本发明属于涂料的制备领域,具体涉及一种抗UV耐磨罩面清漆。
背景技术
聚氨脂户外地坪是指用聚氨酯地坪涂料结合一种新型无溶剂、无污染的地面装饰施工技术,制成能满足某些特定使用要求(高档会议或娱乐中心注重舒适要求;工矿企业注重防腐和耐磨要求等)的一类地坪,故特别适用于各种工矿企业车间、停车场、运动场等有防滑、防腐、耐磨要求的地坪涂装。新一代的聚氨酯地坪主要是替代环氧地坪的一代新型地坪,且更具耐磨性、柔韧性、施工便捷,地坪施工2小时后即可达到使用要求,完全改变了企业地坪翻新所顾虑的时间问题。
聚氨酯户外地坪本身即具有适当的耐久性、抗黄变性,但是在长期使用过程中,地坪漆容易出现破损和黄变,影响地坪的美观和使用。如果在聚氨酯户外地坪上涂抹一层抗UV耐磨罩面清漆,可以有效减弱紫外线长期照射对地坪漆类的破坏,显著提高地坪的耐久性、抗黄变性和耐磨性。并且抗UV耐磨罩面清漆的成本低,抗UV效果好,其使用可以显著提高户外聚氨酯地坪的经济适用性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种抗UV耐磨罩面清漆。该罩面清漆具有很强的抗UV的能力,同时具有亮光的作用,抗污能力强、硬度高、耐磨性好、不黄变、防滑性能好、快干、耐腐蚀性好。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种抗UV耐磨罩面清漆,由A组分和B组分按重量比3:1组成;其中,A组分的组成为:二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯40-50重量份、苯二亚甲基二异氰酸酯10-15重量份、1,6-己二异氰酸酯10-15重量份、辛酸亚锡2-5重量份、对叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚 10-15重量份、BYK-88001.0-1.5重量份和BYK-370 1.0-1.5重量份;B组分的组成为:丙烯酸树脂 20-25 重量份、含羟基有机硅树脂 20-25重量份、甲基二乙醇胺 1.0-1.5 重量份。

一种如上所述的抗UV耐磨罩面清漆的施工方法:将已施工完全固化的面层进行清理,然后按比例调配抗UV耐磨罩面清漆,通过喷涂或滚涂的方式均匀涂布在面层,氧护干燥后方可使用。
将实施例1-3抗UV耐磨罩面清漆涂布于反射片基材上,涂抹厚为150μm,待其熟成后,进行光学特性测量,并做耐候试验。
抗UV黄变测试:利用QUV耐候试验机[Q-Panel公司],设定UVB 313nm灯管能量为0.8W/m2/nm,在60℃下,分别以ASTM G154方法设定UVB 313nm灯管能量为0.8W/m2/nm依序照射待测样品100、300、500小时,随后取出样品量以ASTM E313方法测量黄色指数 YI数值,并计算黄色指数变化值(∆YI),测试所得结果如下列表1。
