The spring 5 is arranged on the misoperation prevention pull rod 4, the spring 5 is changed from an extension state to a compression state in the process that the misoperation prevention pull rod 4 pushes the unlocking plate, and after the second connecting plate is removed, the elastic force of the spring 5 enables the misoperation prevention pull rod 4 to pass through the first hole and not be connected with the unlocking plate.

Principle of operation: connecting the grounding clamp with nearby grounding equipment, slowly pushing the drawer box 1 into the switch cabinet, and sending out an alarm sound by the buzzer 12 and lighting the indicator lamp 13 if the switch cabinet is electrified; if no electricity exists in the switch cabinet, the drawer box 1 is continuously pushed into the switch cabinet until the power plug 2 is connected in place, at the moment, the misoperation prevention pull rod 4 is bottomed, so that the unlocking plate and the disconnecting link plugboard 7 are pushed to move outwards of the switch cabinet, meanwhile, the spring 5 is compressed to store energy, and at the moment, the disconnecting link plugboard 7, the unlocking plate and the clamping type disconnecting link head mechanism 6 are disconnected; after the power plug 2 is determined to be in contact with a connector of the switch cabinet, the second connecting plate is moved again, the first hole is opened, the misoperation preventing pull rod 4 is pushed into the first hole by the elasticity of the spring 5, the misoperation preventing pull rod 4 is not connected with the unlocking plate, and then the knife switch handle 10 is slowly pushed towards the direction of the switch cabinet, so that the knife switch plugboard 7, the unlocking plate and the clamping knife switch head mechanism 6 are connected, and the grounding of the switch cabinet is completed.
