一种与电动汽车移动充电匹配的跟踪供电***安全保障方法
技术领域
本发明属于供电安全技术领域。具体涉及一种与电动汽车移动充电匹配的跟踪供电***安全保障方法。
背景技术
目前,电动汽车受电池续航里程的限制,无法适应长途行驶,另外充电问题也较多,影响了电动汽车代替燃油车的推广。
中国专利文献CN104527461B披露了一种电动汽车有轨化移动供电***。采用取电伸缩臂从车体侧向伸出接触刷电导轨进行充电,该充电方式无需下车即可实现充电,与采用类似加油枪的充电枪相比,自主性更强。
由于刷电导轨在同一时间一般需要对多辆电动汽车充电,电动汽车充电数量是随机改变的,刷电导轨的电力供给情况多变,安全性无法保证。为此,本发明人提出了《一种与电动汽车行驶充电相匹配的跟踪供电***》,随着电动汽车的移动,刷电导轨分单元依次供电,当电动汽车离去之后断开供电,如此能够提高供电的安全性。
然而,由于***控制元件在使用中可能出现故障,当电动汽车离去后,供电单元无法自动断电,会给供电***产生新的安全隐患,有必要给予足够关注。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种与电动汽车移动充电匹配的跟踪供电***安全保障方法,以防范***控制元件出现故障导致的线路安全隐患,以增强电动汽车移动充电匹配的跟踪供电***安全保障。
为此,本发明提供了一种与电动汽车移动充电匹配的跟踪供电***安全保障方法,包括在刷电导轨的每一供电单元上设置安全保障智能模块、安全开关和信息传输模块、与所述信息传输模块通信的远程监控中心,并且实现以下步骤:利用安全保障智能模块来检测供电单元载电情况和供电时长;利用安全保障职能模块将测得数据与跟踪供电***发出的供电指令数据进行比对,来判断线路是否运行正常;以及若判断线路运行不正常,控制所述安全开关强行断开该供电单元与电网连接的路径,同步开启故障灯,并将故障位置信息发送给远程监控中心,及时组织修复。
进一步地,上述安全保障智能模块具有电压检测功能,通过检测供电单元线路上电压的方式,获得供电单元载电情况和供电时长。
进一步地,上述安全保障智能模块具有分析对比功能,能够将检测的载电情况数据与获取供电单元运行指令进行比对分析,判断供电单元线路运行是否正常。
进一步地,上述安全保障智能模块测得供电单元线路运行出现故障后,模块自行启动安全保护程序,给所述安全开关发出断开指令,对电路强行保护,同步开启故障灯。
进一步地,上述信息传输模块为电力载波通讯传输模块、无线通讯传输模块或车载定位传输模块。
根据本发明的与电动汽车移动充电匹配的跟踪供电***安全保障方法,实现了对刷电导轨的带电监控,该带电监控包含对充电故障和断电故障的监测,若出现故障则及时告警,进而通知维护人员维修,并且由安全保障智能模块控制安全开关断开该线路,用电安全可靠。本发明将故障位置信息发送给远程监控中心,能够直接找寻到故障点,并发现供电单元的充电或断电故障。

需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
图1至图3示出了根据本发明的与电动汽车行驶充电相匹配的智能跟踪供电***的实施例。
结合参照图2和图3,本智能跟踪供电***由刷电导轨10、测速装置20、信号接发装置30、充电触发器(继电器)40、控制器50组成,***通过跟踪技术智能控制刷电导轨临近车辆的供电单元101局部载电和延时断电,并将这种局部短暂载电方式顺次向下游供电单元102传递来实现电网向充电车辆连续安全供电。
其中,所述刷电导轨10沿充电行驶方向延伸,划分为若干首尾相接又彼此绝缘的独立供电单元101和102,每一独立供电单元与电网连接的路径上均设置有至少一充电触发器(继电器)40、测速装置20、信号接发装置30和控制器50。
结合参照图2和图3,充电触发器(继电器)40受所述控制器50控制,所述信号接发装置30负责接收车辆70的充电请求装置90发给的电路闭合信号并转给所述控制器50,控制器接到电路闭合信号后,形成触发信号指令发送给充电触发器(继电器)40,使动触点与原来的静触点(常开触点)吸合,与电网关联的独立供电单元自行载电后可以对外供电,在启动电路给充电触发器供电的同时,根据测速装置20测得的车速数据,迅速计算出独立供电单元载电需要的最短延时时长数据,修正后形成延时时长指令发送给充电触发器(继电器)40,充电触发器(继电器)获得延时时长指令后,在维持到设定时长后自动断开供电。
上述修正为增加一个时间余量,例如0~5秒之间,以保证车辆在合理车速变化范围内得到持续供电,例如在测速机构的测得的车速上中途降低车速,该时间余量可由车辆的充电请求装置90来提供。
在本发明中,规定车辆匀速行驶,充电触发器(继电器)、测速装置、信号接发装置、控制器与所连接的独立供电单元要前置设置,例如位于该段供电单元的起始位置。
由于车辆的充电请求装置90发送的电路闭合信号(无线电信号)有一个有效距离范围,例如半径50米的一个圆形区域),此时,车辆在到达下一供电单元50米内时即可被下一供电单元的信号接发装置接收到,如此为下一供电单元信号接发和数据处理、传递留足时间,确保车辆到达区域对应的独立供电单元略微提前载电,实现局部供电与车辆受电头71刷电同步。
在实施例中,采用测速装置对车辆测速,利用该车速可获得较准确的延时时间,无需依赖车辆70的充电请求装置90的电路闭合信号的有无,进而提高了断电安全和可靠性。例如供电单元长度较长,车辆离本供电单元的信号接发装置50的距离超出了充电请求装置90的信号有效距离,此时没有电路闭合信号,按照现有技术的断电方式将产生误断电,实际上车辆仍然需要刷电。
本发明智能跟踪供电***通过沿充电行驶方向将所述刷电导轨划分为若干首尾相接又彼此绝缘的独立供电单元,利用跟踪技术智能控制刷电导轨临近车辆的局部供电单元适时载电和延时断电,并将这种局部短暂载电方式顺次向下游传递来实现电网向充电车辆连续安全供电,以消除安全隐患。
为克服刷电导轨因元器件故障造成无法自动断电的问题,本发明提供了一种安全保障方法。
图4至图6示出了根据本发明的安全保障方法的实例。
结合参照图4和图4,该安全保障方法包括在刷电导轨的每一供电单元上设置安全保障智能模块120、安全开关110和信息传输模块130、以及与与信息传输模块130通信的远程监控中心140,并实现以下步骤:
S101、通过在刷电导轨的每一供电单元上设置的安全保障智能模块来检测供电单元载电情况和供电时长;
S103、安全保障智能模块将测得数据与跟踪供电***发出的供电指令数据进行比对,判断线路是否运行正常;
S105、安全保障智能模块若通过比对发现所测供电单元持续超过延时时长持续供电,电路该断开而不能及时断开时,判断线路出现故障,强行断开该供电单元线路上的安全开关,启动安全保护程序,安全保障智能模块同步开启故障灯,并将故障位置信息传递给远程监控中心,由远程监控中心派员查验修复。
在本发明中,安全保障智能模块具有检测功能,通过检测供电单元线路上电压的方式,获得供电单元载电情况和供电时长。具有分析对比功能,能够将检测的载电情况数据与获取供电单元运行指令进行比对分析,判断供电单元线路运行是否正常。安全保障智能模块测得供电单元线路运行出现故障后,自行启动安全保护程序,给所述安全开关发出断开指令,对电路强行保护,同步开启故障灯。安全保障智能模块能够同时将故障位置信息通过信息传输模块传递给远程监控中心,由远程监控中心派员查验修复。
本发明的安全保障方法通过设置安全保障智能模块来检测导电轨每一供电单元上带电电压和延时供电时长,并将测得数据与跟踪供电***发出的供电指令数据进行比对,发现所测供电单元持续超过延时时长持续供电,电路该断开而不能及时断开时,判断线路出现故障,安全保障机构强行断开该供电单元的安全开关,并通知维护人员前往查验修复,以确保除跟踪供电单元运行有电外,刷电轨上的其他供电单元则保持断电状态,实现安全用电。
上述信息传输模块可以通过电力载波通讯传输,也可以是无线通讯传输或是车载定位传输多种方式实现。
在本发明中,远程监控中心根据信息传输模块发送的每一供电单元的带电信息,可以判断每一供电单元的供电和断电是否正常,如图6所示,正常的供电和断电图为阶梯状,若破坏该阶梯状,则出现充电或断电故障。
在图6中,每一供电单元的供电时间为T1,电动汽车在每一供电单元上的充电时间为△T,电动汽车在刷电导轨上的总刷电时间为所有△T累加值,即∑△T,其中△T等于相邻供电单元的信号接发装置接收到电路闭合信号的时间差,该总刷电时间可用于充电计费,远程监控中心根据该总刷电时间实现计费功能。
在图4所示的各充电段的示意性刷电时序中,供电段101、102、103工作正常,供电段104延时关断出现故障,可判定为延时关断继电器出了问题,从t5和t4之差大于T1,可判定供电段105供电出现故障,通常为延时关断继电器出了问题,得电后不能接通该供电段的电源线路,一般充电触发器为并联设置的较少出现同时损毁问题。

Claims (6)

1.一种与电动汽车移动充电匹配的跟踪供电***安全保障方法,其特征在于,包括在刷电导轨的每一供电单元上设置安全保障智能模块、安全开关和信息传输模块、与所述信息传输模块通信的远程监控中心,并且实现以下步骤:
利用安全保障智能模块来检测供电单元载电情况和供电时长;
利用安全保障智能模块将测得数据与跟踪供电***发出的供电指令数据进行比对,来判断线路是否运行正常;以及
若判断线路运行不正常,控制所述安全开关强行断开该供电单元与电网连接的路径,同步开启故障灯,并将故障位置信息发送给远程监控中心,及时组织修复。
2.根据权利要求1所述的与电动汽车移动充电匹配的跟踪供电***安全保障方法,其特征在于,所述安全保障智能模块具有电压检测功能,通过检测供电单元线路上电压的方式,获得供电单元载电情况和供电时长。
3.根据权利要求1所述的与电动汽车移动充电匹配的跟踪供电***安全保障方法,其特征在于,所述安全保障智能模块具有分析对比功能,能够将检测的载电情况数据与获取供电单元运行指令进行比对分析,判断供电单元线路运行是否正常。
4.根据权利要求1所述的与电动汽车移动充电匹配的跟踪供电***安全保障方法,其特征在于,所述安全保障智能模块测得供电单元线路运行出现故障后,所述安全保障智能模块自行启动安全保护程序,给所述安全开关发出断开指令,对电路强行保护,同步开启故障灯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的与电动汽车移动充电匹配的跟踪供电***安全保障方法,其特征在于,所述的信息传输模块为电力载波通讯传输模块、无线通讯传输模块或车载定位传输模块。
6.根据权利要求1所述的与电动汽车移动充电匹配的跟踪供电***安全保障方法,其特征在于,所述远程监控中心根据信息传输模块提供的每一供电单元的载电信息判断每一供电单元的供电和断电是否正常,对故障及时修复。
