Description

Elevator door lock device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of elevators, in particular to an elevator door lock device.
Background
The elevator door lock is an important part for ensuring the safe use of the elevator, and when the elevator car is not in a flat-bed position, the landing door needs to be kept in a closed state so as to prevent passengers from falling into the hoistway and causing casualty accidents.
Every layer of door of elevator all is provided with the layer lock correspondingly, guarantees through layer lock that the layer door is in the closed condition. A landing door lock typically includes a mechanical latch hook assembly and an electrical component that detects the open or closed state of the mechanical latch hook assembly.
Although many elevator layer locks that circulate in the existing market can guarantee that the layer door is in the state of closing, but electrical component adopts the electric contact that exposes outside, has very big potential safety hazard.
For example, patent document CN103818809a discloses an elevator landing door lock, which uses the exposed electrical contacts to overlap to realize the detection function of electrical components, so that not only is there a potential safety hazard, but also the installation and debugging of the contacts are inconvenient.
As shown in fig. 1, in a conventional elevator landing door lock in the prior art, a rotating latch hook 1 and a fixed latch hook 4 are engaged with each other to lock a landing door, when the landing door is locked, a moving electrical contact 2 of the rotating latch hook 1 and a fixed electrical contact 3 on a lock base mounting plate 5 are overlapped to connect a circuit, the fixed electrical contact 3 is made of a completely exposed metal sheet, and a shield above the metal sheet can only shield falling objects from above.
The mobile electric contact moves from right to left in the lapping process, and has a certain rotating angle along with the lifting and falling of the lock hook, in order to avoid a walking path of the mobile electric contact, an opening needs to be reserved on the right side of the shield, and the opening is enough for meeting the requirement that a finger passes through the touch metal sheet.
When people passed in and out the car, because there is the clearance between layer door and the sedan-chair door, the demand of layer lock for satisfying the lock door generally is arranged in the clearance of layer door and sedan-chair door, and the maintenance personnel and passenger touch fixed electrical contact through the opening extremely easily when upwards stretching out the hand, because lock safety circuit voltage is mostly the forceful electric current, leads to taking place to electrocute casualty accident easily.
In the prior art, the end part of the fixed electric contact of the elevator landing door lock adopts copper metal and is provided with conductive metal contact pieces which are parallel to each other, the surface of the movable electric contact generally adopts a silver-containing coating, the inside of the movable electric contact is a conductive copper metal block, and the support of the movable electric contact is an insulating support.
In order to ensure that the movable electric contact can just touch the fixed electric contact when the rotating lock hook is locked, when the rotating lock hook is installed, the metal connecting sheet of the fixed electric contact upwarps for a certain angle relative to the horizontal plane, the angle is too large, the silver-containing coating on the surface of the movable electric contact is easy to wear, and the insulating support is too large in stress, so that the service life of the movable electric contact is shortened; if the angle is too small, the movable electrical contact can not be lapped on the fixed electrical contact easily, the circuit is broken, and the function of the landing door lock is lost.
The door lock adopts the movable electric contact with the inner part being the copper metal block and the outer surface being the silver-containing coating, so that the cost is higher, the upwarping angle of the metal contact piece needs to be accurately controlled, and the door lock is very inconvenient to install, maintain and replace accessories.
