In recent years, the concept of mask protection is increasingly regarded as an important index of life safety and hygiene, and its practicability and application range include medical care, food hygiene or processing, especially haze (PM2.5) prevention, etc. due to the aforementioned working or environmental properties, users need to wear masks for a long time, even wear masks almost all the way to achieve the basic protection effect.

Nowadays, the health consciousness of people in China is rising, and the ratio of the population of sports and the population of regular sports is gradually increased recently under the drive of the wind of leisure sports such as walking, mountain climbing, road running, bicycles and the like, and the sports tide is also gradually increased. According to the survey of sports cities in 2015, the population of the local sports players reaches 82.4%, seventy percent of people move to maintain health, and the population of regular sports is increased to 33% compared with the increase of 0.4% in the last year. However, in the face of increasingly serious air pollution, wearing the mask for outdoor sports or going out is a trend in fashion and international.

With the change of the local population age structure, the phenomenon of minority carriers and the problem of population aging become more and more serious, and the proportion of the old aged over sixty-five years old is continuously increased. According to the related human deduction report, the population ratio of 2017 aged people is greatly increased to 14 percent, and the people formally step into the senior society. Especially, the elderly are affected by factors such as large environmental temperature difference change, dirt, germs and the like, and are particularly easy to be infected with diseases, generate phenomena of dizziness and headache, and even cause the crisis of apoplexy. Therefore, how to perform self-protection work and maintain self health and safety is a subject that needs to be faced by the aging society.

In order to keep the body healthy, wearing the mask is one of the effective protection measures, however, wearing the mask is to wear the hanging belt on the ear or the head to be fixed, but the wearing of the mask gradually generates tight and oppressive feeling along with the increase of time, and indirectly causes uncomfortable physiological reactions (such as headache, dizzy and other side effects) to the user. Thus, a sling-type fixture is needed to reduce discomfort. However, the conventional sling fixing device still has the following problems: (1) the fixing device can reduce the tight tightening of the ear by the strap, but cannot eliminate the pressure caused by the head contact. (2) When the mask is to be taken off, the mask and the fixing device need to be taken off at the same time, so that the mask is difficult to store and is easy to lose or stain. (3) If the tightness of the hanging belt is not proper, the hanging belt needs to be hung again for adjustment, so that the operation is not easy and the tightness is difficult to control.

Disclosure of Invention

One of the objectives of the present invention is to provide a head cap and a strap fastener thereof, wherein the strap fastener is disposed on the cap body, so that when the mask is worn, the head can be prevented from being pressed by the strap fastener and the ear can be prevented from being tightened by the strap fastener, and the mask can be worn comfortably without pressing any burden.

The present invention also provides a headgear and a strap fastener thereof, which can be moved to the upper part of the headgear for fastening when the mask is not used for the time, which is convenient and time-saving, and which can avoid the trouble of taking off the mask and temporarily storing the mask.

The present invention also provides a headgear and a strap fastener thereof, which can adjust the angle between the fixing seat of the strap fastener and the rotating frame or/and the distance between the movable hanging part and the fixed hanging part to control the tightness of the strap, and can be widely applied to various head types.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

Detailed Description

The detailed description and technical contents of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, which, however, are provided for reference and illustration purposes only and are not intended to limit the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5C, the strap fixing device 1 of the present invention includes a fixing base 10, a rotating frame 20 and a spacing adjusting mechanism 30, which are as follows:

a fixing base 10 having a base body 11 in a strip shape, and a pivot portion 13 and a positioning post 15 respectively connected to two ends of the base body 11 in a strip shape; the two ends of the strip-shaped seat body 11 are formed with arc-shaped curved surfaces so as to increase the wearing safety; the pivot portion 13 has an annular groove 17 (see fig. 5A) on its axial surface for passing through and fixing an opening 53 (see fig. 7) on the cap body 51 of the head cap 5; similarly, the cylindrical surface of the positioning post 15 is also provided with a circular groove 19 (see fig. 5A) for another opening 53 of the cap body 51 to pass through and fix. Thus, the strap holder 1 of the present invention can be fixed to the cap body 51. In addition, a circular concave hole 151 is formed in the end surface of the positioning column 15.

The rotating frame 20 comprises a bracket 21 pivoted to the base 11 and a fixed hanging part 271 arranged at the pivoting end of the bracket 21, and the rotating frame 20 can be rotatably positioned and adjusted relative to the fixed base 10; specifically, the bracket 21 is long and has a long sliding slot 29 formed at the center thereof along the length direction, and has a pivot hole portion 23 for pivotally connecting the pivot portion 13 and a positioning slot 25 for guiding the positioning post 15 into the positioning slot, and a protrusion 251 for positioning the concave hole 151 is formed in the positioning slot 25. The rotating frame 20 further comprises a fastening mechanism 27, wherein the fixing hanging portion 271 is formed on the periphery of the fastening mechanism 27 (as shown in fig. 5A), and the fastening mechanism 27 can be a screw locking mechanism, or a meshing type ratchet mechanism (one-way check), or a combination of both functions or mechanisms.

A spacing adjustment mechanism 30 provided on the bracket 21 and having a movable hanging portion 31 and a slider 33 connected to one end of the movable hanging portion 31; the sliding block 33 is slidably disposed in the sliding slot 29, and the movable hanging portion 31 can be linearly displaced and positioned along the length direction of the bracket 21 to adjust the distance between the fixed hanging portion 271 and the movable hanging portion.

It should be noted that the fixing base 10 of the present invention can be designed into a long strip shape, a round shape or an oval shape, and the round or oval base 11 only needs to be provided with the pivot portion 13. The pivot portion 13 may be pivotally connected to the pivot hole portion 23 by an assembling method (for example, engagement), or may be detached from the pivot hole portion 23. In addition, the strap holder 1 of the present invention is preferably made of plastic, is inexpensive, has excellent mechanical properties (flexibility, high tensile strength) and is easily pivoted and can withstand the tensile force of the high-strength strap 61.

Referring to fig. 7, a first preferred embodiment of a headgear 5 according to the present invention includes: a cap body 51 made of a cloth material and having at least two openings 53; and the hanging belt fixer 1, wherein the pivot portion 13 and the positioning column 15 (as shown in fig. 6) are respectively inserted and fixed in the two openings 53.

The hanging belt fixer 1 of the invention has the following installation steps: a. placing the fixing base 10 inside the cap body 51, so that the pivot portion 13 and the positioning post 15 (as shown in fig. 6) respectively penetrate through and are fixed to the two openings 53 of the cap body 51; b. the pivot hole 23 (see fig. 6) of the rotary frame 20 is assembled with the pivot part 13 of the fixed seat 10, thereby completing the operation of mounting the strap holder 1 on the headgear 5.

When the user uses the mask 6, as shown in fig. 7, the angle θ (see fig. 6) between the fixing base 10 and the rotating frame 20 can be adjusted to be any angle between 0-90 degrees (preferably, the angle θ can be adjusted to be 45 degrees), and then the mask 6 is placed on the headgear 5, and the hanging strap 61 is attached to the fixing hanging portion 271 and the movable hanging portion 31. In addition, when the mask 6 is not used for the time being, the mask can be moved to the cap body 51 to be fixed, which is convenient and time-saving, and the trouble that the mask 6 needs to be temporarily stored when being taken off can be avoided.

Preferably, the number of the strap holders 1 of the present invention is two, and the two sets of strap holders can be respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the cap 51 to provide one of the preferred attaching methods for the mask 6 and the strap 61.

Referring to fig. 8, a second preferred embodiment of the headgear 5 of the present invention is different from the previous embodiments in that the included angle θ of the strap holder 1 can be adjusted to 0 degree (so that the protrusion 251 is positioned in the recess 151). The mask 6 can be hung on the hanging-belt fixer 1 and fixed on the cap body 51, and the hanging-belt fixer 1 does not occupy the space on the two sides of the ear and obstruct the sight of the user.

Referring to fig. 10, a third preferred embodiment of the headgear 5 of the present invention is different from the previous embodiments in that an angle θ (see fig. 9) between the fixing base 10 and the rotating frame 20 can be adjusted to be any angle between 90-180 degrees (preferably, the angle θ can be adjusted to be 135 degrees), and then the mask 6 is worn on the face and the strap 61 is attached to the movable hanging portion 31 and the fixed hanging portion 271 of the strap fixer 1, so that the compression of the strap fixer 1 on the head and the tightening discomfort of the strap 61 on the ears can be avoided, the mask 6 is more comfortable to wear, and no burden is imposed on the head and the ears.

Referring to fig. 11 and 12, the difference between the present embodiment and the previous embodiment is that the distance L between the movable hanging portion 31 and the fixed hanging portion 271 can be adjusted to be greater than the width of the ear, so that users (such as children) with larger or smaller ears can wear the device, the strap 61 does not bind the ear, and the tightness of the strap 61 can be conveniently adjusted according to personal needs.

Referring to fig. 14, a fourth preferred embodiment of the headgear 5 of the present invention includes: a cap body 51 provided with a cap body coupling portion 55; and the hanging belt fixer 1, wherein the fixed seat 10 is provided with a seat body combining part 40 for fixing the cap body combining part 55. The cap body combining portion 55 and the seat body combining portion 40 can be fixed in a sticking, buckling, sewing, screwing or riveting manner, and preferably, the cap body combining portion 55 and the seat body combining portion 40 can be made of velcro or a sticky tape, so that the assembly or disassembly of the hanging strip fixing device 1 on the cap body 51 is simpler and more convenient. After the mask 6 is worn, the angle θ between the fixing base 10 (see fig. 13) and the rotating frame 20 can be adjusted to 90 degrees, which is the same as the above-mentioned function and effect.

Referring to fig. 15, another preferred embodiment of the hanging belt fixer 1 in fig. 14 is shown, and the difference between this embodiment and the previous embodiments is that after the mask 6 is worn, the included angle θ between the fixing base 10 and the rotating frame 20 can be adjusted to any angle between 0 to 90 degrees, and the tightness of the hanging belt 61 can also be adjusted. Therefore, the angle θ of the strap fixer 1 and/or the distance L between the movable hanging part 31 and the fixed hanging part 271 can be adjusted arbitrarily to control the tightness of the strap 61, and the strap can be widely applied to various head sizes.

Referring to fig. 16, another preferred embodiment of the strap fastener 1 of the present invention is different from the previous embodiments in that the fixing base 10 further has an upright frame 12 extending upward from one side of the base 11 and an earphone frame 18 detachably mounted on the upright frame 12, and the earphone frame 18 can be adjusted in a telescopic manner along a length direction thereof. The upright frame 12 is further provided with a convex strip 14 and a hanging portion 16 formed on the surface of the convex strip 14, wherein the hanging portion 16 can be a positioning groove, a buckling groove or a hook.

When a user carries an electronic device (such as a hearing aid, a bluetooth device, or an MP3 player) for exercise (or when the user is not used for a while), as shown in fig. 17, the earphone cord 7 can be attached to the upright frame 12 (buckled to the hanging portion 16) and then the earphone can be fixed to the earphone frame 18, so as to prevent the earphone from falling off, and the length of the earphone frame 18 can be adjusted to make the earphone correspond to the ear at a proper position. Therefore, the head cap 5 and the strap fixer 1 thereof of the invention can be combined with the mask 6 and the portable electronic device to form a multifunctional integrated head cap, which can meet various requirements of users for sports, haze prevention, dust prevention and the like, and is more convenient and comfortable to wear, safe and beautiful.

It should be noted that the head cap 5 of the present invention can be designed into various styles according to the application, such as sanitary caps and chef caps used in the food industry and the catering industry, dust-proof caps or dust-free caps commonly used in the mask factory or the manufacturing industry, operation caps or medical caps worn by doctors or nursing personnel, or general leisure caps, sun-shading caps, sports caps, ball caps, locomotive safety caps, and even engineering caps used in the construction industry, and the head cap can be selected and matched with the hanging belt fixer 1 with different colors (such as pink, yellow, blue or grass green) to meet the needs and preferences of consumers and improve the added value of products.

1. A sling holder, comprising: it includes:

a fixed seat having a seat body;

a rotating frame, which comprises a bracket pivoted on the base body and a fixed hanging part arranged at the pivoting end of the bracket, and the rotating frame can rotate and be fixed relative to the fixed base; and

the distance adjusting mechanism is arranged on the bracket and is provided with a movable hanging part, and the movable hanging part can perform linear displacement and positioning along the length direction of the bracket so as to adjust the distance between the movable hanging part and the fixed hanging part;

the hanging belt fixer can be arranged on the helmet body of the head helmet and is used for fixing the hanging belt of the mask.

a cap body having at least two openings; and

a strap holder according to claim 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 wherein the pivot portion and the locating post are threaded through and fixed in the two openings respectively.

10. A headgear, characterized by: it includes:

a cap body provided with a cap body combining part; and

a strap holder according to claim 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 wherein the holder is provided with a body engaging portion for the cap engaging portion to be secured.
