本发明公开了一种甲醇裂解制氢吸附塔底进排气口净化工艺,该工艺包括如下内容:在甲醇裂解制氢装置吸附塔底进排气口所在法兰上添加DN200*320过滤器,并在DN200*320过滤器上打孔,最后在DN200*320过滤器9外面裹不锈钢丝网。以防止吸附剂漏出导致密封片损坏。本发明的有益效果是,延长了使用寿命,提高了经济效益。

本发明涉及甲醇裂解制氢工艺领域,特别是一种甲醇裂解制氢吸附塔底进排气口净化工艺。
背景技术
吸附塔有漏吸附剂现象,吸附剂通过进排气口进入程控阀管道内,对程控阀密封片造成损伤。即是安全隐患,也使氢气纯度受影响,且导致维修率较高,经济损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,设计了一种甲醇裂解制氢吸附塔底进排气口净化工艺。
实现上述目的本发明的技术方案为,一种甲醇裂解制氢吸附塔底进排气口净化工艺,该工艺包括如下内容:
在甲醇裂解制氢装置吸附塔底进排气口所在法兰上添加DN200*320过滤器,并在DN200*320过滤器上打孔,最后在DN200*320过滤器9外面裹不锈钢丝网。以防止吸附剂漏出导致密封片损坏。
利用本发明的技术方案制作的甲醇裂解制氢吸附塔底进排气口净化工艺,与已有工艺相比,解决了之前吸附塔漏剂导致程控阀密封片破损的问题,减少了吸附剂流失,程控阀密封片使用寿命延长,保证制氢***安全平稳运行。

下面结合附图对本发明进行具体描述,如图1是本发明所述甲醇裂解制氢吸附塔底进排气口净化工艺的结构示意图,如图所示,该工艺包括如下内容:
在甲醇裂解制氢装置吸附塔底进排气口所在法兰上添加DN200*320过滤器,并在DN200*320过滤器上打孔,最后在DN200*320过滤器9外面裹不锈钢丝网。以防止吸附剂漏出导致密封片损坏。
本技术方案的特点是吸附塔漏吸附剂导致程控阀密封片破损,造成安全、产品纯度问题,影响经济收益,通过添加过滤器解决以上问题,使***安全平稳正常运行。
在本技术方案中,通过在进排气口所在法兰上添加DN200*320过滤器,并在其上打孔,最后在外面裹不锈钢丝网,防止吸附剂漏出导致密封片损坏,改造后至今未出现密封片损坏情况,降低了更换零部件成本,降低了安全隐患,保证了生产的平稳运行。
