Abstract
The invention discloses a factory detection method for corresponding ID and two-dimensional code inside a power supply pile, which comprises the steps of placing the power supply pile below a code scanning device and switching on a power supply, obtaining the ID of a singlechip inside the power supply pile by a Bluetooth module inside the power supply pile, starting the code scanning device to scan the two-dimensional code outside the power supply pile, and scanning the equipment serial number of the power supply pile; the code scanning device acquires the ID of the power supply pile read by the Bluetooth module; the code scanning equipment binds the acquired equipment serial number and the ID of the power supply pile in a character string mode, then sends the bound equipment serial number and the ID to the server, and stores the bound equipment serial number and the ID in a database of the server; the invention realizes that the internal ID of the power supply pile corresponds to the equipment serial number set by the manufacturer, and stores the corresponding relation to the server-side database list, so that the manufacturer can directly manage the equipment through the self-defined serial number, thereby facilitating the management, and simultaneously, a client can obtain the use information of the corresponding power supply pile only by scanning the two-dimensional code by using the WeChat, thereby being capable of carrying out various operations of the power supply port of the power supply pile.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of power supply pile detection, in particular to a factory detection method for corresponding internal IDs and two-dimensional codes of power supply piles.
Background
The serial number of the equipment is just like an identity card in our life, and is an important basis for identifying the equipment. Some servers typically match data by identifying the corresponding device by serial number. At present, the serial number of the single chip microcomputer is generally detected by manually copying the printed serial number information on the single chip microcomputer and directly outputting the serial number information of the single chip microcomputer through a serial port command, and the acquired serial number of the single chip microcomputer is stored to a server side to serve as a basis for matching equipment data information. The method for manually copying the printed serial number information on the singlechip has low efficiency, and the serial number is set as the identification code of the singlechip more complicatedly, so the error rate of manual copying is higher. If serial number of the single chip microcomputer is directly output by adopting a serial port command, a data line is required to be connected with the serial port every time when information is transmitted, so that not only is the setting troublesome, but also certain damage is easily caused to the serial port. And because the serial number of the singlechip does not have a certain sequence rule, the serial number is not beneficial to being used as an external identification code of equipment to manage the serial number of the equipment when manufacturers produce the equipment in batches. Because the power supply piles need to be subjected to factory detection when being delivered from a factory, an important detection is to detect whether the serial number of a single chip microcomputer in the power supply piles corresponds to an external identification code, and the current factory detection is to detect equipment one by one in a single production line by an operator, so that the detection efficiency is very low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a factory detection method which can detect whether the serial number of a singlechip in a power supply pile corresponds to the equipment serial number set by a manufacturer or not and whether the internal ID of the power supply pile corresponds to a two-dimensional code or not.
The invention realizes the purpose through the following technical scheme: a factory detection method for corresponding ID and two-dimensional codes in a power supply pile is used for detecting the power supply pile, wherein a single chip microcomputer and a Bluetooth module are arranged in the power supply pile, and the two-dimensional codes used for representing equipment serial numbers are arranged outside the power supply pile, and comprises the following steps:
1) placing the assembled power supply pile below the code scanning equipment and connecting the power supply pile with a power supply;
2) after the power supply pile is powered on, a Bluetooth module in the power supply pile acquires a unique serial number of a single chip microcomputer in the power supply pile, namely the ID of the power supply pile;
3) starting a code scanning device to scan a two-dimensional code outside the power supply pile to obtain a corresponding equipment serial number represented by the two-dimensional code;
4) the code scanning device starts a Bluetooth function of the code scanning device while scanning the two-dimensional code, Bluetooth communication is established between the code scanning device and a Bluetooth module of the power supply pile, and the code scanning device acquires the ID of the power supply pile read by the Bluetooth module;
5) the code scanning equipment binds the acquired equipment serial number and the ID of the power supply pile in a character string mode, then sends the bound equipment serial number and the ID of the power supply pile to the server, and stores the bound equipment serial number and the ID of the power supply pile into a database of the server to finish the binding work of the ID inside the power supply pile and the equipment serial number;
6) pressing a detection button on the code scanning device, sending a specific detection instruction to a Bluetooth module of the power supply pile by the code scanning device through established Bluetooth communication, and sending the detection instruction to a single chip microcomputer in the power supply pile after the Bluetooth module receives the detection instruction so that the single chip microcomputer enters a specific detection working state and induction buttons used for representing each path of state of the power supply pile are all lighted;
7) the induction buttons of the power supply piles are pressed one by one, and if all the induction buttons are completely turned off after being pressed, the fact that each path of the power supply pile can work normally is proved, and the whole factory detection process is completed.
Further, the code scanning device is a smart phone with a Bluetooth function.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention realizes that the internal ID of the power supply pile corresponds to the equipment serial number set by the manufacturer, and stores the corresponding relation to the server-side database list, so that the manufacturer can directly manage the equipment through the self-defined serial number, thereby facilitating the management, and simultaneously, a client can obtain the use information of the corresponding power supply pile only by scanning the two-dimensional code representing the equipment serial number on the power supply pile by using the WeChat, thereby being capable of carrying out a series of use operations such as inquiry, selection, recharging and the like of the power supply port state of the power supply pile.
2. The serial number of the singlechip of the power supply pile is not required to be acquired first and then converted into the two-dimensional code, but is replaced by the serial number of the equipment, so that the generation process of the two-dimensional code is facilitated, the production work is simplified, the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
3. According to the invention, the functions of binding the ID inside the power supply pile with the serial number of the factory equipment and detecting the factory equipment can be realized only by one code scanning device with the Bluetooth function, so that the production efficiency is improved, and the work of an operator is simplified.
