Abstract

一种空调机的户外部件。其配置成:卧式压缩机 (6)置于螺桨式风扇(3)下面,电瓶置于户外部件主体 的顶板上,蓄热器(11)和致冷循环回路(12)置于U 形热交换器(2),用于螺桨风扇的空气导向器,一个用 于组合户外部件外壳之中,以使户外部件结构紧凑。

Description

本发明一般地涉及分体式空调机之类的户外部件。
在这种类型的空调机中通常要配置一台如图1所示的用于户外部件的热交换器的U字形热交换器,(例如象日本实用新型公开公报57-1477中所示)。
如图2所示,过去常用的L字形热交换器便属这种结构。就上述结构而言,压缩机106,电瓶,致冷循环设置在机腔107的那侧,而户外部件101的内部在风路(Blowing    circuit)110与机腔107之间被所用防尘板105所分隔。
在本文上述结构中,由于防尘板105,避免了空气从风扇103的径向抽吸,有两个方向的吸气最大,即在风路内部范围形成如图2箭头标记110所示的这种风向(流量)。该风流量适于受防尘板105的扰动。当空气被风扇强制地吹入压缩空气回路内部时,防尘板105变成压缩空气的阻力,以致使风流量在压缩空气回路内紊流。因此,利用热交换器102的优点就不会引起这一问题。
过去采用竖式压缩机106。当该压缩机置于所述户外部件101之任一侧面上时,则由压缩机106的运转所带来的振动引起整个户外部件101的振动,从而产生噪音。当毗连地设置在一个侧面上的压缩机106被置于包含致冷循环,电瓶那侧的侧面上时,则户外部件101的主体本身在水平方向上变得较长,因此,甚至在形状方面都难以使其结构紧凑。因此,现已产生的本发明是从基本上消除现有技术中所固有的上述缺陷出发并为提供一种改进型空调机的户外部件为其基本目的。
本发明的另一重要目的是提供一种用于空调机的改进型户外部件,该部件吸收压缩机的振动,并实现了结构更紧凑,部件的主体较轻的目标。
为实现本发明的这些和其他目的,在根据本发明的一个最佳实施例中,本发明的技术手段在于把螺浆式风扇的抽吸面做在该螺桨式风扇迎风前面的一个面上,螺桨式风扇的一个侧面在另一侧上,并将卧式压缩机用作其压缩机,置于螺桨式风扇的下方,电瓶置于户外部件主体的顶板上,将蓄热器和致冷循环回路分别设置在由热交换器,空气导向器,外箱板和前板所围绕的空间内。螺桨式风扇的抽吸面是作为迎风前表面制作的,抽风运作的侧面变成了螺桨式风扇的径向,以便使空气平稳流通。再者,在户外部件主体的右,左空间内提供蓄热器和致冷循环回路以使户外部件主体构造紧凑,重量较轻。

在对本发明进行说明以前,应指出:在所有附图中,由相同标号表示相同的部件。
现参考诸附图,图3示出一个用于空调机的户外部件主体采用了以反向U字形的U形热交换器2被固定在主装置1的背面侧面自由地面向抽吸平面的三面方向上。标号6为一卧式压缩机,由高质量隔音效果的材料制成的防尘板5形成的机腔7,用以容纳一压缩机。标号14是用于具有一空气导向器的压缩空气回路的挡板。该挡板的功能在于隔离致冷循环腔8和压缩机空气回路腔,并适用于支承置于户外部件主件的顶板上的电池槽箱。
标号10表示压缩空气回路内的风流量,抽吸面由风扇3的轴向前表面及其右和左侧面构成,以使其能抽吸来自风扇径向的风,因而大大减小了风流动的紊乱性。当上述挡板5为尽可能与图4所示相同的R形时,致使接近挡板5处的风的紊流被带走。
由于如图5所示在户外部件1的中央设置了卧式压缩机6,故压缩机6的振动难以同户外部件主体发生共振。重量平衡也得到改善,故更利于携带。
如图3所示,致冷循环管12和蓄热器11被置于户外部件主体的右边和左边,使得户外部件主体结构紧凑,而且外观上也变得左右对称,从而改善了形状。
由以上说明清楚可见,根据本发明的布局,螺桨式风扇的抽吸面是由风扇一侧的迎风正面和该风扇另一侧的侧面构成,以致获得来自螺桨式风扇的轴向和径向的气流,从而使气流紊流得以大大减小和变得较平稳。由于将压缩机制成卧式,可使螺桨式风扇的排气阻力较小,从而可获得较好的集风量特性和噪音方面的性能。由于将压缩机设置在户外部件主体的中央,故易于达到重量平衡并可减小主体本身的振动。此外,可将致冷循环,蓄热器配置在户外部件主体的左、右两侧,从而使户外部件结构紧凑。而且可使该两个左、右物体为改善户外部件的外观而造型。

Claims (4)

1、一种空调机的户外部件,该部件包括与抽吸面相对的U型热交换器,用以产生气流并贯穿该热交换器的螺桨式风扇,周边配置有空气导向器的螺桨式风扇置于户外部件主体内部,该户外部件具有三个相邻抽吸面的表面,这些抽吸面做成一个在该风扇一边的迎风正面,另两个抽吸面在螺桨风扇的侧面,一个卧式压缩机置于螺桨式风扇的下面,用于保护卧式压缩机的蓄热器,具有四路阀,检查阀,降压装置的致冷循环回路分别置于螺桨式风扇的横向空间内。
2、如权利要求1所述的户外部件,其特征在于:所述热交换器被加工成倒U形,并固定在户外部件主体背面那侧上,自由地面对所述三个抽吸平面。
3、如权利要求1所述的户外部件,其特征在于:所述螺桨式风扇的抽吸面被作成迎风正面和侧面,以使风的抽吸沿着螺桨式风扇的径向进行,从而平滑气流。
4、如权利要求1所述的户外部件,其特征在于:所述蓄热器和致冷循环回路被容纳在户外部件主体的左,右空间内,以使户外部件主体结构紧凑,重量较轻。
