Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车橡塑用切割装置,包括支撑底座,所述支撑底座上安装有支撑柱和伸缩筒,所述支撑柱的一侧安装有PLC操控器,且支撑柱的另一侧安装有驱动电机,所述驱动电机通过联轴器与转动主轴连接,所述转动主轴上安装有滚筒,所述滚筒的表面固定有连接头,所述伸缩筒连接有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆一端安装有吸盘,所述吸盘上设有加工台,所述支撑柱的表面安装有铰链,所述铰链连接有压板。本发明,通过滚筒的表面均匀分布有刀具,当驱动电机带动滚筒缓慢转动时,刀具可将橡塑切割的较为均匀,保证橡塑的切割效率,通过加工台的表面安装有防切割板,防切割板可对加工台进行保护,防止刀具对加工台造成损伤。

本发明涉及汽车橡塑切割设备技术领域,具体是一种汽车橡塑用切割装置。
背景技术
橡塑是橡胶和塑料产业的统称,它们都是石油的附属产品,它们在来源上都是一样的,不过,在制成产品的过程里,物性却不一样,用途更是不同,橡胶用的广的就是轮胎,塑料在随着技术和市场的需求和用途越来越是广泛,在日常生活里头已经离不开了。而在橡塑加工过程中所用的切割设备是必不可少的工序之一,但是传统的切割装置切割橡塑十分的不均匀,并且切割效率低下,对橡塑的切割深度无法控制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车橡塑用切割装置,以解决现有技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种汽车橡塑用切割装置,包括支撑底座,所述支撑底座上安装有支撑柱和伸缩筒,所述支撑柱的一侧安装有PLC操控器,且支撑柱的另一侧安装有驱动电机,所述驱动电机通过联轴器与转动主轴连接,所述转动主轴上安装有滚筒,所述滚筒的表面固定有连接头,所述伸缩筒连接有伸缩杆,且伸缩筒的表面设有高度调节螺栓,所述伸缩杆一端安装有吸盘,所述吸盘上设有加工台,所述支撑柱的表面安装有铰链,所述铰链连接有压板。
优选的,所述支撑柱上安装有刻度尺。
优选的,所述加工台的表面安装有防切割板。
优选的,所述支撑底座的底端四个拐角处安装有支撑脚。
优选的,所述连接头上安装有刀具。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构科学合理,使用方便高效;通过滚筒的表面均匀分布有刀具,当驱动电机带动滚筒缓慢转动时,刀具可将橡塑切割的较为均匀,保证橡塑的切割效率;通过加工台的表面安装有防切割板,防切割板可对加工台进行保护,防止刀具对加工台造成损伤,延长加工台的使用寿命;通过转动铰链上的压板,使压板将加工台上的橡塑稳稳的固定住,避免在切割时使橡塑发生错位,影响橡塑的切割;通过操控高度调节螺栓使伸缩杆自由的伸缩,使加工台处于适宜的高度位置,从而实现对橡塑切割深度的控制,提高了切割装置的实用性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-3,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种汽车橡塑用切割装置,包括支撑底座1,支撑底座1上安装有支撑柱7和伸缩筒3,支撑柱7的一侧安装有PLC操控器5,且支撑柱7的另一侧安装有驱动电机12,驱动电机12通过联轴器与转动主轴11连接,转动主轴11上安装有滚筒8,滚筒8的表面固定有连接头9,伸缩筒3连接有伸缩杆17,且伸缩筒3的表面设有高度调节螺栓16,通过操控高度调节螺栓16使伸缩杆17自由的伸缩,使加工台4处于适宜的高度位置,从而实现对橡塑切割深度的控制,提高了切割装置的实用性,伸缩杆17一端安装有吸盘15,吸盘15上设有加工台4,支撑柱7的表面安装有铰链13,铰链13连接有压板14,通过转动铰链13上的压板14,使压板14将加工台4上的橡塑稳稳的固定住,避免在切割时使橡塑发生错位,影响橡塑的切割,支撑柱7上安装有刻度尺6,加工台4的表面安装有防切割板18,通过加工台4的表面安装有防切割板18,防切割板18可对加工台4进行保护,防止刀具10对加工台4造成损伤,延长加工台4的使用寿命,支撑底座1的底端四个拐角处安装有支撑脚2,连接头9上安装有刀具10,通过滚筒8的表面均匀分布有刀具10,当驱动电机12带动滚筒8缓慢转动时,刀具10可将橡塑切割的较为均匀,保证橡塑的切割效率。
本发明的工作原理是:将橡塑板材摆放到加工台4上,旋转铰链13上的压板14,使压板14将加工台4上的橡塑稳稳的固定住,避免在切割时使橡塑发生错位,调节高度调节螺栓16使伸缩杆17进行伸缩,使加工台4处于适宜的高度位置,而刻度尺6可以显示出刀具10对橡塑切割的深度,操控PLC操控器5使驱动电机12开始工作,驱动电机12带动滚筒8缓慢的转动,滚筒8表面分别均匀的刀具10对橡塑板材进行切割,使橡塑板材切割的十分均匀和对称,提高切割的质量,而加工台4表面的防切割板18可对其保护处理,防止刀具10对加工台4造成损伤。

1.一种汽车橡塑用切割装置,包括支撑底座(1),其特征在于:所述支撑底座(1)上安装有支撑柱(7)和伸缩筒(3),所述支撑柱(7)的一侧安装有PLC操控器(5),且支撑柱(7)的另一侧安装有驱动电机(12),所述驱动电机(12)通过联轴器与转动主轴(11)连接,所述转动主轴(11)上安装有滚筒(8),所述滚筒(8)的表面固定有连接头(9),所述伸缩筒(3)连接有伸缩杆(17),且伸缩筒(3)的表面设有高度调节螺栓(16),所述伸缩杆(17)一端安装有吸盘(15),所述吸盘(15)上设有加工台(4),所述支撑柱(7)的表面安装有铰链(13),所述铰链(13)连接有压板(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车橡塑用切割装置,其特征在于:所述支撑柱(7)上安装有刻度尺(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车橡塑用切割装置,其特征在于:所述加工台(4)的表面安装有防切割板(18)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车橡塑用切割装置,其特征在于:所述支撑底座(1)的底端四个拐角处安装有支撑脚(2)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车橡塑用切割装置,其特征在于:所述连接头(9)上安装有刀具(10)。
