Abstract

本发明提供一种超厚复合钢板中间层钢坯的生产方法,中间层坯料宽度加边量ΔB和长度加边量ΔL计算公式为:ΔB=789+0.641H-1.12h-0.241B+0.283b-598b/B-143l/L;ΔL=1844-1.13H+4.4h-1.72B+1.58b-2322b/B+160l/L;H、B、L分别为中间层坯料厚度、宽度和长度;h、b、l分别为轧后钢坯厚度、宽度和长度。采用300~350mm连铸坯手动轧制,前三道次压下量≥60mm,变形区形状系数≥0.5;轧后钢坯在全程无磁条件下进行切割,切割后钢坯复合前期采用埋弧焊,并预留180~220mm长用于封口。采用本发明中间层钢坯生产的超厚复合钢板,可极大改善复合钢板的心部偏析现象,从而有效提高复合钢板的探伤合格率和使用性能。

Description

一种超厚复合钢板中间层钢坯的生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于轧钢工艺技术领域,尤其涉及一种厚度400~500mm连铸坯复合钢板中间层钢坯的生产方法。
背景技术
目前,世界上生产200mm以上的特厚钢板的原料主要有两种:一种是钢锭;另一种是复合坯。但复合坯生产存在如下问题:复合坯是采用连铸坯复合而成,厚度在400~900mm之间,在轧制时由于初始道次扭矩限制,并不能实现超大压下,因此复合坯心部变形不充分,加之连铸坯自身心部较为疏松,因而导致轧后复合板心部极易产生偏析,不仅造成探伤不合,而且直接影响钢板的使用性能。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种可改善超厚复合钢板心部偏析,提高复合钢板探伤合格率的超厚复合钢板中间层钢坯的生产方法。
为此,本发明所采取的技术解决方案是:
一种超厚复合钢板中间层钢坯的生产方法,生产厚度400~500mm连铸坯复合钢板,其中间层钢坯的具体生产方法为:
(1)坯料设计:中间层坯料根据成品钢板规格和压缩比确定相应的宽度加边量ΔB和长度加边量ΔL,具体计算公式为:
ΔB=789+0.641H-1.12h-0.241B+0.283b-598b/B-143l/L
ΔL=1844-1.13H+4.4h-1.72B+1.58b-2322b/B+160l/L
式中:H为中间层坯料厚度;h为轧后钢坯厚度;
B为中间层坯料宽度;b为轧后钢坯宽度;
L为中间层坯料长度;l为轧后钢坯长度;
b/B为展宽比;l/L为伸长比;
(2)轧制:中间层坯料采用厚度300~350mm连铸坯手动轧制,前三道次压下量≥60mm,保证变形区形状系数≥0.5;
(3)切割:中间层钢坯在全程无磁条件下进行切割,钢坯运转采用夹钳,禁止使用电磁吊;
(4)焊接:切割后钢坯复合前期采用埋弧焊,以减少磁偏吹,并预留180~220mm长用于封口,然后进真空室焊接。
本发明的有益效果为:
采用本发明中间层钢坯生产超厚复合钢板,可极大改善复合钢板的心部偏析现象,有效提高复合钢板的探伤合格率和使用性能。
具体实施方式
实施例原始坯料厚度H1=600mm、宽度B=2200mm、长度L=3500mm,目标钢板厚度h1=130mm、宽度b=3200mm、长度l=10000mm
1、坯料设计:中间层坯料根据成品钢板规格和压缩比确定相应的宽度加边量ΔB和长度加边量ΔL,具体计算公式为:
ΔB=789+0.641H-1.12h-0.241B+0.283b-598b/B-143l/L
ΔL=1844-1.13H+4.4h-1.72B+1.58b-2322b/B+160l/L
将H、B、L和轧后钢坯h、b、l尺寸代入上述公式,计算可得:
ΔB=238.9mm≈240mm
ΔL=785.96mm≈786mm
2、轧制:
前三道次为轧制关键道次,按照如下压下规程进行轧制:

3、切割:中间层钢坯在全程无磁条件下进行切割,钢坯运转采用夹钳,禁止使用电磁吊。
4、焊接:切割后钢坯复合前期采用埋弧焊,以减少磁偏吹,并预留200mm长用于封口,然后进真空室焊接。

1.一种超厚复合钢板中间层钢坯的生产方法,其特征在于,生产厚度400~500mm连铸坯复合钢板,其中间层钢坯的具体生产方法为:
(1)坯料设计:中间层坯料根据成品钢板规格和压缩比确定相应的宽度加边量ΔB和长度加边量ΔL,具体计算公式为:

ΔL=1844-1.13H+4.4h-1.72B+1.58b-2322b/B+160l/L
