Abstract

一种用于铺装机的托板底涂装置,包括辊道（20）、底涂组件和清洁组件，底涂组件包括脱模剂料箱（21）、上料辊（22）、匀料辊（23）和涂料辊（24），清洁组件包括吸尘器（25）和安装在吸尘器（25）吸头内的清洁滚刷（26），吸尘器（25）安装在脱模剂料箱（21）的另一端，脱模剂料箱（21）两侧分别通过一对弹簧（27）安装在辊道（20）上，本发明优点是：在涂抹脱模剂前通过吸尘器和清洁滚刷对托板进行清洁，脱模剂通过一组辊子匀料后涂抹到托板上，涂抹均匀，工作效率高。

Description

一种用于铺装机的托板底涂装置
技术领域
本发明涉及秸秆制板技术领域，具体涉及一种用于铺装机的托板底涂装置。
背景技术
目前，秸秆制板过程中，通过气流铺装机把秸秆粉料铺装到托板上后进行热压成型，托板在铺设前需要刷脱模剂，方便成型后脱模，现有的都是通过人工涂脱模剂，工作效率低，同时涂抹不均匀，由于托板上粘附有秸秆粉料导致脱模时出现粘黏现象，影响脱模的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对目前，秸秆制板过程中，通过气流铺装机把秸秆粉料铺装到托板上后进行热压成型，托板在铺设前需要刷脱模剂，方便成型后脱模，现有的都是通过人工涂脱模剂，工作效率低，同时涂抹不均匀，由于托板上粘附有秸秆粉料导致脱模时出现粘黏现象，影响脱模的质量之不足，而提供一种用于铺装机的托板底涂装置。
本发明包括辊道、底涂组件和清洁组件，底涂组件包括脱模剂料箱、上料辊、匀料辊和涂料辊，上料辊安装在脱模剂料箱内，匀料辊和涂料辊分别通过支架安装在脱模剂料箱的一端，匀料辊位于上料辊和涂料辊之间，涂料辊和上料辊通过皮带传动；清洁组件包括吸尘器和安装在吸尘器吸头内的清洁滚刷，吸尘器安装在脱模剂料箱的另一端，脱模剂料箱两侧分别通过一对弹簧安装在辊道上。
所述吸尘器的电机通过变速器驱动清洁滚刷转动，所述吸尘器吸头两端分别设有一对行走轮。
所述匀料辊两端分别设有导套，并在导套上设有调节螺杆，匀料辊两端通过导套套在支架上。
本发明优点是：在涂抹脱模剂前通过吸尘器和清洁滚刷对托板进行清洁，脱模剂通过一组辊子匀料后涂抹到托板上，涂抹均匀，工作效率高。

具体实施方式
如附图所示，本发明包括辊道20、底涂组件和清洁组件，底涂组件包括脱模剂料箱21、上料辊22、匀料辊23和涂料辊24，上料辊22安装在脱模剂料箱21内，匀料辊23和涂料辊24分别通过支架安装在脱模剂料箱21的一端，匀料辊23位于上料辊22和涂料辊24之间，涂料辊24和上料辊22通过皮带传动；清洁组件包括吸尘器25和安装在吸尘器25吸头内的清洁滚刷26，吸尘器25安装在脱模剂料箱21的另一端，脱模剂料箱21两侧分别通过一对弹簧27安装在辊道20上。
所述吸尘器25的电机通过变速器驱动清洁滚刷26转动，所述吸尘器25吸头两端分别设有一对行走轮28。
所述匀料辊23两端分别设有导套29，并在导套29上设有调节螺杆，匀料辊23两端通过导套29套在支架上。
工作方式和原理：当托板从辊道20上通过的时候，吸尘器25吸头底部的行走轮28在托板上行走，启动吸尘器25，吸尘器25的电机通过减速器驱动清洁滚刷26转动，把托板上的杂物进行清理。在弹簧27的作用下，涂料辊24与托板保持接触；托板在移动的时候带动涂料辊24转动，涂料辊24通过皮带带动上料辊22转动，同时匀料辊23分别与上料辊22和涂料辊24的辊面接触，在转动的时候匀料辊23会同步转动，上料辊22转动的时候把脱模剂料箱21内的胶液卷起并通过匀料辊23涂抹到涂料辊24上对托板进行涂脱模剂。通过调节螺杆可以调整匀料辊23与上料辊22和涂料辊24棍面之间的间距来调整脱模剂在棍面的附着量，由于脱模剂有一定粘性，上料辊22和涂料辊24在转动的时候通过脱模剂使匀料辊23传动。

1.一种用于铺装机的托板底涂装置，其特征在于它包括辊道（20）、底涂组件和清洁组件，底涂组件包括脱模剂料箱（21）、上料辊（22）、匀料辊（23）和涂料辊（24），上料辊（22）安装在脱模剂料箱（21）内，匀料辊（23）和涂料辊（24）分别通过支架安装在脱模剂料箱（21）的一端，匀料辊（23）位于上料辊（22）和涂料辊（24）之间，涂料辊（24）和上料辊（22）通过皮带传动；清洁组件包括吸尘器（25）和安装在吸尘器（25）吸头内的清洁滚刷（26），吸尘器（25）安装在脱模剂料箱（21）的另一端，脱模剂料箱（21）两侧分别通过一对弹簧（27）安装在辊道（20）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于铺装机的托板底涂装置，其特征在于所述吸尘器（25）的电机通过变速器驱动清洁滚刷（26）转动，所述吸尘器（25）吸头两端分别设有一对行走轮（28）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于铺装机的托板底涂装置，其特征在于所述匀料辊（23）两端分别设有导套（29），并在导套（29）上设有调节螺杆，匀料辊（23）两端通过导套（29）套在支架上。
