Abstract

本发明公开了一种一体式髋臼假体的制备方法,包括:由金属外杯和外杯内衬组成,先采用各种加工方法制备金属外杯,再通过增材制造技术在金属外杯本体上构筑外杯内衬。一次成型一体式髋臼假体,使两者之间精密结合,微动减少,从而降低磨损,减少机加工工序,有利于降低成本。

一种一体式髋臼假体及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种骨科植入物一体式髋臼假体及其制备方法。
背景技术
由疾病和创伤造成的人工关节疾病是临床上的常见病,也是骨科治疗的世界性难题之一,严重地影响着患者的生活质量。金属外杯和外杯内衬作为髋臼假体是目前临床应用较为普遍的骨科用材料。髋臼假体在骨科治疗中的广泛应用,显著改善了过去临床无法解决的问题并且植入成功率也已达到了相当满意的效果。目前的金属外杯与外杯内衬独立加工,独立包装,需通过手术操作进行两者的配合,植入人体后,金属外杯和外杯内衬之间的界面会产生微动,从而产生磨屑,导致假体植入失败,并且加工成本较高。而我们在金属外杯本体上通过增材制造技术直接构筑外杯内衬,形成一体式的髋臼假体,金属外杯和外杯内衬之间精密结合,微动减少,从而降低磨损,同时机加工工序的减少进一步节约了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的缺陷,我们采用增材制造技术在金属外杯上直接构筑外杯内衬,有利于金属外杯与外杯内衬的精密配合,同时减少了加工工序,节省了成本。
本发明所要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种一体式髋臼假体的制备方法,包括:由金属外杯和外杯内衬组成,先采用各种加工方法制备金属外杯,再通过增材制造技术在金属外杯本体上构筑外杯内衬。
进一步地,所述增材制造技术为3D打印。
进一步地,所述外杯内衬通过生物相容性的高分子材料3D打印制成。
进一步地,金属外杯所用材料为生物相容性的金属材料。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明一次成型一体式髋臼假体,直接在金属外杯上采用增材制造技术构筑外杯内衬,使两者之间精密结合,微动减少,从而降低磨损,减少机加工工序,有利于降低成本。
(2)工序步骤简单、可控性强、操作简便。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细的说明,实施例仅是本发明的优选实施方式,不是对本发明的限定。
本发明的一体式髋臼假体的制备方法中,先采用真空脱蜡铸造或锻造制成金属外杯,再通过增材制造技术在金属外杯本体上构筑外杯内衬。
所述增材制造技术优选但不限定为3D打印。
所述金属外杯优选但不限定为通过生物相容性的金属材料真空脱蜡铸造或锻造制成,其中生物相容性的金属材料优选但不限定为钛合金、钴铬合金,其中钛合金包括Ti-8Fe-8Ta-4Zr,Ti-8Fe-8Ta-4Zr相较于传统的钛合金,大大降低了弹性模量,可以获得在机械性质和生物相容性方面的优异结果。
所述外杯内衬优选但不限定为通过生物相容性的高分子材料3D打印制成,其中生物相容性的高分子材料优选但不限定为超高分子量聚乙烯、高交联超高分子量聚乙烯等材料。
实施例1
一种一体式髋臼假体,其制备方法包括:采用钛合金材料,通过锻造方式制造金属外杯,再采用超高分子量聚乙烯材料通过3d打印的方法在外杯内衬本体上直接构筑外杯内衬。
对比例1
一种髋臼假体,分别包含金属外杯和外杯内衬,其制备方法为:采用钛合金材料,通过锻造方式制造金属外杯;采用超高分子量聚乙烯材料,通过机加工方法制造外杯内衬,二者为独立部件。
检测项目:
A.磨损试验
依据ISO 14242-1及ISO 14242-2对一体式髋臼假体与普通独立的髋臼假体进行磨损试验,通过测试超高分子量聚乙烯的磨损量来判定两者的磨损性能。
B.成本核算
对产品生产全流程中的各项成本如机加工成本、清洗成本、检测成本、人工成本等进行核算,对比一体式髋臼假体与普通独立的髋臼假体在成本方面的异同。
测试结果:
A:实施例的一体式髋臼假体的磨损量小于对比例的普通独立的髋臼假体。
B:成本核算显示实施例的一体式髋臼假体的成本较低,总体成本优势明显。

1.一种一体式髋臼假体的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:由金属外杯和外杯内衬组成,先采用各种加工方法制备金属外杯,再在金属外杯本体上采用增材制造技术直接构筑外杯内衬。
2.如权利要求1所述的一体式髋臼假体的制备方法,其特征在于,所述金属外杯通过生物相容性的金属材料真空脱蜡铸造或锻造制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一体式髋臼假体的制备方法,其特征在于,所述外杯内衬通过生物相容性的高分子材料增材制造制成。
4.一种一体式髋臼假体,采用权利要求1-3任一项所述的制备方法制成。
