fig. 2 is a schematic block diagram of an event reminder according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, is a schematic flowchart of an event reminding method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and mainly includes: a rule judgment step 100, a state judgment step 400, and a prompt step 500; in other embodiments, it further optionally comprises: window determination step 200 and/or position determination step 300.
The method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to the aspects of intelligent health detection equipment, mobile equipment, household equipment, industrial equipment and the like. May be implemented by a detection device (e.g., a sphygmomanometer, a blood glucose meter, a weight scale, etc.) and a wearable device (e.g., a bracelet, a watch, etc.). Wherein the event may be a blood pressure measurement, a weight measurement, exercise, etc., or any other event stored in the form of a text message, etc. These steps are specifically described below.
In the rule determining step 100, it is determined whether a reminder needs to be issued according to a predetermined rule. In one embodiment, the predetermined rule for issuing a reminder may be, for example, a set time interval of occurrence of an event, which is used as a basis for reminding the event. Specifically, a time interval threshold value of two adjacent events may be preset, and when a time interval between a current time and a last event completion time of the user reaches or exceeds a preset time interval threshold value of two adjacent events, the user is considered to be reminded.
In one example, taking a weighing apparatus as an example, in the reminding rule of the weighing reminding, the user can determine the weighing reminding time interval according to personal habits or needs. For example, a person who is losing weight may want to weigh every day and may choose to have the weight scale weigh an alert if there is a concern that the weight will sometimes be forgotten. The weighing scale is configured with a weighing reminding mode, and the weighing reminding mode is selected by user operation, so that weighing reminding can be obtained when needed. If the user clicks a display interface of the weighing scale to enter weighing reminding mode setting, the user operates to select (or input) a weighing reminding time interval, if the time interval is 24 hours, and when the weighing scale judges that the time interval between the current time and the latest weighing reaches or is greater than a weighing reminding time interval threshold value, the user is considered to be reminded, namely, the judgment result is 'yes'.
In a window decision step 200, it is determined whether the current time is within a time window of a predetermined completion event. In one embodiment, for the time of weighing, many users may wish to weigh at some fixed time of day, such as before or after morning waking or dinner, to facilitate comparison of weight changes. At the moment, the user can operate and select or input a measuring time window on the weighing reminding mode setting interface of the weighing scale, and only during the measuring time window, the user can be reminded to measure the weight.
For reminding time intervalThe setting of the interval and time window, the display interface of the weight data displayed by the general weighing scale is on the side facing the user (namely the side far away from the ground), therefore, the key such as 'reminding' can be arranged on the side of the scale facing the ground, the short-time pressing (such as pressing 1 s) enters the reminding setting mode, and the display screen can display 'exceeding' is displayed00Needs to be reminded when the weight is not weighed in hours and needs to be on00Dot00Is divided into00Dot00Remind me between minutes, click "00"a column of numerals scrollable up and down appears at" and at this time, the operation keys "←, →, ↓," select numerals or change settings. After all the numbers are selected, the reminding setting can be finished by pressing a reminding key for a long time (for example, pressing 3 s), and the reminding rule and the window setting are quitted. This design involves fewer software and hardware modifications to the scale. In terms of hardware, user operation in terms of adding keys (or directly using a touch screen and realizing reminding setting on the touch screen) is performed as described above; in software, only the judgment logic of the reminding method, including the rules, the window judgment timing method and the like, needs to be added, and the method is also easy to realize.
In the location determination step 300, it is determined whether the user is present at the site where the apparatus for executing the event is present. In other words, it is determined whether the user is within a spatial range in which the reminder can be reminded, for example, whether the user is near the device. In one embodiment, a weight scale is used as an example to illustrate the process of determining whether a user is in proximity thereto. The scale may determine the distance from the user based on the wearable device worn by the user, thereby indicating whether the user is nearby. Wearable equipment is the equipment that is more popular at present, can track user's activity condition, also can receive and dispatch data information. When the scale searches that the paired wearable device is nearby, the user may be considered to be nearby. In particular, the scale may scan or receive information from the wearable device, such as via bluetooth, and may identify a distance to the wearable device within a certain accuracy range based on the scanned or received wireless signal strength (RSSI). The weaker the signal, the farther away the signal is, and the stronger the signal, the closer the signal is. If the RSSI is greater than a certain value M, it indicates that the scanned wearable device is within n meters from the scale, for example, when the RSSI is > -100dBm, it indicates that the scanned wearable device is within 15 meters, but the specific correspondence between the RSSI value and the distance is related to the transmission power, the reception sensitivity, and the product structure of the bluetooth module, and is adjusted according to different design requirements. The RSSI threshold value of the wearable device in the reminding space range can be set on the weighing scale, and when the RSSI is larger than the threshold value, the user is judged to be in the reminding space range. The common use environment of the weighing scale is a home residence, and the length of a room in the home environment is more than ten meters, so that the method is suitable for distance identification between devices in the home residence.
In a state decision step 400, it is determined whether the user activity state is appropriate for completing the event. In one embodiment, the user activity status may be monitored in real time using the wearable device and the current activity status may be published in a bluetooth broadcast. After the weighing scale and the wearable equipment form a pairing relation, the wearable equipment carries out Bluetooth broadcasting in a common mode, the weighing scale identifies that the broadcasting information comes from the paired wearable equipment, and the content of the wearable equipment broadcasting in the common mode is further obtained. The method for identifying and judging the activity state of the user by the wearable device (such as a sports bracelet) comprises the steps that an accelerometer can be configured in the sports bracelet, calculation is carried out according to acceleration data collected within a certain time, and the activity state of the wearing part of the user can be obtained. In general, the activity state of the wearing part (e.g., wrist) may represent the activity state or the busy degree of the user. The acceleration variation can be used as one of the evaluation bases of the human activity, for example, the variation is accumulated and calculated once every 25 acceleration data (the sampling rate of the sensor is 25Hz, namely 25 data are collected in 1 s), the absolute value of the subtraction difference between two adjacent sampling data in every 1 second is obtained and then summed, namely the accumulated value a of the acceleration difference of 1s, the average value A is obtained every 5min a,
when A is less than or equal to xm/s2Considering that the user state needs to be further determined;
when A > xm/s2Considered a busy state.
Wherein when A is less than or equal to x m/s2When the amount of movement change of the human body is small, that is, the amount of activity is small, the possible state of the user may be a rest state or a leisure state. In general, a person does not have a completely stationary limb during sleep and rest, but has some movement or activity, but the frequency is significantly lower than when awake.
In order to clarify the activity state of the user, the ratio of the occurrence time of the acceleration change is further calculated, if the change judgment is carried out once every 25 acceleration data, if the difference value of the subtraction of two adjacent sampling data in every 1 second is not zero, the change is recorded as a change, namely the acceleration change time ratio B is obtained by dividing the accumulated value of the acceleration change times of 1s by the interval number 24, the average value B is obtained by the value B of every 5min,
when B is less than or equal to y, the state is considered as a rest state;
when B > y, the state is considered as a leisure state.
The above x and y can be obtained by actual statistics, wherein x is preferably 3, and y is preferably 20%.
When the user is in a rest state, a reminder for weighing is not sent out; when the user is in a leisure state, a reminder for weighing can be sent out; when the user is in a busy state, a weighing reminding is not sent out. Further, if the user does not wear a bracelet or does not carry a bracelet on his or her body, a =0 and B =0 occur for longer durations. This state is contained in the rest state and does not alert the user. In addition, if the scale cannot scan the broadcast information of the bracelet and cannot determine the distance or state of the user, the result of this determination step is no.
In each of the above determination steps, if any determination result is "no", the determination result is regarded that the reminding condition is not satisfied, the reminding is not performed, and the repeated determination is returned.
In the reminding step 500, the user is reminded to complete the event if the determination result is yes. In one embodiment, the reminding mode for the weighing scale can be various visual, audible or sensory methods, such as reminding by generating sound (e.g. buzzer, or playing stored music and/or voice), light (flashing light or image), smell, etc.; in yet another embodiment, the weighing scale may be movable, such as by providing casters in the form of casters that are movable to alert the user to the weighing scale movement. The moving mode of the weight scale can be that the weight scale moves towards the user direction and then leaves, so that the user walks over to weigh and closes the reminding, or moves in a room along with the walking of the user until the user weighs and closes the reminding.
And (4) the user stands on the weighing scale, and the weighing scale finishes one-time weighing, so that the weighing reminding is terminated. When the reminding is terminated, weighing data measured by the weighing scale, such as weighing time and a weighing value, are stored in the weighing scale, and the flow of the next weighing reminding is started.
The above process is specifically described below by way of example. According to one example, a user A who is relatively attentive to physical health and weight maintenance may be weighed frequently. User A's personal weighing scale can weigh the warning to the user, and user A is furnished with the bracelet to accomplish with personal weighing scale and mate. User a wishes to measure weight once every other day and he sets that if no weight is being measured for more than 48 hours, a weight scale is required to remind the user of weighing, with the time window that can be reminded being 8:00-10:00 a.m. User A weighed at 7:30 am on 1/3 month, followed by traveling away from home and returning to home at 8:30 am on 3/3 month, first picking up and tidying living goods and beginning to sit down to see newspapers at 9: 00.
For a weight scale, the recorded user a weighed at 7:30 am on 3 months and 1 day. In the judgment process of the weight scale executed in 3 months and 3 days, at 0:00-7:30, the rule does not meet the weighing interval set by the user, the time does not meet the reminding time window set by the user, and the user cannot detect the bracelet broadcast information of the user at home, so that the weight scale finds that the results of the rule judgment step, the window judgment step, the position judgment step and the state judgment step are 'no', and does not send out reminding; at 7:31-7:59, the weighing interval set by the user is met in time, but the weighing interval does not meet the reminding time window set by the user, and the user cannot detect the bracelet broadcast information of the user at home, the results of the weighing scale finding rule judging step are yes, the results of the window judging step, the position judging step and the state judging step are no, and no reminding is sent; at 8:00-8:29, the weighing interval set by the user is met in time, the reminding time window set by the user is met, but the user cannot detect the bracelet broadcast information of the user at home or cannot connect the bracelet of the user, the results of the scale finding rule judging step and the window judging step are yes, the results of the position judging step and the state judging step are no, and no reminding is sent; at 8:30-9:04, the weighing interval set by the user is met in time, the reminding time window set by the user is met, the user can detect that the bracelet broadcast information of the user accords with the reminding distance at home but the user state is busy and not suitable for reminding, the results of the weighing scale finding rule judging step, the window judging step and the position judging step are yes, the results of the state judging step are no, and reminding is not sent; and 9:05, the weighing interval set by the user is met in time, the reminding time window set by the user is met, the user is at home and in a leisure state, the results of the weight scale finding rule judging step, the window judging step, the position judging step and the state judging step are all yes, if the weight scale moves towards the direction of the user A, buzzing is sent out, and when the user A stands on the weight scale to weigh, the reminding is terminated.
The time period appearing in the above example is 8:30-9:04 instead of 8:30-9:00 because, as described in the state judgment step, the a value and/or B value thereof is calculated for every 5min of acceleration data to judge the state of the user, and then, when a judgment result that the user is in the leisure state is obtained, activity data indicating a smaller amount of activity of a length of 5min is required. When the user 9:00 starts to stop busy, then at least at the 9:04 state judgment, no leisure-compliant results are obtained.
In the embodiment, when pairing is carried out between the intelligent health detection device and the wearable device, the two devices are required to enter a pairing mode and are matched in the pairing mode, after the pairing is successful, the two devices exit the pairing mode, in a normal mode after the pairing is successful, the two devices are in a pairing relation (or binding relation), specifically, by taking a Bluetooth pairing method as an example, the intelligent health detection device and the wearable device are both provided with Bluetooth, and during the pairing, one of the devices is taken as a host to scan the content broadcasted by a slave (and can be further connected with the slave), while the other device is taken as a slave to carry out Bluetooth broadcasting, if the intelligent health detection device is taken as the host and the wearable device is taken as the slave, when the intelligent health detection device and the wearable device are used for the first time, the host and the slave enter a pairing state through preset operation, if the intelligent health detection device and the wearable device both enter the pairing state according to a pairing key 3S, the wearable device carries out pairing broadcasting, the broadcasting content of the wearable device generally comprises a broadcasting name and broadcasting information, the broadcasting name can be defined as related information of the device, such as L S-band, the identification range can be narrowed, if the broadcasting information comprises a password mark (1), and the information, the pairing mark which is set when the address mark and the general pairing mark is taken as a PIN code, if the pairing mark and the pairing information is taken as a common code, the pairing mode, the pairing information is taken as a pairing mode, and the pairing mode, if the pairing mode, the pairing mode is taken.
During pairing broadcast, the intelligent health detection device can preset a broadcast name of the paired device, such as L S-band, before leaving a factory, the wearable device broadcast content can be, for example, "L S-band + pairing mark + MAC address + PIN code", and the PIN code is displayed on a display screen, the state of the intelligent health detection device is "find new device mode", the intelligent health detection device scans the broadcast content, the scanning step is that the broadcast name is scanned first, when the device with the broadcast name the same as the preset paired device broadcast name is scanned (namely after the device with the broadcast name L S-band is scanned), whether mark information of the broadcast information is consistent with the preset pairing mark is checked, if so, the PIN code is further read and displayed on the display screen of the intelligent health detection device, a user compares whether the PIN codes displayed by the intelligent health detection device and the wearable device are the same, and if so, the intelligent balance pairing detection device, such as weight, confirms and exits from the pairing mode (the intelligent health detection device automatically records the MAC address), and then operates the bracelet to exit from the pairing mode, and completes the bracelet pairing.
The intelligent health detection device and the wearable device are matched only once, and the intelligent health detection device records the MAC address information of the wearable device and can identify whether the wearable device is matched or not by scanning the MAC address. When the intelligent health detection device performs position judgment, the broadcast information is recognized as the information broadcasted by the paired wearable device, and then whether the wearable device is in the reminding space range or not is judged according to the RSSI.
The method comprises the steps that information among devices forming a pairing relation is acquired, when the wearable device is in Bluetooth broadcasting in a common mode, broadcast content is broadcast name + broadcast information, different from pairing broadcasting, the content of the broadcast information is a common mark (indicating that broadcasting is in a non-pairing state) + MAC address + other information, after the intelligent health detection device reads that the broadcast content is L S-band + the common mark + the MAC address, the wearable device in the paired common mode is identified, other information is further scanned, other information is acquired, and the other information can be set to be in a current active state, and a weighing scale acquires the active state.
The information acquisition between the devices in the pairing relationship is a mode of scanning the broadcast content of the slave by the master, and the mode has the advantage that a plurality of masters can acquire information from the broadcast content of the slave, for example, a plurality of devices acquire the activity state data of the bracelet.
The above pairing of a wearable device with a device for performing an event has the significance that: the device with bluetooth in a home environment may be more than one, such as a wearable device of a mobile phone, a television, a sound device or other residents, the weighing scale needs to be paired with a user-specific wearable device for use, and after pairing, the weighing scale identifies the specific wearable device which is already in a pairing relationship and then acquires target data to avoid confusion. If there is a guest in the home environment and the guest has the same wearable device as the user, the device data may also be obtained by the weighing scale, and data confusion is easily caused if there is no pairing relationship.
In addition, the reminding function can be realized by intelligent health detection equipment and wearable equipment. After the intelligent health detection device and the wearable device form a pairing relationship, the intelligent health detection device and the wearable device can also perform information interaction in a Bluetooth connection mode, if the intelligent health detection device finds that the intelligent health detection device is suitable for sending out a reminder, the wearable device sends out reminder information to the paired wearable device, the wearable device receives the reminder information and sends out the reminder, and the reminder mode can be a mode that the wearable device vibrates or displays subtitles or plays music or videos, and if the device vibrates and is accompanied with display fonts, the device calls a weight bar.
When the event reminding method according to the embodiment of the invention is applied, in the position judgment and the user state judgment, the method for identifying whether the user is nearby and transmitting the activity state information of the user can be a method such as WiFi or Zigbee besides Bluetooth, and the like, and the distance is identified by using the received signal strength RSSI and the information interaction is carried out through pairing connection.
The event reminding method applied to the weighing scale can show that the detection equipment or the related equipment can remind all detection events or related events, and the reminding and the measuring instantaneity are good, for example, a sphygmomanometer reminds a user to measure blood pressure, a blood glucose meter reminds the user to carry out blood glucose detection, a body composition analyzer reminds the user to carry out body composition detection, or a medicine box reminds the user to take medicine/take medicine, or an infrared baking lamp reminds the user to irradiate, or a treatment equipment reminds the user to treat, and the like, and the event reminding can be realized in a manner similar to that of the weighing scale.
When the event reminding method according to the embodiment of the invention is applied, whether the user is nearby or not is identified, and the activity state of the user is judged, and other methods such as a personal weighing scale with a proximity sensor can also be used for directly searching the user. Similarly, the activity state of the user can be obtained by using a sensor, such as an optical detector and a camera, and the activity state of the user can be determined by the change of the position of the user during imaging. In addition, for example, the smoke sensor can judge that the activity state of the user allows reminding by judging that the user smokes; or the sound collector is utilized to judge whether the user is allowed to be reminded or not through the sound decibel level and the sound density (distribution of sound in time), if the sound decibel is too high, the user is possibly in an urgent state, and the user is considered to be busy when the sound is dense, so that the user is not suitable for reminding, otherwise, the user can be reminded.
In the above-described method according to the embodiment of the present invention, although the steps are described in a certain order, it is not limited thereto but is only for convenience of description. The order of the judging steps can be exchanged, and the exchange of the order does not influence the effect of the method according to the embodiment of the invention. The parameters such as the time threshold and the time window may be set in advance by the device or may be selected and determined by the user.
In addition, the wearable device and the intelligent health detection device using the method according to the embodiment of the present invention may further associate with the mobile phone APP, so that the user can complete setting or selection of various reminding rules or specific time thresholds in the mobile phone APP, for example, the interval time for executing an event and the time window for completing an event may be set by APP default or by the user according to his/her own will. Wearable equipment or intelligent health detection equipment generally have assorted APP, and the mode is reminded to the APP configurable event, and under the mode is reminded to the event, can call mobile device's bluetooth interface realization and wearable equipment or intelligent health detection equipment pair or be connected, realize the communication demand. And setting a reminding rule in the APP event reminding mode, executing judgment according to data acquired from the health monitoring equipment and the wearable equipment, and if the reminding is suitable, sending a reminding by the APP.
