to be reminded, in practical application, the control unit 50 can be composed of one or more microprocessors or one or more single-chip microcomputer, and the invention is not limited.
When the mobile terminal and the intelligent light fixture perform image transmission, the communication unit 40 in the intelligent light fixture can be configured to receive image data acquired by the mobile terminal through a wireless data connection established between the communication unit 40 and the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal may also be connected to and image-transmitted through a data interface in a mobile terminal fixing structure 11 provided on the base 10 as shown in fig. 3.
Further, the control unit 50 may be configured to determine that the image data transmitted from the communication unit 40 is the image data required for determining the user status, compare the image data with the preset reference image data based on the above image data, and transmit a control signal to the alarm unit 60 when the sitting posture of the user exceeds the preset deviation range. The preset reference image data may be obtained after the control unit 50 performs calibration according to the image transmitted from the communication unit 40. The control unit 50 may also be pre-stored reference image data after calibration based on the last received image.
In the intelligent lamp provided by the embodiment of the invention, the control unit 50 receives all the collected image data of the mobile terminal, so that after the collected image of the mobile terminal is received, the collected image data is firstly analyzed and judged, standard sitting posture data of a tested user is firstly obtained through calibration, then the related data obtained by the subsequently received image is compared with the standard sitting posture data, and further whether the state reminding of the user is needed is judged.
The control unit 50 may be further configured to determine that the image data transmitted by the communication unit 40 is image data required for determining the status of the user, analyze the image data, and transmit a control signal to the alarm unit 60 when the direction of the line of sight of the user exceeds a first tolerance range of the book and/or the direction of the face of the user exceeds a second tolerance range of the book.
The control unit 50 may be further configured to determine that the image data continuously transmitted by the communication unit 40 is image data required for determining the status of the user, analyze the continuous image data, and transmit a control signal to the alarm unit 60 when the eye closure time of the user exceeds a preset time and/or a preset frequency at which the blink frequency of the user exceeds. The image of the communication unit 40 is collected and sent by the mobile terminal, so that the frequency of the image collected by the mobile terminal, the image transmission frequency of the mobile terminal and the communication unit 40, and the frequency of the image transmitted by the communication unit 40 and the control unit can be set by a user, or can be set by an intelligent lamp or the mobile terminal, specific frequency values can be the same or different, and can be set according to different situations in the actual application process, and the preset eye closing time and the preset blink frequency can be set by the user or the intelligent lamp. When the control unit 50 analyzes the blink frequency and the eye closing time of the user, only the relevant data of the eyes of the user in the image can be obtained according to the image sent by the communication unit 40, so that the analysis efficiency is improved.
After analyzing the received image data, the control unit 50 sends a control signal to the alarm unit 60 when it is determined that the user needs to be reminded of the state, and the alarm unit 60 can remind the user of the state in different modes according to the control signal.
Preferably, the control unit 50 may be further configured to generate a user state analysis report based on the user state change condition within the preset period of time, and transmit the user state analysis report to the mobile terminal through the communication unit 40. That is, the control unit 50 may generate a user status analysis report for the status change of the user within a designated period of time at intervals or after the use of the smart luminaire is completed, and then transmit the user status analysis report to the mobile terminal through the communication unit 40 for the user to view. The user state analysis report may be in a chart form or other forms, and may include the content of sitting posture change, attention change, and the like of the user, which is not limited by the present invention.
Through the combination of the lamp and the mobile terminal provided by the embodiment, the image data acquired by the mobile terminal is sent to the control unit in the intelligent lamp, whether the image data is the image data required by determining the state of the user is firstly judged, if yes, the image data is analyzed to determine whether the current state of the user is out of position, poor attention or tired, and if the state of the user is any one of the above, a control signal is sent to the alarm unit, so that the corresponding state reminding is carried out on the user.
The preferred embodiment of the present invention further provides an intelligent lamp, as shown in fig. 5, where the intelligent lamp may further include a control key 70 for controlling a power switch of the lamp, and a switch for controlling whether to alert a user of a state through the lamp. The control key can be a mechanical key or a touch key, and the invention is not limited.
The intelligent lamp provided by the embodiment of the invention has the function of reminding the state of the user besides the lighting function of the common lamp, and the functions can be controlled by the control keys 70 or can be controlled by setting independent function control keys. If the above functions are controlled by the control keys 70, the control keys may be arranged in a plurality of gear positions, different gear positions representing different functions, which may include: the power switch, the brightness of the light source 30, the switch for controlling the user state reminding function, etc. can be controlled, and different settings can be performed according to different requirements in specific applications, and the invention is not limited.
The embodiment of the invention provides a user state reminding system based on an intelligent lamp, which comprises the intelligent lamp and a mobile terminal, wherein the mobile terminal is in communication connection with a communication unit 40 in the intelligent lamp. Wherein, at least one image acquisition device is arranged in the mobile terminal, and the image acquisition device is configured to acquire image data of a user. Fig. 6 and fig. 7 are a front view and a side view of a structure diagram of a mobile terminal fixed on an intelligent lamp according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, where the intelligent lamp is preferably an intelligent desk lamp, and the mobile terminal is preferably a smart phone. The user state reminding system provided by the embodiment of the invention fixes the mobile terminal and the intelligent lamp together, and in practical application, the mobile terminal and the intelligent lamp can be independently placed or other modes are adopted, and are not described in detail herein.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal can be mechanically and electrically connected with the intelligent lamp, and the image acquisition device in the mobile terminal in a state of being connected with the intelligent lamp can acquire image data of a user. The image data collected by the mobile terminal needs to be sent to the communication unit 40, so that a wireless data connection such as WiFi, bluetooth, etc. can be established between the communication unit 40 and the mobile terminal, the communication unit 40 is connected with the mobile terminal through the wireless data connection, or a wired data connection is established between the communication unit 40 and the mobile terminal through a USB or other data interface, and the communication unit 40 is connected with the mobile terminal through the data interface.
Further, the mobile terminal may further be provided with a first client, where the first client at least includes: and the adjusting module is configured to adjust the communication frequency between the mobile terminal and the intelligent lamp. For example, a client used with the intelligent lamp can be arranged on the mobile terminal, a user can adjust the frequency of the mobile terminal for collecting image data and the frequency of sending image data or control signals to the intelligent lamp by operating the client, the client can also receive and display a user state analysis report sent by the intelligent lamp, and the user can also be reminded of the state according to the analysis result of the intelligent lamp on the image data.
Optionally, at least one image processing device may be further disposed in the mobile terminal, where the image processing device is configured to analyze the image data collected by the image collecting device. The image processing device of the mobile terminal in a connection state with the intelligent lamp can automatically analyze the image data acquired by the image acquisition device. The image processing device on the mobile terminal may be further configured to generate a user status analysis report based on the user status change condition within the preset period of time, and push the user status analysis report to the user through the client.
In addition, a binding relationship can be established between a plurality of mobile terminals and the intelligent lamp, and the user state analysis report can be received and checked by the plurality of mobile terminals which establish the binding relationship with the intelligent lamp. When the binding relationship is established between the mobile terminal and the intelligent lamp, a first client can be arranged on the mobile terminal, the binding relationship is established between the mobile terminal and the intelligent lamp through the first client, and the binding relationship can also be established between the mobile terminal and the intelligent lamp through other modes.
The preferred embodiment of the invention also provides a user state reminding method based on the intelligent lamp, wherein the intelligent lamp comprises the following steps: base, lamp body, the lamp body is including the lamp holder that is provided with the light source and connect the lighting fixture of base and lamp holder, still is provided with communication unit, control unit and alarm unit in the intelligent lamps and lanterns. As shown in fig. 8, the user state reminding method provided in the preferred embodiment of the present invention includes:
Step S802, a communication unit receives image data collected by a mobile terminal and sends the image data to a control unit;
step S804, the control unit analyzes the image data sent by the communication unit, judges whether to carry out state reminding on the user, and if so, sends a control signal to the alarm unit;
in step S806, the alarm unit reminds the user of the state in a preset manner according to the control signal sent by the control unit.
The user state reminding method provided by the preferred embodiment is simple and easy to realize, the user does not need to wear any equipment, the state of the user can be determined and reminded only by the mobile terminal and the intelligent lamp, and the user experience is greatly improved.
When the mobile terminal transmits the acquired image data to the communication unit, data transmission can be performed through a wireless data connection established between the communication unit and the mobile terminal. When the wireless data connection is established between the mobile terminal and the communication unit, the communication unit and the mobile terminal can be simultaneously connected with the same WiFi signal source, and Bluetooth connection can also be established between the communication unit and the mobile terminal, which is not described in detail herein.
The base of the intelligent lamp can be further provided with a mobile terminal fixing structure for fixing the mobile terminal, a data interface can be further arranged in the mobile terminal fixing structure, wired data connection can be established between the communication unit and the mobile terminal through the data interface, and the mobile terminal can send image data to the communication unit through the data interface. Further, the data interface can also provide power for the mobile terminal to charge the mobile terminal.
Optionally, the control unit in the intelligent lamp can analyze and judge the states of sitting posture, attention, fatigue and the like of the user.
Thus, the step 804 may include: the control unit compares the image data sent by the communication unit with preset reference image data to judge whether the sitting posture of the user exceeds a preset deviation range. The reference image data may be standard sitting posture image data of the user collected by the mobile terminal before the user uses the intelligent lamp as reference image data or reference image data pre-stored in the control unit.
When a user starts to use, the mobile terminal can acquire image data of the user in real time or at preset interval time, the image data are transmitted to a communication unit in the intelligent lamp through wireless or wired data connection, the communication unit transmits the received image data to a control unit, the control unit compares the received image data with reference image data, whether the sitting posture of the user in a data image acquired by the mobile terminal deviates from the sitting posture of the user in the reference image data or not is analyzed through an image processing algorithm, whether the deviation is in a preset deviation range or not is judged, if the deviation exceeds the preset deviation range, the current state of the user is determined to be the abnormal sitting posture, a control signal is transmitted to an alarm unit, and the alarm unit reminds the state.
Preferably, the step 804 may further include: the control unit judges whether the line of sight direction of the user exceeds a first tolerance range of the book and/or whether the face direction of the user exceeds a second tolerance range of the book according to the image data analysis result sent by the communication unit. That is, after the control unit in the intelligent luminaire receives the image data, the line of sight direction and the face direction of the user in the image data collected by the mobile terminal can be analyzed according to the image processing algorithm. If the line of sight of the user is not within the tolerance range of the book for a long time, the current state is determined to be poor in attention, and meanwhile, a control signal is sent to the alarm unit, and the alarm unit reminds the user of the state.
Preferably, the first tolerance range includes: the horizontal direction is +/-0-30 degrees, the vertical direction is +/-0-10 degrees, and the second tolerance range comprises: horizontal direction is +/-0-10 degrees, and vertical direction is +/-0-10 degrees. The first tolerance range and the second tolerance range may be adjusted according to different situations, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
The step 804 may further include: the control unit analyzes the image data continuously transmitted by the communication unit and judges whether the eye-closing time of the user exceeds a preset time and/or whether the blink frequency of the user exceeds a preset frequency. In the preferred embodiment, the control unit may analyze the plurality of sets of image data through an image processing related algorithm, determine the eye closing time and/or blink frequency of the user, and if the eye closing time exceeds a preset time and/or the blink frequency exceeds a preset frequency, determine that the user is in a tired state, and send a control signal to the alarm unit, so that the alarm unit reminds the user that the user should rest.
The user state reminding function can be switched on and off according to the selection of a user, namely, the user can select whether to carry out state reminding on the user through the intelligent lamp or not. When the alarm unit reminds the user of the state, the state of the user can be improved by one or more modes of adjusting the brightness of the light source, playing a preset voice prompt tone, playing a preset alarm sound, playing a preset voice prompt tone and extinguishing the light source. When the brightness of the light source is adjusted by the alarm unit, the brightness of the light source can be adjusted by adjusting the current output to the light source, and of course, the mode of the alarm unit for reminding the user of the state is also numerous, and the details are not repeated here.
In step S804, after the control unit analyzes the image data sent by the communication unit, the control unit may also generate a user state analysis report based on the user state change condition within the preset time, and send the analysis report to the mobile terminal through the communication unit, so as to facilitate the user to check. The time for the control unit to generate the user state analysis report can be set by a user or by an intelligent lamp, and the invention is not limited.
The intelligent lamp-based user state reminding method provided by the embodiment of the invention is simple and easy to realize, false alarm is not easy to occur, the current state of the user can be accurately identified without wearing any equipment, and if the current sitting posture of the user is identified or the attention is not concentrated, the user can be simply and directly reminded to correct the current state of the user, so that the user is assisted to improve the working and learning efficiency. Not only the user state recognition sensitivity is high, but also the user state reminding efficiency is high.
The invention also provides a user state reminding method based on the intelligent lamp, wherein the intelligent lamp comprises the following steps: base, lamp body, the lamp body is including the lamp holder that is provided with the light source and connect the lighting fixture of base and lamp holder, still is provided with communication unit and alarm unit in the intelligent lamps and lanterns. As shown in fig. 9, the user state reminding method provided in the preferred embodiment of the present invention includes:
step S902, a communication unit receives a control signal sent by a mobile terminal and sends the control signal to an alarm unit, wherein the control signal is sent when the mobile terminal analyzes based on collected image data and judges that a user needs to be reminded of a state;
in step S904, the alarm unit reminds the user of the status according to the control signal sent by the communication unit.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal can be provided with an image acquisition device and an image processing device, for example, a smart phone used in daily life is the best choice for carrying out state reminding for a user in cooperation with the smart lamp.
The user state reminding method provided by the preferred embodiment is simpler and easier to realize, the high performance of the mobile terminal is fully utilized, and the user use experience is better.
When the mobile terminal transmits the control signal to the communication unit, signal transmission can be performed through a wireless data connection established between the communication unit and the mobile terminal. When the wireless data connection is established between the mobile terminal and the communication unit, the communication unit and the mobile terminal can be simultaneously connected with the same WiFi signal source, and Bluetooth connection can also be established between the communication unit and the mobile terminal, which is not described in detail herein.
The base of the intelligent lamp can be further provided with a mobile terminal fixing structure for fixing the mobile terminal, a data interface can be further arranged in the mobile terminal fixing structure, wired data connection can be established between the communication unit and the mobile terminal through the data interface, and the mobile terminal can send control signals to the communication unit through the data interface.
Optionally, the mobile terminal may analyze and determine the state of sitting, attention, fatigue, etc. of the user.
Therefore, in the step 902, after the mobile terminal analyzes the collected image data, the determining that the state of the user needs to be reminded may include: the mobile terminal compares the acquired image data with preset reference image data, and if the sitting posture of the user exceeds a preset deviation range, the mobile terminal judges that the state of the user is required to be reminded. The reference image data may be standard sitting posture image data of the user collected by the mobile terminal before the user uses the intelligent lamp as reference image data or reference image data pre-stored in the mobile terminal.
When a user starts to use, the mobile terminal can acquire image data of the user in real time or at preset intervals, compares the acquired image data with reference image data, analyzes whether the sitting posture of the user in a data image acquired by the mobile terminal is deviated from the sitting posture of the user in the reference image data or not through an image processing algorithm, and whether the deviation is within a preset deviation range, if the deviation exceeds the preset deviation range, the current state of the user is determined to be abnormal in sitting posture, a control signal is sent to the communication unit, the communication unit sends the control signal to the alarm unit, and the alarm unit reminds the state.
After the mobile terminal in the above step 902 analyzes the collected image data, it may further determine that the state reminding needs to be performed on the user, where the step may further include: the mobile terminal analyzes the acquired image data, and if the sight direction of the user exceeds a first tolerance range of the book and/or the face direction of the user exceeds a second tolerance range of the book, the mobile terminal judges that the user needs to be reminded of the state. That is, after the mobile terminal collects image data, the line of sight direction and the face direction of the user in the collected image data may be analyzed according to an image processing algorithm. If the line of sight of the user is not within the tolerance range of the book for a long time, the current state is determined to be poor in attention, meanwhile, a control signal is sent to the communication unit, the communication unit sends the control signal to the alarm unit, and the alarm unit reminds the user of the state. The first tolerance range and the second tolerance range may be adjusted according to different situations, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Preferably, the first tolerance range includes: the horizontal direction is +/-0-30 degrees, the vertical direction is +/-0-10 degrees, and the second tolerance range comprises: horizontal direction is +/-0-10 degrees, and vertical direction is +/-0-10 degrees. The first tolerance range and the second tolerance range may be adjusted according to different situations, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
After the mobile terminal in the above step 902 analyzes the collected image data, it may further determine that the state reminding needs to be performed on the user, where the step may further include: the mobile terminal analyzes the continuously collected image data, and judges that the state reminding is needed for the user if the eye closing time of the user exceeds the preset time and/or the blink frequency of the user exceeds the preset frequency. In the preferred embodiment, multiple sets of image data can be analyzed through a correlation algorithm of image processing, eye closing time and/or blink frequency of a user can be judged, if the eye closing time exceeds a preset time and/or the blink frequency of the user exceeds a preset frequency, the user is determined to be in a tired state, meanwhile, a control signal is sent to a communication unit, the communication unit sends the control signal to an alarm unit, and the alarm unit reminds the user of resting.
The user state reminding function can be switched on and off according to the selection of a user, namely, the user can select whether to carry out state reminding on the user through the intelligent lamp or not. When the alarm unit reminds the user of the state, the state of the user can be improved by one or more modes of adjusting the brightness of the light source, playing a preset voice prompt tone, playing a preset alarm sound, playing a preset voice prompt tone and extinguishing the light source. When the brightness of the light source is adjusted by the alarm unit, the brightness of the light source can be adjusted by adjusting the current output to the light source, and of course, the mode of the alarm unit for reminding the user of the state is also numerous, and the details are not repeated here.
The user state reminding method based on the mobile terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention fully utilizes the image acquisition and processing functions of the mobile terminal, acquires the current image data of the user through the mobile terminal, further determines whether the current state of the user is out of position, poor attention or tired, and sends a signal to the intelligent lamp if the current state of the user is in one of the states, and the intelligent lamp carries out corresponding state reminding on the user. The whole method is simple to realize, the user state identification is accurate, the work and learning states of the user can be effectively monitored, and further, the user is accurately reminded of the improper learning work state.
The invention also provides a user state reminding method based on the intelligent lamp, wherein the intelligent lamp comprises the following steps: base, lamp body, the lamp body is including the lamp holder that is provided with the light source and connect the lighting fixture of base and lamp holder, still is provided with communication unit, control unit and alarm unit in the intelligent lamps and lanterns. As shown in fig. 10, the user state reminding method provided in the preferred embodiment of the present invention includes:
step S1002, a communication unit receives image data collected by a mobile terminal and sends the image data to a control unit;
step S1004, the control unit determines that the image data sent by the communication unit is the image data required by judging the state of the user, and sends a control signal to the alarm unit when judging that the state of the user needs to be reminded based on the image data;
in step S1006, the alarm unit reminds the user of the state in a preset manner according to the control signal sent by the control unit.
The user state reminding method provided by the preferred embodiment is simple and easy to realize, the user does not need to wear any equipment, the state of the user can be determined and reminded only by the mobile terminal and the intelligent lamp, and the user experience is greatly improved.
When the mobile terminal transmits the acquired image data to the communication unit, the image transmission can be performed through a wireless data connection established between the communication unit and the mobile terminal.
Optionally, a mobile terminal fixing structure may be also provided on the base of the intelligent lamp, for fixing the mobile terminal, and a data interface may be further provided in the mobile terminal fixing structure, where a wired data connection may be established between the communication unit and the mobile terminal through the data interface, and the mobile terminal may send an image to the communication unit through the data interface.
In the step 1004, when the control unit determines that the state reminding needs to be performed on the user based on the image data, the method may include: the control unit compares the image data with preset reference image data and judges that the sitting posture of the user exceeds a preset deviation range. The reference image data may be stored after the control unit performs analysis calibration according to the image transmitted from the communication unit.
When a user starts to use, the mobile terminal can acquire image data in real time or at preset interval time, the image data are transmitted to a communication unit in the intelligent lamp through wireless or wired data connection, the communication unit transmits the received image data to a control unit, the control unit determines that the group of data are data required for judging the state of the user based on the received image data, the group of data are compared with reference image data obtained after calibration, whether the sitting posture of the user in the acquired data image deviates from the sitting posture of the user in the reference image data or not is analyzed through an image processing algorithm, whether the deviation is within a preset deviation range or not is judged, if the deviation exceeds the preset deviation range, the current state of the user is determined to be the sitting posture, a control signal is transmitted to an alarm unit, and the alarm unit carries out state reminding.
In the step 1004, when the control unit determines that the state reminding needs to be performed on the user based on the image data, the method may further include: the control unit analyzes the image data and judges that the sight direction of the user exceeds a first tolerance range of the book and/or the face direction of the user exceeds a second tolerance range of the book. After the control unit determines that the received image data is the image data needed by judging the state of the user, the sight direction and the face direction of the user in the image data acquired by the mobile terminal can be analyzed according to an image processing algorithm. If the line of sight of the user is not within the tolerance range of the book for a long time, the current state is determined to be poor in attention, and meanwhile, a control signal is sent to the alarm unit, and the alarm unit reminds the user of the state.
Preferably, the first tolerance range includes: the horizontal direction is +/-0-30 degrees, the vertical direction is +/-0-10 degrees, and the second tolerance range comprises: horizontal direction is +/-0-10 degrees, and vertical direction is +/-0-10 degrees. The first tolerance range and the second tolerance range may be adjusted according to different situations, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
In the step 1004, when the control unit determines that the state reminding needs to be performed on the user based on the image data, the method may further include: the control unit analyzes the image data continuously transmitted by the communication unit and judges whether the eye closing time of the user exceeds the preset time and/or the blink frequency of the user exceeds the preset frequency. The control unit can analyze a plurality of groups of image data through a related algorithm of image processing, judge eye closing time and/or blink frequency of a user, and if the eye closing time exceeds preset time and/or the blink frequency of the user exceeds preset frequency, determine that the user is in a fatigue state, and send a control signal to the alarm unit, and the alarm unit reminds the user of resting.
Of course, in the above scheme, if it is determined that the data collected by the mobile terminal is not image data required for determining the user state, no analysis is performed. Further, if it is analyzed that the current state of the user is in a normal state based on the image data acquired by the mobile terminal, no signal is transmitted to the alarm unit.
The user state reminding function can be switched on and off according to the selection of a user, namely, the user can select whether to carry out state reminding on the user through the intelligent lamp or not. When the alarm unit reminds the user of the state, the state of the user can be carried out by one or more modes of adjusting the brightness of the light source, playing a preset voice prompt tone, playing a preset alarm sound, playing a preset voice prompt tone and extinguishing the light source. When the brightness of the light source is adjusted by the alarm unit, the brightness of the light source can be adjusted by adjusting the current output to the light source, and of course, the mode of the alarm unit for reminding the user of the state is also numerous, and the details are not repeated here.
In the step S1004, after the control unit analyzes the image data sent by the communication unit, the control unit may also generate a user state analysis report based on the user state change condition within the preset time, and send the analysis report to the mobile terminal through the communication unit, so as to facilitate the user to check. The time for the control unit to generate the user state analysis report can be set by a user or by an intelligent lamp, and the invention is not limited.
The embodiment of the invention provides an intelligent lamp, a user state reminding system and a user state reminding method, wherein the intelligent lamp is simple in structure and low in cost, has a lighting function of a traditional lamp, can be combined with a mobile terminal to form the user state reminding system, and can identify the current state of a user without wearing any equipment, so that the sitting posture, the attention and the fatigue state of the user are reminded in a preset mode, the current state of the user is corrected, and the efficiency of work and study is improved by the user. The intelligent lamp has the advantages that the user state recognition sensitivity is high, the user state reminding efficiency is higher, the user can generate a corresponding user state analysis report to be pushed to the mobile terminal bound with the intelligent lamp in the process of using the intelligent lamp or after the intelligent lamp is used, the user can know the learning work state of the whole intelligent lamp in the using process conveniently, and the user is assisted in improving the work and learning efficiency. Furthermore, the state reminding method provided by the embodiment of the invention is simple, easy to realize and not easy to generate false alarm, and not only is the user state identification sensitivity high, but also the user state reminding efficiency is high. The user can also autonomously control whether to start the state reminding function, so that the user experience is greatly improved.

The intelligent light fixture according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the control unit is further configured to generate a user status analysis report based on a user status change condition within a preset period of time and to send the user status analysis report to the mobile terminal through the communication unit.
6. The intelligent light fixture of claim 5, further comprising a control key for controlling a switch of the intelligent light fixture and/or a switch of the intelligent light fixture for status alerting the user.
7. The intelligent light fixture of claim 6, wherein the control keys comprise mechanical keys and/or touch keys.

A user status alert system based on intelligent light fixtures, comprising: the intelligent light fixture as claimed in any one of claims 1-7, and a mobile terminal in communication connection with a communication unit of the intelligent light fixture, the mobile terminal being provided with at least one image acquisition device configured to acquire image data of a user.
