本发明公开了一种被动式照明多功能中空玻璃,包括:玻璃本体,所述玻璃本体中部设置有密封空腔,所述玻璃本体两侧均设置有若干三角腔体,所述密封空腔内部两侧对称设置有太阳能电池板,若干所述三角腔体内均设置有用于照明的灯芯;所述灯芯是由太阳能电池板进行供电作用,所述灯芯与所述太阳能电池板为电连接;所述密封空腔外部两侧对称设置有预埋腔,所述预埋腔位于三角腔体与密封空腔之间。本发明提供一种结构简单、轻便的被动式照明多功能中空玻璃,该中空玻璃配合太阳能实现了被动式照明作用,并提高了建筑物被动式利用太阳能的效率,达到了综合利用太阳能及节能的效果,满足实际使用要求。

一种被动式照明多功能中空玻璃
技术领域
本发明涉及一种被动式照明多功能中空玻璃,属于中空玻璃技术领域。
背景技术
中空玻璃由美国人于1865年发明,是一种良好的隔热、隔音、美观适用、并可降低建筑物自重的新型建筑材料,它是用两片玻璃,使用高强度高气密性复合粘结剂,将玻璃片与内含干燥剂的铝合金框架粘结,制成的高效能隔音隔热玻璃。中空玻璃多种性能优越于普通双层玻璃,因此得到了世界各国的认可,中空玻璃是将两片或多片玻璃以有效支撑均匀隔开并周边粘结密封,使玻璃层间形成有干燥气体空间的玻璃制品。其主要材料是玻璃、暖边间隔条、弯角栓、丁基橡胶、聚硫胶、干燥剂。中空玻璃是由两层或多层平板玻璃构成,四周用高强高气密性复合粘结剂,将两片或多片玻璃与密封条、玻璃条粘接、密封;中间充入干燥气体,框内充以干燥剂,以保证玻璃片间空气的干燥度;可以根据要求选用各种不同性能的玻璃原片,如无色透明浮法玻璃压花玻璃、吸热玻璃、热反射玻璃、夹丝玻璃、钢化玻璃等与边框(铝框架或玻璃条等),经胶结、焊接或熔接而制成。高性能中空玻璃与一般普通中空玻璃不同,除在两层玻璃中间封入干燥空气之外,还要在外侧玻璃中间空气层侧,涂上一层热性能好的特殊金属膜,它可以截止由太阳射到室内的相当的能量,起到更大的隔热效果。
建筑物利用太阳能达到被动式采暖、被动式采光、阻隔室内热量向外传递达到保温目的,是建筑门窗本应兼备的功能。但是,目前还没有哪种玻璃能够与太阳能配合实现被动式照明作用,这也是值得研究的一个主题。
发明内容
本发明正是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种结构简单、轻便的被动式照明多功能中空玻璃,该中空玻璃配合太阳能实现了被动式照明作用,并提高了建筑物被动式利用太阳能的效率,达到了综合利用太阳能及节能的效果,满足实际使用要求。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种被动式照明多功能中空玻璃,包括:玻璃本体,所述玻璃本体中部设置有密封空腔,所述玻璃本体两侧均设置有若干三角腔体,所述密封空腔内部两侧对称设置有太阳能电池板,若干所述三角腔体内均设置有用于照明的灯芯;
所述灯芯是由太阳能电池板进行供电作用,所述灯芯与所述太阳能电池板为电连接;
所述密封空腔外部两侧对称设置有预埋腔,所述预埋腔位于三角腔体与密封空腔之间。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述密封空腔内等间距设置有若干间隔条,所述密封空腔内通过若干间隔条增设有多片透光基片;所述密封空腔内还填充有惰性气体,所述惰性气体包括氦气、氖气、氩气、氪气或氡气。
作为上述技术方案的改进,位于所述密封空腔上下端均设置有十字腔体,环绕所述十字腔体四周还设置有配合使用的空气置换膜,且所述十字腔体两端均设置有加强部。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述密封空腔内还设置有内外两卷帘,所述两卷帘上分别喷有防紫外涂层和吸热涂层,所述密封空腔外侧壁设置有配合两卷帘使用的调节机构。
其中,本发明所述间隔条为塑料或铝合金制成的空心条,且在所述间隔条内填充有硅胶吸湿剂;所述透光基片为PC透光基片,PC透光基片的厚度为在0.2-2.4mm之间的聚碳酸酯明片。
本发明所述玻璃本体是厚度最佳为4-12mm的平板钢化玻璃、夹胶钢化玻璃或低辐射镀膜钢化玻璃;所述密封空腔的厚度最佳为4-12mm。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的实施效果如下:
本发明提供了一种结构简单、轻便的被动式照明多功能中空玻璃,该中空玻璃配合太阳能实现了被动式照明作用,并提高了建筑物被动式利用太阳能的效率,达到了综合利用太阳能及节能的效果,满足实际使用要求。

具体实施方式
下面将结合具体的实施例来说明本发明的内容。
如图1和图2所示,为本发明所述的被动式照明多功能中空玻璃结构示意图,包括:玻璃本体100,所述玻璃本体100中部设有密封空腔10,玻璃本体100两侧均设有若干三角腔体20,密封空腔10内部两侧对称设有太阳能电池板60,若干三角腔体20内均设有用于照明的灯芯70;所述灯芯70是由太阳能电池板60进行供电作用,且灯芯70与太阳能电池板60为电连接;所述密封空腔10外部两侧对称设有预埋腔30,预埋腔30位于三角腔体20与密封空腔10之间。本发明的核心在于设置的太阳能电池板60能够吸收光能并转化成电能供灯芯70使用,从而在灯芯70配合的作用下使得中空玻璃本体具有被动式照明作用;此外,密封空腔10还具有一定的保温隔热作用,实现了多功能使用的效果。
进一步改进地,所述密封空腔10内等间距设有若干间隔条11,密封空腔10内通过若干间隔条11增设有多片透光基片12;所述密封空腔10内还填充有惰性气体,其中,惰性气体包括氦气、氖气、氩气、氪气或氡气。提高中空玻璃本体对光能的吸收效率、及提高玻璃本体100的多功能性。
进一步改进地,位于密封空腔10上下端均设有十字腔体40,环绕十字腔体40四周还设有配合使用的空气置换膜50,且十字腔体40两端均设置有加强部51。使得玻璃本体100对空气有一定的净化效果
具体地,所述密封空腔10内还设有内外两卷帘13,两卷帘13上分别喷有防紫外涂层和吸热涂层,密封空腔10外侧壁设有配合两卷帘13使用的调节机构14。
本发明提供了一种结构简单、轻便的被动式照明多功能中空玻璃,该中空玻璃配合太阳能实现了被动式照明作用,并提高了建筑物被动式利用太阳能的效率,达到了综合利用太阳能及节能的效果,满足实际使用要求。
附注1:其中,本发明所述间隔条为塑料或铝合金制成的空心条,且在所述间隔条内填充有硅胶吸湿剂;所述透光基片为PC透光基片,PC透光基片的厚度为在0.2-2.4mm之间的聚碳酸酯明片。
附注2:本发明所述玻璃本体是厚度最佳为4-12mm的平板钢化玻璃、夹胶钢化玻璃或低辐射镀膜钢化玻璃;所述密封空腔的厚度最佳为4-12mm。

1.一种被动式照明多功能中空玻璃,包括:玻璃本体(100),其特征在于:所述玻璃本体(100)中部设置有密封空腔(10),所述玻璃本体(100)两侧均设置有若干三角腔体(20),所述密封空腔(10)内部两侧对称设置有太阳能电池板(60),若干所述三角腔体(20)内均设置有用于照明的灯芯(70);
所述灯芯(70)是由太阳能电池板(60)进行供电作用,所述灯芯(70)与所述太阳能电池板(60)为电连接;
所述密封空腔(10)外部两侧对称设置有预埋腔(30),所述预埋腔(30)位于三角腔体(20)与密封空腔(10)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种被动式照明多功能中空玻璃,其特征在于:所述密封空腔(10)内等间距设置有若干间隔条(11),所述密封空腔(10)内通过若干间隔条(11)增设有多片透光基片(12);所述密封空腔(10)内还填充有惰性气体,所述惰性气体包括氦气、氖气、氩气、氪气或氡气。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种被动式照明多功能中空玻璃,其特征在于:位于所述密封空腔(10)上下端均设置有十字腔体(40),环绕所述十字腔体(40)四周还设置有配合使用的空气置换膜(50),且所述十字腔体(40)两端均设置有加强部(51)。
