As shown in fig. 4, the sliding sleeve has an outer cylinder 81 and an inner cylinder 82, and the positioning slide 50 is located in the inner cylinder 82. Both the inner and outer barrels have longitudinal openings that can pass through the projections 51 on the positioning slide 50. The outer cylinder 81 is internally provided with a circle of circumferential grooves, the inner cylinder 82 is provided with lugs 83 arranged in the grooves, and a lubricant is filled between the grooves of the outer cylinder 81 and the lugs 83 of the inner cylinder 82, so that the inner cylinder 82 can rotate relative to the outer cylinder 81, an opening at one side of the outer cylinder 81 is provided with an inward turning end 86, a spring 84 is connected between the turning end 86 and the opening end of the inner cylinder 82 in the turning end, and the transmission chain 25 passes through the lifting plate 40 and then is connected with the opening end of the inner cylinder 82 through a hole 85 on the turning end 86.
When the lifting mechanism 20 pulls the lifting plate 40 to ascend through the transmission chain, the transmission chain 25 is tensioned, so that the transmission chain 25 pulls the inner cylinder 82 to approach to the rotating end 86 of the outer cylinder, the spring 84 between the inner cylinder 82 and the outer cylinder 81 is tightened, and the longitudinal openings of the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are in the same direction at the moment, so that the sliding sleeves at the two ends of the lifting plate 40 can smoothly move upwards through the protrusions 51 on the positioning slide rods 50; when the lifting plate 40 starts to descend, the lifting plate 40 can descend through the projection 51 on the positioning slide rod 50 because the transmission chain is still in a tensioned state; when the lifting plate 40 descends to the baffle plate 52 of the positioning slide bar 50, the lifting plate 40 stops descending, and the transmission chain 25 continues descending, so that the inner cylinder 82 connected with the transmission chain 25 rotates relative to the outer cylinder 81 under the action of the spring 84, and the longitudinal openings of the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder face different directions, so that the sliding sleeve is clamped between the projection 51 at the lowest end of the positioning slide bar 50 and the baffle plate 52, the lifting plate 40 cannot move up and down in the process of forming the constructional column, and the forming quality of the constructional column is ensured.
As shown in fig. 5, the lifting mechanism 30 includes a lifting motor 31, a second speed reducer 32, a power output shaft 33, a crank 34, and a connecting rod 35, the lifting motor 31 is connected to the second speed reducer 32, the second speed reducer 32 includes the power output shaft 33, the cranks 34 are respectively fixed to both end portions of the power output shaft 33, the other end of the crank 34 is hinged to the connecting rod 35 by a screw, and the connecting rod 35 is hinged to the bottom of the lifting plate 60 by a mounting plate 36. Sliding sleeves are fixed at two ends of the lifting plate 60, are sleeved on the positioning slide rod 50 through the sliding sleeves, and can move up and down along the positioning slide rod 50. The lifting mechanism 30 drives the lifting plate 60 of the building constructional column forming equipment to perform linear reciprocating motion along the positioning slide bar 50 through the crank 34 and the connecting rod 35, so as to realize the constructional column forming and the constructional column demoulding process at the later forming stage.
The control unit 70 may be a control box or cabinet, arranged at the periphery of the construction column production apparatus.
