Abstract
本发明公开一种润滑脂组合物,其包含聚α‑烯烃和是脂肪酸钙盐的增稠剂。所述组合物适于在密封轴承中的密封件‑金属界面处使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑脂组合物并且涉及所述润滑脂组合物用于密封轴承中的用途。
背景技术
密封轴承在许多不同类型的机械中使用。密封件防止污物和水进入,污物和水可能破坏轴承并且损害机械的功能。典型密封件材料包括丙烯腈-丁二烯橡胶(NBR)和氟弹性体(FKM)。在密封件接触点处提供润滑脂来延长密封件的寿命。在密封件-金属界面处存在显著摩擦力,这可能导致发热和效率损失。本发明者寻求提供可以用于减少密封件-金属界面处的摩擦力并且由此提高密封轴承的效率的润滑脂组合物。
发明内容
本发明者已出乎意料地发现低粘度聚α-烯烃基础油与钙增稠剂的组合可以提供在密封件-金属界面处特定产生低摩擦力的润滑脂。因此,本发明提供一种润滑脂组合物,其包含40重量%到90重量%第一基础油组分,其为聚α-烯烃并且在100℃下的动态粘度介于1mm2/s到5mm2/s之间,其中重量百分比是按润滑脂组合物的重量计;并且包含是C13-C21脂肪酸钙盐的增稠剂。
另一方面,本发明提供润滑脂组合物用于密封轴承中的密封件-金属界面处的用途,其中所述润滑脂组合物包含基础油和增稠剂,其中所述基础油包含40重量%到90重量%第一基础油,其为聚α-烯烃并且在100℃下的动态粘度介于1mm2/s到5mm2/s之间,其中所述重量百分比是按润滑脂组合物的重量计;并且包含是C13-C21脂肪酸钙盐的增稠剂。
具体实施方式
润滑脂组合物包含40重量%到90重量%第一基础油组分,其为聚α-烯烃并且在100℃下的动态粘度介于1mm2/s到5mm2/s之间。润滑脂组合物可以包含其它基础油,但优选地,第一基础油组分占至少50重量%,并且优选地至少80重量%总基础油(按润滑脂组合物中基础油的总重量计)。
润滑脂组合物中的增稠剂是C13-C21脂肪酸钙盐,并且优选地是氢化的蓖麻油脂肪酸钙盐。按润滑脂组合物的重量计,增稠剂的量优选地是2重量%到18重量%,更优选地是2重量%到14重量%。
本发明的润滑脂组合物还可以包含抗氧化剂、防锈剂、油性剂、极压添加剂、抗磨剂、固体润滑剂、金属去活化剂、聚合物、清洁剂以及其它添加剂。
抗氧化剂包括例如2,6-二-叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、2,6-二-叔丁基-对甲酚、P,P'-二辛基二苯基胺、N-苯基-α-萘胺以及吩噻嗪。
防锈剂包括石蜡氧化物、羧酸金属盐、磺酸金属盐、羧酸酯、磺酸酯、丁二酸酯、脱水山梨糖醇酯以及多种胺盐。
油性剂、极压添加剂和抗磨剂包括例如硫化二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、硫化二芳基二硫代磷酸锌、硫化二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、硫化二芳基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、硫化二烷基二硫代磷酸钼、硫化二芳基二硫代磷酸钼、硫化二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼、硫化二芳基二硫代氨基甲酸钼、有机钼络合物、硫化烯烃、磷酸三苯酯、硫逐磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三甲苯酯、其它磷酸酯以及硫化脂肪和油。
固体润滑剂包括例如二硫化钼、石墨、氮化硼、氰尿酸三聚氰胺、PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)、二硫化钨、云母、氟化石墨等。
金属去活化剂包括例如N,N'-二亚水杨基-1,2-二氨基丙烷、苯并***、苯并咪唑、苯并噻唑以及噻二唑。
润滑脂组合物可以使用标准润滑脂制造途径来制造。
本发明的润滑脂组合物适于在密封轴承中的密封件-金属界面处使用。密封件适合地由如丙烯腈-丁二烯橡胶(NBR)、氢化处理的丙烯腈-丁二烯橡胶(HNBR)或氟弹性体(FKM)等材料制成。轴承将含有润滑剂并且应以使本发明的润滑脂组合物不被润滑剂污染的方式来施用本发明的润滑脂组合物。
实例
下文借助于实例和比较例进一步详细解释本发明,但本发明不以任何方式受这些实例限制。
通过向釜中添加基础油和脂肪酸,加热到85-90℃(在3℃/min下)并且在100rpm下搅拌来制备润滑脂。添加粉末形式的氢氧化钙,接着添加水。封闭釜并且加热到135℃(在2℃/min下)。在100rpm下搅拌内容物并且将釜的壁温极限设定为140℃。在达到135℃之后约40分钟,将釜排气。将额外基础油加热到80℃,接着通过泵添加到釜中。在150rpm下搅拌内容物5分钟,且将产物温度保持于130℃到135℃之间。将氮气管连接到釜,并且使内容物暴露于氮气流持续15分钟,由此使样品脱水。在100rpm下搅拌下,使内容物冷却到100℃(在2℃/min下)。在80℃或更低温度下添加添加剂,所述添加剂使用额外基础油进行稀释。在添加添加剂之后,在100rpm下搅拌内容物1分钟。接着使内容物冷却到50-60℃(通过壁温设定来控制:在5℃/min下20℃并且在100rpm下搅拌)。在70℃下,使用-150毫巴真空保持10分钟并以50rpm搅拌,开始脱气。产物在1×300巴下均质化。
全部调配物都概述于下表1中,量按调配物的总重量计以重量百分比形式给出。

PAO 2.0是聚α-烯烃并且在100℃下的粘度是2.0cSt。XHVI 3.0和XHVI 4.0是通过费舍尔-托普希方法(Fischer-Tropsch process)制备的基础油并且从壳牌(Shell)获得。XHVI 3.0在100℃下的粘度是3.0cSt并且XHVI 4.0在100℃下的粘度是4.0cSt。HCOFA是氢化蓖麻油脂肪酸。在每一个实例和比较例中,添加剂包是相同的。
向NBR密封件施用润滑脂。密封轴承运行24小时,接着测量摩擦力。

Claims (4)
1.一种润滑脂组合物,其包含40重量%到90重量%第一基础油组分,其为聚α-烯烃并且在100℃下的动态粘度介于1mm2/s到5mm2/s之间,其中所述重量百分比是按所述润滑脂组合物的重量计;并且包含是C13-C21脂肪酸钙盐的增稠剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂组合物,其中按所述润滑脂组合物的重量计,所述增稠剂的量是2重量%到18重量%。
3.一种润滑脂组合物用于密封轴承中的密封件-金属界面处的用途,其中所述润滑脂组合物包含基础油和增稠剂,其中所述基础油包含40重量%到90重量%第一基础油组分,其为聚α-烯烃并且在100℃下的动态粘度介于1mm2/s到5mm2/s之间,其中所述重量百分比是按所述润滑脂组合物的重量计;并且包含是C13-C21脂肪酸钙盐的增稠剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的润滑脂组合物的用途,其中按所述润滑脂组合物的重量计,所述增稠剂的量是2重量%到18重量%。
