技术领域
本发明涉及电气设备领域,尤其涉及一种耐磨抗压电缆。
背景技术
电气设备包括一次设备和二次设备,电缆属于电气设备中的二次设备。随着我国经济的不断发展,电缆的应用范围越来越广,其性能要求也越来越高。传统的电缆抗压性能弱,抗电磁波性能差,严重影响电缆的推广与使用。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种耐磨抗压电缆,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明提出的一种耐磨抗压电缆,包括:缆芯、铝塑复合带和外护套;缆芯包括三根线芯、三根弹性抗压芯和捆绑芯,三根线芯平行纵置,并相互抵靠,在任意截面上,三根线芯的中心连线呈正三角形,三根线芯包括位于中部的导体、依次包覆在导体外部的半导电导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、铜带屏蔽层、弹性缓冲层和绕包层,弹性抗压芯位于相邻两根线芯之间,其具有与线芯相抵的内弧面,且弹性抗压芯相互配合使得所述缆芯具有圆形截面,捆绑芯位于弹性抗压芯内,其由多根钢丝绞合而成,铝塑复合带绕包在所述缆芯外周,外护套挤包在铝塑复合带外周,外护套采用聚乙烯挤包而成。
本发明提出的一种耐磨抗压电缆,线芯之间的弹性抗压芯使缆芯规整,并充分利用了缆芯的内部空间,使线芯受力不易发生移动,有效避免了三根线芯之间的摩擦,降低了线芯磨损断线情况的发生;弹性抗压芯也可通过自身的弹性形变减弱来自于电缆外的应力,提升了电缆的抗压性能,其内设置的捆绑芯使线芯不易因撕扯而遭到破坏,增强了电缆的抗拉性能;弹性缓冲层也可通过弹性形变减弱进入导体内的应力,进一步提升了电缆的抗压性能;采用半导电导体屏蔽层、铜带屏蔽层以及铝塑复合层的结构,提升了电缆机械强度,并使缆芯内的磁场分布均匀,线芯之间不会相互干扰,其有效消除了谐波,实现了屏蔽性能的互补,增强了电缆整体的抗干扰能力。本发明提出的耐磨抗压电缆,结构紧凑,耐磨耐压抗拉,具备良好的电磁波屏蔽性能,

参照图1,本发明提出的一种耐磨抗压电缆,包括:缆芯、铝塑复合带4和外护套5;缆芯包括三根线芯1、三根弹性抗压芯2和捆绑芯3,三根线芯1平行纵置,并相互抵靠,在任意截面上,三根线芯1的中心连线呈正三角形,三根线芯1包括位于中部的导体11、依次包覆在导体11外部的半导电导体屏蔽层12、绝缘层13、铜带屏蔽层14、弹性缓冲层15和绕包层16,具体地,导体11采用多根铜丝绞合而成,弹性抗压芯2位于相邻两根线芯1之间,其具有与线芯1相抵的内弧面,且弹性抗压芯2相互配合使得所述缆芯1具有圆形截面,捆绑芯3位于弹性抗压芯1内,其由多根钢丝绞合而成,铝塑复合带4绕包在所述缆芯外周,外护套5挤包在铝塑复合带4外周,外护套5采用聚乙烯挤包而成,环保无毒,具备高耐磨以及阻燃性能。
本方案中,线芯1之间的弹性抗压芯2使缆芯规整,并充分利用了缆芯的内部空间,使线芯1受力不易发生移动,有效避免了三根线芯1之间的摩擦,降低了线芯磨损断线情况的发生;弹性抗压芯2也可通过自身的弹性形变减弱来自于电缆内外的应力,提升了电缆的抗压性能,其内设置的捆绑芯3使线芯1不易因撕扯而遭到破坏,增强了电缆的抗拉性能;弹性缓冲层1也可通过弹性形变减弱进入导体11内应力,进一步提升了电缆的抗压性能;采用半导电导体屏蔽层12、铜带屏蔽层14以及铝塑复合层4的结构,提升了电缆机械强度,并使缆芯内的磁场分布均匀,线芯1之间不会相互干扰,其有效消除了谐波,实现了屏蔽性能的互补,增强了电缆整体的抗干扰能力。
上述方案中,捆绑芯3设置有三根,三根捆绑芯3中心连线呈正三角形,在收到拉扯作用时,电缆的受力更加均匀。
本发明提出的耐磨抗压电缆,结构紧凑,耐压抗拉,具备良好的电磁波屏蔽性能,
