Abstract
The invention discloses a floating positioning locking mechanism, which comprises a bolt, a locking block, a cushion pad and a fixing frame; a T-shaped groove is formed in the fixing frame corresponding to each mounting hole of the product, and a locking block is arranged in each T-shaped groove; a cushion pad is arranged on the periphery of the locking block on the fixing frame; the inner hole of the locking block is internally provided with internal threads, and the bolt is in threaded connection with the inner hole of the locking block. The floating positioning device has the floating positioning function, reduces the hoisting difficulty of large box-type products, prevents the surface of the products from being scratched, saves the labor cost and improves the hoisting efficiency; the invention is provided with the buffer pad, the buffer pad can buffer the impact force when the product falls, and the product is protected; after the bolt is locked, the cushion pad can serve as an elastic washer to prevent the bolt from loosening, and the reliability of bolt connection is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a floating positioning locking mechanism which is mainly applied to the fixing and transportation of large box-type products.
Background
In the prior art, in order to hoist a certain large box-type product onto a fixing frame and fix the large box-type product through four mounting holes at the bottom of the product, the fixing frame usually adopts a fixed screw locking structure or a movable common bolt structure. The former needs four workers to control the falling trend at each mounting hole, because the product quality is large, the mounting holes and the fixing frame have manufacturing errors, the product trend is difficult to be accurately controlled by a lifting appliance and operators, the falling position of the product is easy to deviate, the mounting process is not smooth, the surface of the product is scratched, the lifting is inconvenient, and the four bolts are stressed unevenly after being locked, so that potential safety hazards exist; the latter has no enough operation space due to the shielding of the product, which causes inconvenience for locking.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the floating positioning locking mechanism which is simple in structure, convenient to operate, reliable in locking and capable of realizing the floating positioning of the mounting hole and the locking block.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a floating positioning locking mechanism comprises a bolt, a locking block, a cushion pad and a fixing frame; a T-shaped groove is formed in the fixing frame corresponding to each mounting hole of the product, and a locking block is arranged in each T-shaped groove; a cushion pad is arranged on the periphery of the locking block on the fixing frame; the inner hole of the locking block is internally provided with an internal thread, and the bolt is in threaded connection with the inner hole of the locking block. The floating positioning locking mechanism further comprises a gasket, and the gasket is sleeved on the bolt and located above the locking block.
In the floating positioning locking mechanism, the locking block comprises a circular boss and a waist-round boss, and the circular boss and the waist-round boss are connected through a square connecting part; the center of the end face of the circular boss is provided with a threaded hole.
The floating positioning locking mechanism also comprises a guide rod, wherein the lower end of the guide rod is provided with threads for connecting with the locking block; the upper part of the guide rod is in a conical shape with a small top and a big bottom, and the guide rod is provided with a clamping part.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the floating positioning device has the floating positioning function, reduces the hoisting difficulty of large box-type products, prevents the surface of the products from being scratched, saves the labor cost and improves the hoisting efficiency.
2. The guide rod has a guiding function, positioning of a product hole is facilitated, positioning and locking operations of the product are facilitated, the guide rod can be recycled, and manufacturing cost of the guide rod is reduced.
3. The locking block can not rotate in the T-shaped groove, a spanner is prevented from being used in a narrow space, the bolt screwing operation is more convenient, the bolt screwing operation can be completed only by one socket spanner above the bolt, and the bolt screwing operation is convenient.
4. The invention is provided with the cushion pad which can buffer the impact force of the product when falling and play a role in protecting the product; after the bolt is locked, the cushion pad can serve as an elastic washer to prevent the bolt from loosening, and the reliability of bolt connection is improved.
5. The bolt is in good stress state after being locked, and the stress state of each bolt is consistent, so that the reliability of bolt connection is further improved.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, the invention comprises a washer 1, a bolt 2, a locking block 3, a cushion pad 4, a fixed frame 5 and a guide rod 7. Corresponding to 4 mounting holes of a product, 2 symmetrical T-shaped grooves 6 are respectively arranged on the front and the back of the fixing frame 5, and a locking block 3 is arranged in each T-shaped groove. As shown in fig. 5, the locking block 3 includes a circular boss 8 and a kidney-shaped boss 9, and the circular boss 8 and the kidney-shaped boss 9 are connected by a square connecting portion 10; a threaded hole is formed in the center of the end face of the circular boss 8, and the size of the circular boss 8 is slightly smaller than that of a mounting hole of a product.
The bolt 1 is in threaded connection with an inner hole of the locking block 3. The washer 1 is sleeved on the bolt 2 and is positioned above the locking block 3. The section of the gasket 1 is of a bowl-shaped structure, and the bowl opening is arranged downwards, so that the interference with the locking block 3 is avoided. A cushion pad 4 is arranged on the periphery of the locking block 3 on the fixing frame 5; the cushion pad 4 is used for buffering the impact force when the product falls, and plays a role in protecting the product. The lower extreme of guide bar 7 be equipped with the screw thread, the lower extreme of guide bar 7 can with the 3 hole spiro union of latch segment, the upper portion of guide bar 7 is the toper, and is equipped with the clamping part, is convenient for be connected the lower extreme of guide bar 7 with latch segment 3.
As shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9, when the invention is used, 4T-shaped grooves 6 on the fixing frame 5 are respectively provided with 1 locking block 3, the T-shaped grooves 6 are provided with 1 short groove and 1 long groove, firstly, the waist-shaped boss 9 of the locking block 3 is aligned with the short groove of the T-shaped groove 6 and is placed in the fixing frame 5, and after the circular boss 8 falls on the upper plane of the fixing frame 5, the connecting part 10 is slid into the long groove of the T-shaped groove 6. The locking block 3 can slide in the T-shaped groove 6 along the length direction of the groove, has a certain moving range in the width direction of the groove, and cannot rotate.
After a product is lifted, four guide rods 7 are respectively installed on the four locking blocks 3, the four guide rods 7 are respectively aligned to each installation hole of the product and are filled in the cushion pad, then the product slowly falls down, the guide rods 7 are guided by the installation holes, the guide rods 7 drive the locking blocks 3 to move in the long grooves of the T-shaped grooves 6, the final product falls on the cushion pad 4, the locking blocks 3 are located in the installation holes, and the cushion pad 4 can prevent product collision in the process. The guide bar 7 is then removed and the product is secured by the bolt 2 and washer 1. Because the connecting part 10 of the locking block 3 is of a square structure, the width of the connecting part is slightly smaller than that of the long groove of the T-shaped groove 6, and the locking block cannot rotate, so that the threads can be screwed conveniently. Simultaneously, blotter 4 is compressed, has played the effect of spring washer, can guarantee that the bolt is not hard up.
As shown in fig. 10, after the product is fixed, the distance L1 between the 2 locking blocks 3 in the same group is fixed, i.e. equal to the pitch of the corresponding mounting holes. When the product is deviated for some reason, even if the product is deviated to the limit position, L1 is still far smaller than L2, and the locking block 3 can not be released from the T-shaped groove 6. The washer 1, the bolt 2 and the locking block 3 are all made of 45 steel and are subjected to corresponding heat treatment, and the strength of the washer can effectively guarantee the rigidity and the strength of the floating positioning locking mechanism.
