The key display part 8 comprises a display screen 38, a processor 39, a power switch key 40, a cleaning temperature setting key 41, a disinfection temperature setting key 42, a drying temperature setting key 43, an automatic/manual switching key 44, a cleaning time length setting key 45, a disinfection time length setting key 46 and a drying time length setting key 47; the method is characterized in that: the display screen 38 is arranged on the left side of the upper surface of the control display platform 37, the processor 39 is arranged below the display screen 38, and the power switch key 40, the cleaning temperature setting key 41, the disinfection temperature setting key 42, the drying temperature setting key 43, the automatic/manual switching key 44, the cleaning time length setting key 45, the disinfection time length setting key 46 and the drying time length setting key 47 are sequentially arranged on the right side of the upper surface of the control display platform 37; the display screen 38 is connected to an output terminal of the processor 39, and an input terminal of the processor 39 is connected to a power switch key 40, a cleaning temperature setting key 41, a sterilization temperature setting key 42, a drying temperature setting key 43, an automatic/manual switching key 44, a cleaning time period setting key 45, a sterilization time period setting key 46, and a drying time period setting key 47, respectively, to constitute a key display section 8.
The automatic control part comprises a lifting rod 48, a first motor 49, a second motor 50, a first pulley 51, a second pulley 52, a transmission chain 53, a fixed clamping groove 54 and a partition plate 55; the method is characterized in that: the lifting rods 48 are embedded in four corners of the whole body formed by the cleaning part 1, the disinfecting part 2 and the drying part 3; the first motor 49 and the second motor 50 are respectively arranged at the upper parts of the two lifting rods 48 close to the left side of the whole device, and the two motors synchronously rotate; the first pulley 51 and the second pulley 52 are respectively arranged at the upper parts of the two lifting rods 48 close to the right side of the whole device; the transmission chain 53 is divided into a front chain and a rear chain, wherein the front chain is arranged on the first motor 49 and the first pulley 51, and the rear chain is arranged on the second motor 50 and the second pulley 52; the fixed clamping groove 54 is fixed in the middle of the lower end of the transmission chain 53; the partition plates 55 are fixed to both sides of the whole body of the washing section 1, the sterilizing section 2 and the drying section 3 around the whole transfer chain 53 and fixed by bolts.
The specific implementation method of the invention is as follows:
firstly, a cleaning cover plate, a disinfecting cover plate and a drying cover plate are sequentially folded, the cover plate part is opened, medical instruments to be cleaned are placed in an instrument box, then proper cleaning solution and proper disinfectant are sequentially added into a cleaning chamber and a disinfecting chamber, and then the cover plate part is closed;
secondly, pressing a power switch key to start the whole device, then setting a key through a cleaning temperature, setting a key through a disinfection temperature, setting a key through a drying temperature, sequentially setting a cleaning chamber through a cleaning temperature setting key, a disinfection chamber and a temperature in the drying chamber, respectively monitoring the cleaning chamber through a cleaning heating wire, the disinfection heating wire and the drying heating wire, controlling the temperature of the cleaning chamber, the disinfection chamber and the drying chamber through the drying heating wire, simultaneously transmitting the temperature of the first temperature detector, the second temperature detector and the third temperature detector to a processor through signal lines, and controlling the cleaning heating wire, the disinfection heating wire and the drying heating wire to work or not through comparison with the set temperature by the processor; the time for cleaning, disinfecting and drying is set through a cleaning time setting key, a disinfecting time setting key and a drying time setting key, or the temperature and time setting in the default setting state is switched by pressing an automatic/manual switching key, and finally the power switch key is pressed to clean, disinfect and dry the medical instruments to be cleaned.
After cleaning, cleaning fluid is recycled into the waste liquid collecting box through the cleaning fluid sewer pipe, disinfectant is also recycled into the waste liquid collecting box through the disinfectant sewer pipe, and medical appliances are recycled and placed in the storage box;
fourthly, the trolley is moved to a waste liquid treatment center, a waste liquid sewer pipe is opened, and waste liquid is discharged.

A medical instrument rapid cleaning, disinfecting and drying device comprises a cleaning part, a disinfecting part, a drying part, a trolley part, a mechanical box, a waste liquid collecting part, a storage box, a key display part, an automatic switching part and a cover plate part; the method is characterized in that: the cleaning part, the disinfecting part and the drying part are sequentially connected in pairs side by side, and the four connected corners are respectively welded and fixed at the upper ends of the four corner supporting rods of the trolley part; the mechanical loading box is a movable part, handles at two ends are respectively butted with the fixed clamping grooves at two sides of the automatic switching part, and the waste liquid collecting part is arranged on the upper surface of the left side of the bottom plate at the lower end of the trolley part; the storage box is arranged on the upper surface of the right side of the bottom plate at the lower end of the trolley part; the key display part is arranged on a control display platform of the trolley part; the automatic switching part is arranged at the upper end of the trolley part and is connected with the trolley part through a lifting rod; the cover plate part is connected with the side of the automatic switching part;
the cleaning part comprises a cleaning chamber, an ultrasonic cleaner, cleaning liquid, a cleaning liquid sewer pipe, a cleaning heating wire and a first thermometer; the cleaning chamber is positioned at the left side of the whole device, and the right side of the cleaning chamber is connected with the disinfection part and shares a wall plate with the disinfection part; the ultrasonic cleaner is embedded in the middle of the wall plate on the right side of the cleaning chamber and is connected with the output end of the processor in the key display part through a signal wire; the cleaning liquid is contained in the cleaning chamber, and a cleaning liquid sewer pipe is welded and fixed in the middle of a bottom plate of the cleaning chamber and communicated with a waste liquid collecting part; the cleaning heating wire is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning chamber and is connected with the output end of the processor in the key display part; the first thermometer is fixed in the washing chamber close to the left wall plate and connected with the output end of the processor in the key display part; the cleaning heating wire is a common heating wire, and the first thermometer is a pt100 temperature sensor;
the disinfection part comprises a disinfection room, a disinfectant sewer pipe, a disinfectant heating wire and a second thermometer; the sterilizing chamber is positioned in the middle of the whole device, the left side of the sterilizing chamber is connected with the cleaning part and shares a wall plate with the cleaning part, and the right side of the sterilizing chamber is connected with the drying part and shares a wall plate with the drying part; the disinfectant is contained in the disinfection chamber, and a disinfectant sewer pipe is welded and fixed in the middle of a bottom plate of the disinfection chamber and communicated with a waste liquid collecting part; the disinfectant heating wire is arranged at the bottom of the disinfection chamber and is connected with the output end of the processor in the key display part; the second temperature detector is fixed in the disinfection chamber close to the left wall plate and connected with the output end of the processor in the key display part, the cleaning heating wire is a common heating wire, and the second temperature detector is a pt100 temperature sensor;
the drying part comprises a drying chamber, an air guide pipe, a fan, a drying heating wire, a third temperature detector and a wind shield; the drying chamber is positioned on the right side of the whole device, and the left side of the drying chamber is connected with the sterilizing part and shares a wall plate with the sterilizing part; the air guide pipe is embedded and welded in the middle of the right wall plate of the drying chamber, the fan is fixed in the middle of the air guide pipe, the drying heating wire is fixed at the air outlet of the air guide pipe, the third temperature detector is installed in the middle of the upper surface of the bottom of the drying chamber, the middle of the left wall plate of the drying chamber is provided with an air outlet, a wind shield is welded outside the air outlet, and the fan, the drying heating wire and the third temperature detector are all connected with the output end of the processor in the key display part; the cleaning heating wire is a common heating wire, and the third thermometer is a pt100 temperature sensor;
the cover plate part comprises a cleaning cover plate, a disinfecting cover plate and a drying cover plate; the left side edge of the cleaning cover plate is assembled on the automatic switching part, the left side edge of the sterilizing cover plate is assembled on the right side edge of the cleaning cover plate, and the left side edge of the drying cover plate is assembled on the right side edge of the sterilizing cover plate to jointly form a foldable cover plate part;
the mechanical box is a square box body, and five surfaces of the whole mechanical box are made of high-temperature-resistant plastic grids; the waste liquid collecting part comprises a waste liquid collecting box and a waste liquid sewer pipe; the waste liquid collecting box is fixed at the lower end of the trolley part, the upper end of the waste liquid collecting box is respectively connected with the cleaning liquid sewer pipe and the disinfectant sewer pipe, and the waste liquid sewer pipe is arranged at the lower end of the side edge of the waste liquid collecting box;
the trolley part comprises a supporting rod, a bottom plate, a rotary universal wheel, a hand push handle and a control display platform; the upper ends of the four supporting rods are welded and fixed with the whole body formed by the cleaning part, the disinfecting part and the drying part, the lower ends of the four supporting rods are welded and fixed at the four corners of the upper surface of the bottom plate, the four corners of the lower surface of the bottom plate are welded and fixed with four rotary universal wheels, and the hand push handle and the control display platform are respectively welded on the outer side surface of the left side wall plate of the cleaning part;
the key display part comprises a display screen, a processor, a power switch key, a cleaning temperature setting key, a disinfection temperature setting key, a drying temperature setting key, an automatic/manual switching key, a cleaning time length setting key, a disinfection time length setting key and a drying time length setting key; the display screen is arranged on the left side of the upper surface of the control display platform, the processor is arranged below the display screen, and the power switch key, the cleaning temperature setting key, the disinfection time length setting key, the drying time length setting key, the automatic/manual switching key, the cleaning time length setting key, the disinfection time length setting key and the drying time length setting key are sequentially arranged on the right side of the upper surface of the control display platform; the input end of the processor is connected with a power switch key, a cleaning temperature setting key, a disinfection temperature setting key, a drying temperature setting key, an automatic/manual switching key, a cleaning time length setting key, a disinfection time length setting key and a drying time length setting key respectively to form a key display part together; the display screen is a p6LED liquid crystal display screen, and the processor is a stm32 single chip microcomputer;
the automatic control part comprises a lifting rod, a first motor, a second motor, a first pulley, a second pulley, a transmission chain, a fixed clamping groove and a partition plate; the lifting rods are embedded in four corners of the whole body formed by the cleaning part, the disinfecting part and the drying part; the first motor and the second motor are respectively arranged at the upper parts of the two lifting rods close to the left side of the whole device, and the two motors synchronously rotate; the first pulley and the second pulley are respectively arranged at the upper parts of the two lifting rods close to the right side of the whole device; the conveying chain is divided into a front chain and a rear chain, wherein the front chain is arranged on the first motor and the first pulley, and the rear chain is arranged on the second motor and the second pulley; the fixed clamping groove is fixed in the middle of the lower end of the conveying chain; the partition plates are fixed on two sides of the whole body formed by the cleaning part, the disinfecting part and the drying part around the whole conveying chain and are fixed by bolts.

secondly, pressing a power switch button to start the whole device, then setting a key through cleaning temperature, setting a key through disinfection temperature, setting a key through drying temperature to set a cleaning chamber in sequence, a disinfection chamber, the temperature in the drying chamber, then respectively monitoring the cleaning chamber through a cleaning heating wire, the disinfection heating wire, controlling the temperature of the cleaning chamber, the disinfection chamber and the drying chamber through the drying heating wire, simultaneously, the first temperature detector, the second temperature detector and the third temperature detector respectively monitor the cleaning chamber, the disinfection chamber and the temperature of the drying chamber and transmit the temperature to the processor through signal lines, and the processor controls whether the cleaning heating wire, the disinfection heating wire and the drying heating wire work or not through comparison with the set temperature; setting the time for cleaning, disinfecting and drying through a cleaning time setting key, a disinfecting time setting key and a drying time setting key, or switching to the temperature and time setting in a default setting state by pressing an automatic/manual switching key, and finally pressing a power switch key to clean, disinfect and dry the medical instruments to be cleaned;
after cleaning, cleaning fluid is recycled into the waste liquid collecting box through the cleaning fluid sewer pipe, disinfectant is also recycled into the waste liquid collecting box through the disinfectant sewer pipe, and medical appliances are recycled and placed in the storage box;
fourthly, the trolley is moved to a waste liquid treatment center, a waste liquid sewer pipe is opened, and waste liquid is discharged.
