Abstract
The invention relates to a starting key, a household appliance and a mechanical starting method thereof, wherein the starting key comprises a key body, the key body comprises a key cap and a key post connected with the key cap, the key post is provided with a first clamping groove and a second clamping groove which are mutually separated, a locking spring is arranged on the key post in a sliding manner between the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove, and a microswitch is triggered by the key post in a releasable manner. The invention has the beneficial effects that: through installing the start button on the domestic appliance door body, when the door body was closed, the machine can not start at once, must press this start button again, touches the inside micro-gap switch after, the machine could start, accomplishes mechanical type domestic appliance's start-up through two steps of mechanical actions from this, simple structure, convenient operation, security are high and economical and practical.

Background

However, it is common practice to control the start-up of the machine by means of a computer board or relay on the machine. When the machine door is closed, the micro switch inside is touched, and then the start button on the control panel is pressed, so that the machine starts to operate.
In the prior art, a computer board controls the starting of a machine, firstly, a microswitch in the door body is triggered when the door body is closed, after a starting key is pressed down, the computer board outputs voltage to control the machine to start running after receiving a starting signal, and the whole process is controlled to start through computer board software. If the software is unstable or malfunctions, potential safety hazards exist. In the future, the software authentication is required for the start key, which leads to an increase in the development period and development cost of the software.
In the prior art, chinese patent application No. 201210120938.8 discloses a gate switch control circuit, which includes: the door switch is connected in series on the main line and is used for being opened and closed corresponding to the opening and closing state of the machine door; the relay comprises a driving coil connected in series with the main line and a control switch connected in series with the external line and is used for controlling the external line to be communicated when the main line is electrified; the starting key is used for generating a starting trigger signal when the door switch is closed and the main line is opened; a door switch detection unit for detecting the open and closed states of the door switch and providing corresponding door switch state signals; the control unit is connected in series with the main line and used for realizing the on-off of the main line at the connected position according to the door switch state signal; and the self-holding unit is connected in series with the main line and is used for communicating the main line and holding the communication state after receiving a starting trigger signal.
Chinese patent application No. 200810198471.2 discloses a door lock for washing machine cover and a washing machine using the door lock, wherein the washing machine includes a start button and a control program including steps of powering on the washing machine, suspending during operation or pressing the start button after power off to perform washing or dewatering operation; when the washing machine is powered on or resumes running after pause in running or power supply is cut off, the electromagnetic coil is powered on to drive the armature driven bolt to an unlocking position; and starting the key to act, and electrifying the electromagnetic coil to drive the armature to drive the bolt to a locking position.
Based on this aspect, there is a need to provide a new start button, which can control the start of the household appliance through a mechanical structure, so as to solve the technical problems existing in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a starting key which can control the starting of a household appliance through a mechanical structure to finish the mechanical starting mode of the household appliance, and has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in operation, economy and practicability.
The invention provides a starting key which comprises a key body, wherein the key body comprises a key cap and a key column connected with the key cap, a first clamping groove and a second clamping groove which are mutually separated are arranged on the key column, a locking spring is arranged on the key column in a sliding mode between the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove, and the key column is detachably connected with a micro switch. When the keycap is pushed by force, the locking spring slides on the key post, when the locking spring tightly clamps the first clamping groove, the key post does not touch the micro switch, and when the locking spring tightly clamps the second clamping groove, the key post touches the micro switch.
Further, the button post includes a first cylindrical portion arranged at the front end, a second cylindrical portion arranged at the middle part and a third cylindrical portion arranged at the rear end, the first cylindrical portion and the second cylindrical portion form the first clamping groove therebetween, and the second cylindrical portion and the third cylindrical portion form the second clamping groove therebetween.
Preferably, the first cylindrical portion is provided with a first protruding portion, and the diameter of the first protruding portion is larger than the diameter of the other portions of the first cylindrical portion.
Preferably, a second protruding portion is arranged on the second cylindrical portion, and the diameter of the second protruding portion is larger than the diameter of other portions on the second cylindrical portion.
Preferably, the third cylindrical portion includes a connection post and a tapered portion, and the diameter of the tapered portion from the second slot to the connection post is gradually increased.

The invention also provides a mechanical starting method of the household appliance, which comprises the following steps:
1) closing a door body of the household appliance, clamping the first clamping groove by the locking spring, and not touching the microswitch by the key column;
2) the key body is pushed, the locking spring clamps the second clamping groove, and the key column touches the micro switch;
3) the microswitch is connected with a control circuit of the household appliance, and the household appliance is started.
Further, when the door body is opened, the locking spring is separated from the key column.

The key post 3 includes a first cylindrical portion 8 disposed at the front end, a second cylindrical portion 10 disposed at the middle portion, and a third cylindrical portion 12 disposed at the rear end, the first cylindrical portion 8 and the second cylindrical portion 10 form the first engaging groove 4 therebetween, and the second cylindrical portion 10 and the third cylindrical portion 12 form the second engaging groove 5 therebetween.
In one embodiment, the first cylindrical portion 8 is provided with a first protruding portion 9, and the diameter of the first protruding portion 9 is larger than the diameter of other portions of the first cylindrical portion 8; a second convex part 11 is arranged on the second cylindrical part 10, and the diameter of the second convex part 11 is larger than that of other parts on the second cylindrical part 10; the third cylindrical portion 12 includes an attachment post 13 and a tapered portion 14, and the tapered portion 14 has a diameter gradually increasing from the second slot 5 to the attachment post 13. The shape of the connecting column 13 includes a cylinder, a square column, and the like.

The key structure comprises a key body 1, a key cap 2, a door body 15, a spring 18, a through hole 17 and a connecting column 13 of a third column-shaped part 12, wherein the door body 15 is provided with a groove 16 matched with the key body 1, the spring 18 is arranged between the key cap 2 and the door body 15 in the groove 16, and the connecting column 13 of the third column-shaped part 12 slides in the through hole 17.
The mechanical starting method of the household appliance comprises the following steps:
1) closing a door body of the household appliance, clamping the first clamping groove by the locking spring, and not touching the microswitch by the key column;
2) the key body is pushed, the locking spring clamps the second clamping groove, and the key column touches the micro switch;
3) the microswitch is connected with a control circuit of the household appliance, and the household appliance is started.
When the door is opened, the locking spring is separated from the key column.
Through the starting key arranged on the door body of the household appliance, when the door body is closed, the machine cannot be started immediately, the starting key is pressed again, and the machine can be started only after the micro switch in the starting key is touched, so that the mechanical starting is completed through two mechanical actions.
