本发明涉及一种绝缘防水涂料,以其总重为基准,包括以下质量分数的各组分:丙烯酸酯弹性乳液15‑20%,偏氯乳液1‑2%,氯化石蜡5‑10%,云母粉1‑5%,滑石粉1‑5%,氮化硼1‑2%,氮化锆1‑2%,氧化铝1‑2%,粘结剂5‑10%,助剂5‑10%,余量为水。本发明还提供了一种绝缘防水涂料的使用方法,包括以下步骤:将绝缘防水涂料涂覆在基材表面,形成绝缘防水层;向绝缘防水层上涂覆一层磷酸二氢铝的磷酸溶液。本发明的涂料适用于多种基材,可在潮湿的基面上施工,不影响绝缘防水层和基面的结合。

绝缘防水涂料及其使用方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种绝缘防水涂料及其使用方法。
背景技术
目前的复合涂料主要有两种复合形式,一种是两类涂料在品种上的复合,另一种则是两类涂料的涂层的复合装饰。两类涂料在品种上的复合就是把水性有机树脂与水溶性硅酸盐等配制成混合液或分散液,或者是在无机物的表面上使用有机聚合物接枝制成悬浮液。
复合涂料中的有机聚合物或者树脂可以改善无机材料在成膜后发硬变脆的弊端,同时又避免或减轻了有机材料易老化、不耐污染、耐热性差等问题。但目前的复合涂料的防水性和绝缘性有待提高。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种绝缘防水涂料及其使用方法,适用于多种基材,可在潮湿的基面上施工,不影响绝缘防水层和基面的结合。
本发明提供了一种绝缘防水涂料,以其总重为基准,包括以下质量分数的各组分:
丙烯酸酯弹性乳液15-20%,偏氯乳液1-2%,氯化石蜡5-10%,云母粉1-5%,滑石粉1-5%,氮化硼1-2%,氮化锆1-2%,氧化铝1-2%,粘结剂5-10%,助剂5-10%,余量为水。
进一步地,以其总重为基准,包括以下质量分数的各组分:
丙烯酸酯弹性乳液15-18%,偏氯乳液1-1.5%,氯化石蜡9-10%,云母粉3-5%,滑石粉1-2%,氮化硼1.5-1.8%,氮化锆1.5-1.8%,氧化铝1-1.2%,粘结剂6-8%,助剂8-9%,余量为水。
进一步地,以其总重为基准,包括以下质量分数的各组分:
丙烯酸酯弹性乳液15-16%,偏氯乳液1-1.2%,氯化石蜡9.5-10%,云母粉3.5-4.5%,滑石粉1.5-2%,氮化硼1.5%,氮化锆1.5%,氧化铝1%,粘结剂6-8%,助剂8%,余量为水。
进一步地,粘结剂为碱性硅溶胶。
进一步地,助剂为消泡剂、附着力促进剂和分散剂中的一种或几种。
本发明还提供了一种上述绝缘防水涂料的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将绝缘防水涂料涂覆在基材表面,形成绝缘防水层;
(2)向绝缘防水层上涂覆一层磷酸二氢铝的磷酸溶液。

丙烯酸酯弹性乳液15-20%,偏氯乳液1-2%,氯化石蜡5-10%,云母粉1-5%,滑石粉1-5%,氮化硼1-2%,氮化锆1-2%,氧化铝1-2%,粘结剂5-10%,助剂5-10%,余量为水。
进一步地,以其总重为基准,包括以下质量分数的各组分:
丙烯酸酯弹性乳液15-18%,偏氯乳液1-1.5%,氯化石蜡9-10%,云母粉3-5%,滑石粉1-2%,氮化硼1.5-1.8%,氮化锆1.5-1.8%,氧化铝1-1.2%,粘结剂6-8%,助剂8-9%,余量为水。
进一步地,以其总重为基准,包括以下质量分数的各组分:
丙烯酸酯弹性乳液15-16%,偏氯乳液1-1.2%,氯化石蜡9.5-10%,云母粉3.5-4.5%,滑石粉1.5-2%,氮化硼1.5%,氮化锆1.5%,氧化铝1%,粘结剂6-8%,助剂8%,余量为水。
进一步地,粘结剂为碱性硅溶胶。
进一步地,助剂为消泡剂、附着力促进剂和分散剂中的一种或几种。
进一步地,基材为金属、木材或陶瓷。
进一步地,磷酸二氢铝的磷酸溶液中磷酸二氢铝的质量分数为10-20%。
涂料中的无机物起到绝缘保护、增加涂料成膜后的轻度和硬度的作用。助剂可提高有机物质和无机物质间的结合能力,得到均一稳定的涂料,且助剂能降低涂料的表面张力,利于涂覆。碱性硅溶胶耐高温,隔热,绝缘性能好。在使用过程中,最后涂覆一层磷酸二氢铝,其带正电的铝离子和与涂料中的带负电的碱性硅溶胶相互反应,使得涂料迅速固化,且反应产物为凝胶状半透明固体,进一步提高被涂覆基材的防水性能。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:
本涂料具有优异的环保性能,无毒无味;本涂料具有良好的弹性和柔韧性,可以适应基面的扩展和收缩而不开裂;本涂料适用于多种基材,可在潮湿的基面上施工,不影响绝缘防水层和基面的结合。

一种绝缘防水涂料,以其总重为基准,包括以下质量分数的各组分:
丙烯酸酯弹性乳液15%,偏氯乳液1%,氯化石蜡10%,云母粉5%,滑石粉1%,氮化硼1%,氮化锆1%,氧化铝2%,碱性硅溶胶5%,消泡剂2%,附着力促进剂3%,余量为水。
实施例2
一种绝缘防水涂料,以其总重为基准,包括以下质量分数的各组分:
丙烯酸酯弹性乳液15%,偏氯乳液1%,氯化石蜡10%,云母粉5%,滑石粉1%,氮化硼1%,氮化锆1%,氧化铝2%,碱性硅溶胶5%,消泡剂2%,分散剂3%,余量为水。
实施例3
一种绝缘防水涂料,以其总重为基准,包括以下质量分数的各组分:
丙烯酸酯弹性乳液15%,偏氯乳液1%,氯化石蜡10%,云母粉5%,滑石粉1%,氮化硼1%,氮化锆1%,氧化铝2%,碱性硅溶胶5%,余量为水。
实施例4
一种绝缘防水涂料,以其总重为基准,包括以下质量分数的各组分:
丙烯酸酯弹性乳液20%,偏氯乳液2%,氯化石蜡5%,云母粉1%,滑石粉5%,氮化硼2%,氮化锆2%,氧化铝1%,碱性硅溶胶10%,消泡剂2%,分散剂3%,余量为水。
实施例5
一种绝缘防水涂料,以其总重为基准,包括以下质量分数的各组分:
丙烯酸酯弹性乳液18%,偏氯乳液1.5%,氯化石蜡9%,云母粉3%,滑石粉2%,氮化硼1.5%,氮化锆1.8%,氧化铝1.2%,碱性硅溶胶6%,消泡剂8%,余量为水。
实施例6
一种绝缘防水涂料,以其总重为基准,包括以下质量分数的各组分:
丙烯酸酯弹性乳液15%,偏氯乳液1%,氯化石蜡9.5%,云母粉3.5%,滑石粉1.5%,氮化硼1.5%,氮化锆1.5%,氧化铝1%,碱性硅溶胶6%,消泡剂2%,附着力促进剂2%,分散剂3%,余量为水。
实施例7
将绝缘防水涂料涂覆在不锈钢表面,形成绝缘防水层,具体可选择实施例1-6中的任意一种绝缘防水涂料。然后在绝缘防水层上涂覆一层磷酸二氢铝的磷酸溶液。磷酸二氢铝的质量分数为10%。
实施例8
将绝缘防水涂料涂覆在铝材的表面,形成绝缘防水层,具体可选择实施例1-6中的任意一种绝缘防水涂料。然后在绝缘防水层上涂覆一层磷酸二氢铝的磷酸溶液。磷酸二氢铝的质量分数为15%。
实施例9
将绝缘防水涂料涂覆在木材表面,形成绝缘防水层,具体可选择实施例1-6中的任意一种绝缘防水涂料。然后在绝缘防水层上涂覆一层磷酸二氢铝的磷酸溶液。磷酸二氢铝的质量分数为20%。

丙烯酸酯弹性乳液15-20%,偏氯乳液1-2%,氯化石蜡5-10%,云母粉1-5%,滑石粉1-5%,氮化硼1-2%,氮化锆1-2%,氧化铝1-2%,粘结剂5-10%,助剂5-10%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘防水涂料,其特征在于,以其总重为基准,包括以下质量分数的各组分:
丙烯酸酯弹性乳液15-18%,偏氯乳液1-1.5%,氯化石蜡9-10%,云母粉3-5%,滑石粉1-2%,氮化硼1.5-1.8%,氮化锆1.5-1.8%,氧化铝1-1.2%,粘结剂6-8%,助剂8-9%,余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的绝缘防水涂料,其特征在于,以其总重为基准,包括以下质量分数的各组分:
丙烯酸酯弹性乳液15-16%,偏氯乳液1-1.2%,氯化石蜡9.5-10%,云母粉3.5-4.5%,滑石粉1.5-2%,氮化硼1.5%,氮化锆1.5%,氧化铝1%,粘结剂6-8%,助剂8%,余量为水。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的绝缘防水涂料,其特征在于:所述粘结剂为碱性硅溶胶。
5.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的绝缘防水涂料,其特征在于:所述助剂为消泡剂、附着力促进剂和分散剂中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的绝缘防水涂料的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述绝缘防水涂料涂覆在基材表面,形成绝缘防水层;
(2)向所述绝缘防水层上涂覆一层磷酸二氢铝的磷酸溶液。
7.根据权利要求6所述的使用方法,其特征在于:所述基材为金属、木材或陶瓷。
8.根据权利要求6所述的使用方法,其特征在于:所述磷酸二氢铝的磷酸溶液中磷酸二氢铝的质量分数为10-20%。
