Abstract

本发明提供了一种烧结炉,它包括炉体(1),在炉体(1)内表面安装有炉衬(2),在炉衬(2)上安装有电阻丝(3),炉体(1)内安装炉内筒(4),炉内筒(4)被电阻丝(3)围在中间;所述的炉内筒(4)由连通管(41)、内筒盖(42)、测温套筒(43)、排气孔(44)、内套筒(45)、内筒体(46)和发热件(47)组成,内筒体(46)内安装内套筒(45),内套筒(45)的中心安装发热件(47),连通管(41)连通在内筒体(46)与内套筒(45)之间,内筒体(46)的内筒盖(42)上焊接有测温套筒(43)及排气孔(44)。本发明采用内外同时加热方式,且热量通过连通管进入筒体内部,使筒体与产品热交换更充分,受热均匀,烧结效果好,操作方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及炉具,具体涉及一种烧结炉。
背景技术
烧结炉广泛应用于纳米催化剂、玻璃、陶瓷、钢铁、水泥等新材料的制备和研究中。在烧结过程中,一般都是在产品上方与下方设置加热棒,这样加热工件会造成工件加热不均匀的结果,影响烧结效果。然而,对于一些导热性差、堆积密度大且烧结过程中需隔绝氧气的材料,传统的烧结炉所需煅烧时间过长、产品加热不均匀,影响烧结效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种烧结炉,烧结效果理想,操作简单方便,有效地解决烧结炉煅烧时间长、受热不均等问题。
本发明的技术解决方案是:该烧结炉包括炉体,在炉体内表面安装有炉衬,在炉衬上安装有电阻丝,其特征是:炉体内安装炉内筒,炉内筒被电阻丝围在中间;所述的炉内筒由连通管、内筒盖、测温套筒、排气孔、内套筒、内筒体和发热件组成,内筒体内安装内套筒,内套筒的中心安装发热件,若干个连通管连通在内筒体与内套筒之间,内筒体上部有内筒盖,内筒盖上焊接有测温套筒及排气孔。
其中,所述的发热件包括电热管、固定架及支撑柱,多根红外线的电热管安装在固定架上,固定架和电热管通过支撑柱固定在炉体上。
其中,在固定架上安装有防护网。
其中,所述炉衬的材料为硅酸铝。
与传统的烧结炉相比,本发明的烧结炉具有以下优点:
1)烧结炉由内筒中部的电热管和炉衬上电阻丝内外同时加热,采用筒体内外同时加热的方式,加热筒体的内部有多根管连通炉芯,热量能够充分进入筒体内部,使筒体与产品的热交换更充分,温度均匀,炉膛上下温差18℃以内,煅烧时间与传统烧结炉相比,减少了1/3以上。
2)炉膛采用耐高温硅酸铝纤维模块,升温、降温速度快、节能环保。
3)炉芯加热采用红外线黑体辐射电热管,辐射率稳定,无有害辐射、无环境污染、耐高温、热惯性小、热响应速度快、热转换效率高。
4)采用上述结构,工件放入烧结炉后,采用筒体内外同时加热的方式,且热量能够通过连通管进入筒体内部,使筒体与产品的热交换更充分,受热更加均匀,提升烧结效果,本发明烧结效果好,操作简单方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。其中相同的零部件用相同的附图标记表示。需要说明的是词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
如图1所示,该烧结炉包括炉体1,在炉体1内表面安装有炉衬2,在炉衬2上安装有电阻丝3,其特征是:炉体1内安装炉内筒4,炉内筒4被电阻丝3围在中间;所述的炉内筒4由连通管41、内筒盖42、测温套筒43、排气孔44、内套筒45、内筒体46和发热件47组成,内筒体46内安装内套筒45,内套筒45的中心安装发热件47,若干个连通管41连通在内筒体46与内套筒45之间,内筒体46上部有内筒盖42,内筒盖42上焊接有测温套筒43及排气孔44。
如图2所示,所述的发热件47包括电热管47-1、固定架47-2及支撑柱47-3,多根红外线的电热管47-1安装在固定架47-2上,固定架47-2和电热管47-1通过支撑柱47-3固定在炉体1上。
其中,在固定架47-2上安装有防护网。
其中,所述炉衬2的材料为硅酸铝。

1.烧结炉,它包括炉体(1),在炉体(1)内表面安装有炉衬(2),在炉衬(2)上安装有电阻丝(3),其特征是:炉体(1)内安装炉内筒(4),炉内筒(4)被电阻丝(3)围在中间;所述的炉内筒(4)由连通管(41)、内筒盖(42)、测温套筒(43)、排气孔(44)、内套筒(45)、内筒体(46)和发热件(47)组成,内筒体(46)内安装内套筒(45),内套筒(45)的中心安装发热件(47),若干个连通管(41)连通在内筒体(46)与内套筒(45)之间,内筒体(46)上部有内筒盖(42),内筒盖(42)上焊接有测温套筒(43)及排气孔(44);所述的发热件(47)包括电热管(47-1)、固定架(47-2)及支撑柱(47-3),多根红外线的电热管(47-1)安装在固定架(47-2)上,固定架(47-2)和电热管(47-1)通过支撑柱(47-3)固定在炉体(1)上。
