本发明涉及一种耐擦洗的环保乳胶漆,包括天然乳胶、苯丙乳液、聚乙烯醇、纳米活性炭、纳米钛、纳米银粉、正丁醇、单氟磷酸钠、硅藻泥,各组分的质量份数为:天然乳胶50‑80、苯丙乳液30‑60、聚乙烯醇25‑30、纳米活性炭10‑20、纳米钛5‑8、纳米银粉20‑25、正丁醇5‑10、单氟磷酸钠8‑10、硅藻泥5‑16。本发明独创硅藻泥技术,确保漆膜表面能够形成坚韧的保护层,该发明具备反复擦洗墙面仍然保持亮丽如新的功能的同时,还能保持墙面透气不发霉,有效除菌、吸收有害气体,净化空气。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料制备技术领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种耐擦洗的环保乳胶漆。
背景技术
内墙涂料就是一般装修用的乳胶漆。乳胶漆即是乳液性涂料,按照基材的不同,分为聚醋酸乙烯乳液和单氟磷酸钠两大类。乳胶漆以天然乳胶为稀释剂,是一种施工方便、安全、耐天然乳胶洗、透气性好的的涂料,它可根据不同的配色方案调配出不同的色泽。种类:天然乳胶性内墙漆、油性内墙漆、干粉型内墙漆,属天然乳胶性涂料,主要由天然乳胶,乳液,颜料,填料,添加剂五种成分构成。而随着人性化理念的普及,及新型和谐社会的构成,设计一种耐天然乳胶性及耐热性优异的建筑用耐擦洗内墙涂料是非常必要的。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保养效果好的耐擦洗的环保乳胶漆。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种耐擦洗的环保乳胶漆,包括天然乳胶、苯丙乳液、聚乙烯醇、纳米活性炭、纳米钛、纳米银粉、正丁醇、单氟磷酸钠、硅藻泥,各组分的质量份数为:天然乳胶50-80、苯丙乳液30-60、聚乙烯醇25-30、纳米活性炭10-20、纳米钛5-8、纳米银粉20-25、正丁醇5-10、单氟磷酸钠8-10、硅藻泥5-16。
作为优选,所述耐擦洗的环保乳胶漆各组分的质量份数为:天然乳胶50、苯丙乳液56、聚乙烯醇27、纳米活性炭17、纳米钛8、纳米银粉25、正丁醇7、单氟磷酸钠8、硅藻泥16。
作为优选,所述苯丙乳液为双酚A苯丙乳液和缩天然乳胶甘油酯类苯丙乳液的混合物。
作为优选,所述天然乳胶为去离子天然乳胶。
作为优选,具体制备步骤如下:
①、将苯丙乳液、聚乙烯醇和去离子天然乳胶混合均匀得到混合物A ;
②、然后将纳米活性炭、纳米钛与去离子天然乳胶混合搅拌配制质量浓度为 10%的溶液B;
③、接着依次向反应器中加入正丁醇、单氟磷酸钠以及硅藻泥于 50℃温度下搅拌30min,得到混合物C;
④、然后将混合物 A 以及溶液B加入到混合物C中,混合均匀,搅拌55min,得到混合物D;
⑤、最后将纳米银粉加入到混合物D中,在 60℃,保温反应 0.5h ;停止加热,冷却至室温即得。
本发明独创硅藻泥技术,确保漆膜表面能够形成坚韧的保护层,该发明具备反复擦洗墙面仍然保持亮丽如新的功能的同时,还能保持墙面透气不发霉,有效除菌、吸收有害气体,净化空气。
具体实施方式
本发明提供的一种耐擦洗的环保乳胶漆,包括天然乳胶、苯丙乳液、聚乙烯醇、纳米活性炭、纳米钛、纳米银粉、正丁醇、单氟磷酸钠、硅藻泥,各组分的质量份数为:天然乳胶50-80、苯丙乳液30-60、聚乙烯醇25-30、纳米活性炭10-20、纳米钛5-8、纳米银粉20-25、正丁醇5-10、单氟磷酸钠8-10、硅藻泥5-16。
作为优选,所述耐擦洗的环保乳胶漆各组分的质量份数为:天然乳胶50、苯丙乳液56、聚乙烯醇27、纳米活性炭17、纳米钛8、纳米银粉25、正丁醇7、单氟磷酸钠8、硅藻泥16。
作为优选,所述苯丙乳液为双酚A苯丙乳液和缩天然乳胶甘油酯类苯丙乳液的混合物。

1.一种耐擦洗的环保乳胶漆,其特征在于:包括天然乳胶、苯丙乳液、聚乙烯醇、纳米活性炭、纳米钛、纳米银粉、正丁醇、单氟磷酸钠、硅藻泥,各组分的质量份数为:天然乳胶50-80、苯丙乳液30-60、聚乙烯醇25-30、纳米活性炭10-20、纳米钛5-8、纳米银粉20-25、正丁醇5-10、单氟磷酸钠8-10、硅藻泥5-16。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐擦洗的环保乳胶漆,其特征在于:所述耐擦洗的环保乳胶漆各组分的质量份数为:天然乳胶50、苯丙乳液56、聚乙烯醇27、纳米活性炭17、纳米钛8、纳米银粉25、正丁醇7、单氟磷酸钠8、硅藻泥16。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐擦洗的环保乳胶漆,其特征在于:所述苯丙乳液为双酚A苯丙乳液和缩天然乳胶甘油酯类苯丙乳液的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐擦洗的环保乳胶漆,其特征在于:所述天然乳胶为去离子天然乳胶。
5.具体制备步骤:
①、将苯丙乳液、聚乙烯醇和去离子天然乳胶混合均匀得到混合物A ;
②、然后将纳米活性炭、纳米钛与去离子天然乳胶混合搅拌配制质量浓度为 10%的溶液B;
③、接着依次向反应器中加入正丁醇、单氟磷酸钠以及硅藻泥于 50℃温度下搅拌30min,得到混合物C;
④、然后将混合物 A 以及溶液B加入到混合物C中,混合均匀,搅拌55min,得到混合物D;
⑤、最后将纳米银粉加入到混合物D中,在 60℃,保温反应 0.5h ;停止加热,冷却至室温即得。
