Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
The mobile terminal 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention may be any device having communication and storage functions, for example: the system comprises intelligent equipment with a network function, such as a tablet computer, a mobile phone, an electronic reader, a remote controller, a Personal Computer (PC), a notebook computer, vehicle-mounted equipment, a network television, wearable equipment and the like.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a mobile terminal 100, wherein the mobile terminal 100 includes a housing 1, a battery 2, a battery connector 3 and a circuit board 4. The casing 1 comprises a front shell 12, a rear shell 11 and reinforcing members 112 and 113, the rear shell 11 and the front shell 12 in the casing 1 are assembled to form an integral shell of the mobile terminal 100 for accommodating various components of the mobile terminal 100, including the casing 1, the battery 2, the battery connector 3 and the circuit board 4. Wherein, battery 2 and battery connector 3 are close to backshell 11, and when backshell 11 and preceding shell 12 assembled together, battery connector 3 can produce the effort to backshell 11, through set up reinforcement 112, 113 between battery connector 3 and backshell 11 this moment, has strengthened the intensity of backshell 11 corresponding battery connector 3's position for need receive the effort that battery connector 3 brought on the follow-up backshell 11, this position non-deformable of backshell 11. Of course, in other embodiments, a reinforcing plate may be disposed on the battery 2 beside the battery connector 3.
In the present embodiment, the rear case 11 serves to cover the battery 2 of the mobile terminal 100. The rear shell 11 is made of plastic. It can be understood that the position where the rear case 11 faces the battery connector 3 is defined as a region 11 to be reinforced, and the region 11 to be reinforced is easily deformed due to a component abutting on the region 11 to be reinforced generating a large pressing force thereon after the rear case 11 and the front case 12 are assembled together. Of course, in other embodiments, the rear shell 11 may also be made of a plastic or metal material mixture.
As can be understood, referring to fig. 3, the inner surface of the rear shell 11, i.e. the region 11 to be reinforced of the rear shell 11, is provided with a groove 111a, and the groove 111a is used for accommodating the reinforcing members 112, 113. The assembly of the battery 2, the battery connector 3 and the circuit board 4 in the mobile terminal 100 is fixed by the cooperation of the front case 12 and the rear case 11, without adopting a screw fixing mode, avoids the potential safety hazard caused by that small parts such as screws fall near the battery connector 3, and since the battery connector 3 and the circuit board 4 are abutted against the reinforcing members 112, 113, and the front case 12 and the rear case 11 are fastened, other parts 5 of the mobile terminal 100 (the other parts 5 are all parts of the mobile terminal 100 except the battery 2, the battery connector 3 and the circuit board 4) occupy most of the space, and the battery connector 3 and the circuit board 4, due to the presence of the other parts 5, can be fixed well within the mobile terminal 100, and the pressing of the battery connector 3 and the circuit board 4 against the rear case 11 does not cause the deformation of the rear case 11 due to the presence of the reinforcing members 112, 113. Of course, in other embodiments, the region 11 to be reinforced of the rear shell 11 may not be provided with the groove 111 a.
In the present embodiment, the reinforcing members 112 and 113 have a strength such that when they abut against the region to be reinforced 11 of the rear case 11, the strength of the region to be reinforced 11 can be enhanced. The material of the reinforcing members 112, 113 is preferably metal, and has a better strength.
For further improvement, referring to fig. 4 or fig. 5, two opposite side surfaces of the groove 111a are respectively provided with an insertion hole, positions of the reinforcing members 112, 113 facing the two side surfaces are respectively provided with a protrusion 112a, 1131a in a protruding manner, and each protrusion 112a, 1131a is embedded in one insertion hole.
The reinforcing members 112 and 113 are connected to the rear shell 11 in a snap-fit manner, so that the reinforcing members 112 and 113 and the rear shell 11 are integrated, and the strength of the rear shell 11 is further enhanced.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the reinforcing member 112 is a rectangular thin plate, the reinforcing member 112 is accommodated in the groove 111a, and the reinforcing member 112 is flush with a plane of the opening of the groove 111a or extends out of the groove 111 a. When the rear case 11 is assembled with the front case 12, the reinforcement member 112 is interposed between the rear case 11 and the battery connector 3, providing strength to the region 11 to be reinforced of the rear case 11. Because the reinforcing member 112 is a thin plate, two protrusions 112a are directly protruded on the side edge of the reinforcing member 112, the two protrusions 112a of the reinforcing member 112 are matched with the two insertion holes of the groove 111a, and the whole reinforcing member 112 is located in the groove 111a and integrated with the rear shell 11, thereby further enhancing the strength of the rear shell 11. Of course, in other embodiments, the size of the reinforcing member 112 may be slightly smaller than the size of the groove 111a, so that the reinforcing member 112 is accommodated in the groove 111 a; or the reinforcing member 112 is directly adhered to the bottom of the groove 111 a.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the reinforcement 113 has two abutting portions 1131 and a connecting portion 1132, the connecting portion 1132 is connected between the two abutting portions 1131, a space is provided between the two abutting portions 1131 for the two abutting portions 1131 to approach or separate from each other, one abutting portion 1131 abuts against the rear case 11, and the other abutting portion 1131 is used for abutting against a component of the mobile terminal 100. Specifically, the reinforcing member 113 is bent from a metal steel plate into a U shape, and the distance between the two abutting portions 1131 of the reinforcing member 113 enables the reinforcing member 113 to have not only strength but also elasticity, so that the thickness of the reinforcing member 113 (i.e., the dimension in the direction parallel to the connecting portion 1132) can be conveniently adjusted to better fix the battery connector 3 in the mobile terminal 100. After the front housing 12 and the rear housing 11 are fastened, if there is a space between the battery connector 3 and the rear housing 11, the space between the two abutting portions 1131 is slightly enlarged, so that the battery connector 3 can be tightly abutted against the adjacent abutting portions 1131, and thus the battery connector 3 can be better fixed in the mobile terminal 100; if the gap between the cell connector 3 and the rear case 11 is larger than the thickness of the reinforcement 113, the two abutment portions 1131 of the reinforcement 113 approach each other after being pressed, and are reduced in thickness.
Two protrusions 1131a are directly protruded from two opposite sides of the abutting portion 1131 abutting against the rear case 11, and the two protrusions 1131a of the abutting portion 1131 are matched with the two insertion holes of the groove 111a, so that one abutting portion 1131 of the reinforcing member 113 is located in the groove 111a and forms a whole with the rear case 11, thereby improving the overall strength of the rear case 11, and the other abutting portion 1131 of the reinforcing member 113 extends out to abut against the battery connector 3.
For further improvement, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the housing 1 further includes an elastic buffer member 114, and the elastic buffer member 114 is disposed between the reinforcing member 112 and the rear shell 11.
By placing the elastic buffer member 114 between the reinforcing members 112 and 113 and the rear case 11, when the mobile terminal 100 is impacted by a large force from an external force, the elastic buffer member 114 can relieve the impact force applied to the case 1 to prevent the battery connector 3 built therein from being displaced.
In this embodiment, a plurality of fixing posts 111b are disposed at positions of the rear housing 11 corresponding to the reinforcing members 112 and 113, and a plurality of springs are respectively sleeved on the plurality of fixing posts 111 b. Specifically, in order to facilitate the fixation of the spring, the bottom of the groove 111a is uniformly protruded with a plurality of fixing posts 111b, and the height of the spring is greater than that of the fixing posts 111b when the spring is in a compressed state and the deformation amount is maximum, so that when the spring is sleeved on the fixing posts 111b, the spring will abut against the reinforcing members 112 and 113 regardless of the state. It can be understood that, referring to fig. 6, when the reinforcing member 112 is a thin plate, one end of the spring close to the reinforcing member 112 directly abuts against the reinforcing member 112; referring to fig. 7, when the reinforcement 113 has two abutting portions 1131, the spring abuts against the adjacent abutting portions 1131. When the mobile terminal 100 is impacted by external force, the impact force transferred from the housing can be absorbed by the elastic buffer member 114, thereby preventing the battery connector 3 from being displaced. Moreover, the elasticity of the elastic buffer 114 can automatically adapt to the gap between the reinforcement 113 and the battery connector 3, so that the battery connector 3 can be better fixed in the housing 1 after the front shell 12 and the rear shell 11 are fastened. Of course, in other embodiments, the springs may be fixed to the rear housing 11 in other ways, such as one end of each spring being integrally connected to the rear housing 11.
When the mobile terminal 100 starts to be used, the reinforcing members 112 and 113 need to be buckled and connected to the groove 111a of the rear case 11, the battery connector 3 and the circuit board 4 are sequentially abutted against the reinforcing members 112 and 113, and the battery 2 is arranged beside the battery connector 3 and electrically connected with the battery connector 3; finally, the front shell 12 is buckled relative to the rear shell 11.
According to the housing 1 and the mobile terminal 100 provided by the invention, the reinforcing pieces 112 and 113 are arranged at the position of the rear shell 11 corresponding to the battery connector 3, so that the strength of the position of the rear shell 11 corresponding to the battery connector 3 is enhanced, and the position of the rear shell 11 is not easy to deform when acting force brought by the battery connector 3 needs to be applied to the rear shell 11.
The assembly of the battery connector 3 and the circuit board 4 in the mobile terminal 100 is fixed by the cooperation of the front case 12 and the rear case 11 without using a screw fixing method, thereby preventing fine parts such as screws from falling near the battery connector 3 to cause potential safety hazards, and since the battery connector 3 and the circuit board 4 are abutted on the reinforcing members 112, 113, after the front case 12 and the rear case 11 are fastened, the battery connector 3 and the circuit board 4 press the rear case 11 without causing deformation of the rear case 11.
The foregoing is a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that it would be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and enhancements can be made without departing from the principles of the invention, and such modifications and enhancements are also considered to be within the scope of the invention.
