Example 1
Fig. 1 is a block diagram of a business processing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the present invention is applicable to a case of ensuring security of information input, the system may be implemented by a Virtual operation device and a cash transaction device, such as an ATM machine, provided by the embodiment of the present invention, and the Virtual operation device may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and may be integrated in a VR (Virtual Reality) helmet.
As shown in fig. 1, the service processing system comprises an ATM 10 and a virtual operation device 20;
a communication transmission module 201, configured to perform communication connection with the ATM;
the interface display module 202 is connected with the communication transmission module 201 and is used for displaying a virtual operation interface;
the operation instruction acquisition module 203 is connected with the communication transmission module 201 and the interface display module 202, and is used for acquiring an operation instruction of a user; the communication transmission module 201 sends the acquired operation instruction of the user to the ATM 10.
The communication connection between the ATM 10 and the virtual operation device 20 may be wired or wireless. If wireless connection is adopted, the modes of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification ) and binding product identification codes can be adopted, and communication modules can be respectively installed on the ATM 10 and the virtual operation device 20, so that the distance of a user can be not limited within a certain range, and the ATM can be distinguished from other cash transaction equipment at the adjacent side, and the situation of information error caused by mixed connection is avoided.
The virtual operation device 20 may be a virtual helmet or virtual glasses, and the virtual operation device 20 includes a communication transmission module 201, an interface display module 202, and an operation instruction acquisition module 203. Wherein the communication transmission module 201 may be formed of components or circuits having a wired or wireless communication function. The interface display module 202 may be a display screen with display function, which is presented with stereoscopic images in front of the wearer's eyes via the processor of the virtual operating device 20. The operation instruction obtaining module 203 may obtain a gesture instruction of a user, and correspond the gesture instruction to the content displayed by the interface display module 202, so as to obtain an instruction that the user wants to input, where the instruction includes inputting "confirm", "cancel", "delete" and any character of 0-9.
In an actual usage scenario, whether the user wears the virtual operation device 20 can be identified, and the identification result is sent to the ATM 10, so that in the operation process of the user on the ATM 10, it can be determined that the user selects to directly input information to the ATM 10 according to the user's requirement, or the user wears the virtual operation device 20 to input information. Therefore, the safety in the data information input process can be improved, the data information input method is more convenient and faster, the user needs to input the data information according to the user needs, and the use experience of the user is improved.
The virtual operation interface displayed by the interface display module 202 may be an operation interface that performs data interaction with the ATM 10 through the communication transmission module 201, and is sent to the interface display module 202 by the ATM 10. After the virtual operation device 20 and the ATM 10 are connected, the operation flows of the two may be completely synchronized during the use process of the user, which is equivalent to constructing a small-sized system in the virtual operation device 20, the flow of the system completely corresponds to the operation flow of the ATM 10, and in the operation process, a checking mechanism for determining whether the timed or non-timed flow is synchronized is set, so as to avoid the occurrence of faults caused by the non-synchronization of the operation flows of the two.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the virtual operation device is in communication connection with the ATM so as to acquire the virtual operation interface displayed to the user from the virtual device end and the operation instruction of the user, and then the operation instruction of the user is sent to the ATM, so that the problem that the user cannot be completely protected from inputting an account number or a password on cash transaction equipment such as the ATM in the prior art is solved, and the effect of improving the safety of information input by the user is realized.
On the basis of the above technical solution, preferably, the operation instruction obtaining module 203 includes: a plaintext acquisition unit and a ciphertext acquisition unit; the plaintext obtaining unit is used for obtaining plaintext information in the service processing process; the ciphertext obtaining unit is used for obtaining ciphertext information in the service processing process. The plaintext obtaining unit can obtain plaintext information such as a user account number, a withdrawal amount and the like, and the ciphertext obtaining unit can be used for obtaining information such as a withdrawal password, a transfer password and a dynamic password. The advantage of this arrangement is that it allows for a distinction between plain text information and ciphertext information depending on whether the content to be entered is plain text information, e.g. plain text information may be entered on the virtual operating device 20 quickly, e.g. with increased recognition speed, or may be entered directly on the ATM 10. When ciphertext information is input, characters or voice prompts can be sent to a user, the user is prompted to select a safer input mode for input, so that different input modes can be adopted for different input information, the safety of the input information is improved, meanwhile, the situation that the input process is too complex due to the fact that a fixed input mode is adopted is avoided, the user time is wasted, and the user experience is reduced.
On the basis of the above technical solution, preferably, the virtual operation device 20 further includes: an identity module, connected to the communication transmission module 201, where the identity module includes: at least one of a fingerprint recognition unit, an iris recognition unit and a voiceprint recognition unit; the fingerprint identification unit is used for acquiring fingerprint information of a user and acquiring user identity information according to the fingerprint information; the iris recognition unit is used for acquiring iris information of a user and acquiring user identity information according to the iris information; the voiceprint recognition unit is used for acquiring voiceprint information of a user and acquiring user identity information according to the voiceprint information.
The identity recognition module adopts a mode of acquiring the biological characteristics of the user, so that the safety can be improved, the priority recording can be carried out, and the identity recognition module can be stored in a corresponding server. Specifically, at least one of a fingerprint recognition unit, an iris recognition unit and a voiceprint recognition unit can be adopted for identity recognition. The fingerprint information of the user is acquired by using the fingerprint identification unit, the fingerprint information of the user can be acquired by the fingerprint information acquisition component, and then the fingerprint information is sent to the ATM 10 by the communication transmission module 201, and the fingerprint information stored in the database is compared to determine the identity of the user, so as to complete the identity identification. Accordingly, the iris information and the voiceprint information can also be similarly used. The technical scheme provides the user identity recognition module which can be used for inquiring user information and performing other financial transaction operations when a card is removed, an account corresponding to the identity information can be read after the identity information of the user is determined through identity recognition, and after the account is entered, a password is required to be input for inquiring information and performing other operations, so that the user can safely and conveniently set, and the corresponding operation can be performed when the user does not need to use a bank card.
On the basis of the above technical solution, preferably, the virtual operation device 20 further includes: and the prompt tone broadcasting module is used for broadcasting prompt tone information and reminding a user of carrying out corresponding operation. Specifically, the virtual operation device can be used for prompting the user to input information, take notes, put notes, press a confirmation key, take cards and other prompt tone information which can prompt the user of the use method. The virtual operation device has the advantages that the virtual operation device can be used for prompting a user how to use the virtual operation device, and other users can be prompted to perform operations, so that people of different ages and different cultural levels can use the system, and the application range of the business processing system is improved.
On the basis of the above technical solution, preferably, the operation instruction acquisition module includes: an action instruction acquisition unit and/or a line-of-sight instruction acquisition unit; the action instruction obtaining unit is used for corresponding the obtained user action instruction to a virtual operation interface displayed by the interface display module so as to obtain the action instruction of the user; the sight line instruction acquisition unit is used for corresponding the acquired sight line instruction of the user to the virtual operation interface displayed by the interface display module so as to acquire the sight line instruction of the user.
The action instruction obtaining unit may obtain the hand action operation of the user, and fit the hand action operation to the virtual operation interface, which is not described herein. The line-of-sight instruction acquisition unit obtains the operation instruction in the operation instruction acquisition module 203 by determining the position to which the user's gaze corresponds. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a virtual operation interface according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2, a certain distance is provided between the numbers, so that the accuracy of the position corresponding to the gaze of the user determined by the gaze instruction acquisition unit can be ensured to be higher. Wherein, if the user is currently inputting the password "123456", the user can aim the user at the position of "1" for a preset time, for example, 2 seconds, and then determine that the first bit of the password input is "1". And continuously performing other bit input operations, after the password input is completed, checking the correctness of the password input, and if the password input is correct, aligning the preset time of the 'determination' key to complete the whole password input process. If incorrect, the line of sight may be directed to the "delete" key and if a cancel operation is desired, the line of sight may be directed to the "cancel" key to cancel the password entry operation.
The standard eye input technology requires a user to watch a key in a certain time, and the eye input system immediately processes the eye information of the user and determines a target letter. This process may be lengthy or may cause the user to feel tired. Microsoft thus describes in the disclosed example an input state in non-stationary conditions, making the input process more natural to the reality. For example, during the period from when the eye input system is activated until the user indicates that eye input has been completed, the system will collect a large number of eye samples during the process and then process them together, once to process all eye input content containing multiple letters. In contrast, this process requires only a short period of time for the user to look at each letter. The system then processes the gaze samples using key pattern recognition and fuzzy matching algorithms to determine one or more possible inputs to which the user's eyes are looking.
The technical scheme provides equipment and a method capable of inputting operation instructions by action and sight on the basis of the technical schemes, and the technical scheme utilizes the most advanced Eye-type technology and applies the technology to the process of inputting the instructions by wearing a virtual operation device by a user, thereby facilitating the operation of the user, improving the safety of the plaintext or ciphertext inputting process and improving the accuracy of inputting characters by the user.
On the basis of the above technical solution, preferably, the virtual operation device 20 further includes: a state switching module for detecting switching of the use state of the virtual operation device 20; wherein the use state comprises a wearing use state and a resting standby state; when the state switching module detects that the virtual operation device 20 is converted from the wearing use state to the resting standby state, stopping service; when the virtual operation device 20 is detected to be worn in the preset time and the identity authentication is consistent with the user identity information before the service suspension, the service before the suspension is replied; and when the wearing of the virtual operation device 20 is not detected within the preset time, terminating the service.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, the present invention provides a state switching module and a service processing method in a state switching process, when detecting that a user wears the virtual operation device 20, if the preset time is within the preset time, wherein the preset time may be 3 minutes, and the virtual operation device 20 is not worn again, all services operated by the user before are terminated, so as to ensure the safety of user information. If the user wears and operates the virtual operation device 20 again within the preset time and the identity authentication is passed, the process of the service before the suspension can be continued. The scheme not only can ensure the safety of the user for taking down the device operation in the process of using the virtual operation device, but also can recover the original business operation progress after the user wears again and passes the identity authentication, thereby improving the efficiency of user business processing.
