Abstract
本发明提供一种隔热PPR管及其制备工艺,由内到外依次包括内管、粘结层、中间层和外层,其特征在于,外层为EVA膜,中间层为聚乙烯发泡保温层,内层为PPR管,粘结层为环氧树脂胶。该隔热PPR管减少了热水输送时的热损失具有良好的耐久性,可以抵抗高温,可长久使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于管材技术领域,涉及一种隔热PPR管及其制备工艺。
背景技术
聚乙烯是一种无毒,无异味的塑料,具有良好的耐撞击、耐腐蚀、抗天候性能。通常的PPR管是没有保温功能的,而且易损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种隔热PPR管及其制备工艺,设有粘结层,使管材连接更紧密更加牢固。
一种隔热PPR管,由内到外依次包括内管、粘结层、中间层和外层,其特征在于,外层为EVA膜,中间层为聚乙烯发泡保温层,内层为PPR管,粘结层为环氧树脂胶。
进一步的,所述的聚乙烯发泡保温层厚4~7mm,PPR管厚2~4mm。
一种隔热PPR管的制备工艺:
1)分别称取中间层的原料和外层的原料,中间层的原料为:聚乙烯发泡料80重量份、AC发泡剂0.3重量份、发泡调节剂0.3重量份,外层的原料为EVA颗粒;
2)将所述PPR管放入矫直机矫直后,由第一牵引机牵出,将内管端部用橡胶塞封住,内管通过浸胶槽,浸胶槽内环氧树脂胶的温度保持在35~37℃,内管表面均匀粘上环氧树脂胶,最后将所述内管送至共挤式机头处;
3)将所述中间层的原料投入第一挤出机中,所述第一挤出机的螺杆工作温度为70~200℃,压力为15~30MPa,使得聚乙烯发泡料熔融至所述共挤式机头处,同样的,外层的原料在熔融后送至第二挤出机中;
4)将所述中间层材料在第一挤出机内挤压在PPR管上,外层材料由第二挤出机挤出附在聚乙烯发泡保温层上制得管材;
5)将所述管材送入冷却风箱定型,由第二牵引机牵出,经切割机切割后获得成型管材。
与现有技术相比,本隔热PPR管及其制备工艺的优点有:
1.中间层使用聚乙烯发泡起到保温隔热作用,而且具有耐腐蚀的功能,可长期使用。
2.外层使用EVA膜起到保护作用,良好的耐久性可以抵抗高温。
3.粘结层使管材连接更紧密更加牢固。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种隔热PPR管,由内到外依次包括内管、粘结层3、中间层和外层,外层为EVA膜1,中间层为聚乙烯发泡保温层2,内层为PPR管4,粘结层3为环氧树脂胶。
进一步的,所述的聚乙烯发泡保温层2厚度为4~7mm,PPR管4厚度为2~4mm。
一种隔热PPR管4的制备工艺:
1)分别称取中间层的原料和外层的原料,中间层的原料为:聚乙烯发泡料80重量份、AC发泡剂0.3重量份、发泡调节剂0.3重量份,外层的原料为EVA颗粒;

Claims (3)
1.一种隔热PPR管,由内到外依次包括内管、粘结层、中间层和外层,其特征在于,外层为EVA膜,中间层为聚乙烯发泡保温层,内层为PPR管,粘结层为环氧树脂胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热PPR管,其特征在于,所述的聚乙烯发泡保温层厚4~7mm,PPR管厚2~4mm。
3.一种隔热PPR管的制备工艺:
1)分别称取中间层的原料和外层的原料,中间层的原料为:聚乙烯发泡料80重量份、AC发泡剂0.3重量份、发泡调节剂0.3重量份,外层的原料为EVA颗粒;
