d. starting the stirring motor 71, driving the stirring shaft 72 and the stirring blades 73 to rotate by the stirring motor 71, so that the flocculating agent and the coagulant aid are fully contacted with the sewage, the reaction speed is accelerated, and under the action of the flocculating agent and the coagulant aid, toxic and harmful substances dissolved in the sewage become precipitates or suspended matters and are separated from the water body;
e. after the settling and standing, the air cylinder 84 is started again, so that the air cylinder 84 pushes the first arc-shaped plate 85 and the second arc-shaped plate 86 to be away from each other, the folded filter screen 87 is unfolded, and the sewage in the reaction cylinder 82 can flow out from the second filter hole 871 to the space between the reaction cylinder 82 and the filter cylinder 81;

(2) vibration filtering

(3) flocculation precipitation

d. starting a stirring motor, wherein the stirring motor drives a stirring shaft and stirring blades to rotate, so that the flocculating agent and the coagulant aid are fully contacted with the sewage, the reaction speed is accelerated, and under the action of the flocculating agent and the coagulant aid, toxic and harmful substances dissolved in the sewage become precipitates or suspended matters and are separated from a water body;
e. after the reactor is settled, the cylinder is started again to enable the cylinder to push the first arc-shaped plate and the second arc-shaped plate to be away from each other respectively, so that the folding filter screen is unfolded, and the sewage in the reactor can flow out from the second filter holes to a position between the reactor and the filter cylinder;
f. simultaneously starting the rotating motor, driving the filter cylinder and the reaction cylinder to rotate simultaneously by the rotating motor, allowing the sewage to pass through the filtering action of the reaction cylinder under the centrifugal action, leaving the impurities with the particles larger than the second filtering holes in the reaction cylinder, discharging the substances with the particles smaller than the second filtering holes between the filter cylinder and the reaction cylinder, further filtering by the filter cylinder, leaving the impurities with the particles larger than the first filtering holes in the filter cylinder, and discharging the substances with the particles smaller than the first filtering holes out of the filter cylinder and entering a settling zone;
(4) disinfection treatment

Starting a water pump on a second guide pipe, enabling the sewage filtered in the step (3) to enter a disinfection area from the settling area in a winding and upward mode through the second guide pipe, irradiating the sewage in the second guide pipe by an ultraviolet lamp, killing germs and bacteria in the sewage by using ultraviolet rays, and then spraying the sewage from a water spray port;
b. the sewage sprayed from the water spray opening enters the disinfection area, the baffle plate has the effects of blocking and guiding the water flow, the flow speed of the water flow is reduced, the flow is increased, and meanwhile, the ultraviolet lamp carries out ultraviolet sterilization and disinfection treatment on the water flow in the disinfection area again.
