Abstract

本发明涉及纺织机械技术领域，具体是涉及一种圆盘抓棉机的吸罩吸力调节装置及其工作方法，包括吸风机、输棉管、吸罩、抓棉打手；所述吸风机的吸风口设置有一吸力调节机构，所述吸力调节机构包括一矩形框架和一挡板，所述挡板设置在所述矩形框架的上下框条之间且可左右移动；所述吸罩外侧的内壁上形成多条螺旋状的导风条。本发明所提供的圆盘抓棉机的吸罩吸力调节装置，可有效改善吸罩内外侧的吸力，防止堵塞或掉棉，使其符合实际工作需求，提高圆盘抓棉机的工作效率。

圆盘抓棉机的吸罩吸力调节装置及其工作方法
技术领域：
本发明涉及纺织机械技术领域，具体是涉及一种圆盘抓棉机的吸罩吸力调节装置。
背景技术：
现有的圆盘抓棉机使用时，利用抓棉机旋转，抓棉打手抓取棉絮，通过吸风机和位于打手上方的吸罩的配合将抓起的棉絮吸入输棉管并送至下道工序。由于圆盘抓棉机是以中心轴为圆心而旋转行进，因此抓棉打手内侧和外侧行程不同，旋转行进时，内侧抓棉量少于外侧抓棉量，而以现有的圆盘抓棉机的吸风机吸罩结构，内外侧吸力相同，因此对于内侧与外侧行程不同、内侧抓棉量少于外侧抓棉量的情况下，外侧抓棉量多而吸力不符需求，所以产生外侧吸力不足而边走边掉的情况，大大影响了圆盘抓棉机工作效率，有必要予以改进。
有鉴于上述的缺陷，本设计人，积极加以研究创新，以期创设一种新型结构的圆盘抓棉机的吸罩吸力调节装置，使其更具有产业上的利用价值。
发明内容：
本发明的目的旨在解决现有技术存在的问题，提供一种圆盘抓棉机的吸罩吸力调节装置，可有效改善吸罩内外侧的吸力，防止堵塞或掉棉，使其符合实际工作需求，提高圆盘抓棉机的工作效率。
本发明涉及一种圆盘抓棉机的吸罩吸力调节装置，包括吸风机、输棉管、吸罩、抓棉打手；所述吸风机的吸风口设置有一吸力调节机构，所述吸力调节机构包括一矩形框架和一挡板，所述挡板设置在所述矩形框架的上下框条之间且可左右移动；所述吸罩外侧的内壁上形成多条螺旋状的导风条。
作为上述方案的优选，所述矩形框架的上下框条上设有与挡板配合的凹槽轨道。
作为上述方案的优选，所述挡板两端设置在所述凹槽轨道中。
作为上述方案的优选，所述挡板可沿凹槽轨道移动。
作为上述方案的优选，所述挡板连接外部电控装置或机械操作装置。
作为上述方案的优选，所述导风条为螺旋状。
借由上述方案，本发明至少具有以下优点：本发明所提供的圆盘抓棉机的吸罩吸力调节装置，由于在吸风机的吸风口设置了矩形框架和挡板，挡板的位置可通过外部电控装置或机械操作装置进行调节，当外侧抓棉量多于内侧抓棉量时，将挡板移至靠近内侧，使外侧的吸风力大于内侧，避免外侧棉絮多而吸力不足；由于吸罩外侧的内壁上形成多条螺旋状的导风条，可以有效地在吸罩口形成螺旋风，风力集中，吸收棉絮效率提高，防止吸罩外侧棉絮过多造成堵塞或掉落；该装置可有效改善吸罩内外侧的吸力，解决现有的圆盘抓棉机吸罩吸力与抓棉量配合度不够所产生的掉棉缺点，使其符合实际工作需求，提高圆盘抓棉机的工作效率。

参见图1、图2及图3，本发明所述的圆盘抓棉机的吸罩吸力调节装置，包括吸风机1、输棉管2、吸罩3、抓棉打手4；所述吸风机1的吸风口设置有一吸力调节机构5，所述吸力调节机构5包括一矩形框架51和一挡板52，所述矩形框架51的上下框条53上设有与挡板配合的凹槽轨道(未图示)，所述挡板52两端设置在所述凹槽轨道中且可在凹槽轨道上左右移动；所述挡板52连接外部电控装置(未图示)或机械操作装置(未图示)。
所述吸罩3外侧的内壁上形成多条螺旋状的导风条31。
圆盘抓棉机工作时，吸罩3外侧的抓棉量过多时可通过外部电控装置或机械操作装置将挡板52调至靠近内侧处，使外侧的吸风力大于内侧，避免外侧棉絮多而吸力不足；另外，挡板52的位置可根据抓棉机的工作状态适当调节；吸罩3外侧内壁上的导风条31可有效地在吸罩口形成螺旋风，风力集中，吸收棉絮效率提高，防止吸罩外侧棉絮过多造成堵塞或掉落。
综上所述，本发明可有效改善吸罩内外侧的吸力，解决现有的圆盘抓棉机吸罩吸力与抓棉量配合度不够所产生的掉棉缺点，使其符合实际工作需求，提高圆盘抓棉机的工作效率
本发明所提供的圆盘抓棉机的吸罩吸力调节装置，仅为本发明的具体实施方式，但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此，任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内，可轻易想到变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

1.一种圆盘抓棉机的吸罩吸力调节装置的工作方法，包括吸风机、输棉管、吸罩、抓棉打手；其特征在于：所述吸风机的吸风口设置有一吸力调节机构，所述吸力调节机构包括一矩形框架和一挡板，所述挡板设置在所述矩形框架的上下框条之间；所述吸罩外侧的内壁上形成多条导风条；
所述矩形框架的上下框条上设有与挡板配合的凹槽轨道；所述挡板两端设置在所述凹槽轨道中；
所述挡板可沿凹槽轨道移动；
所述的工作方法，包括：吸罩外侧的抓棉量过多时可通过外部电控装置或机械操作装置将挡板调至靠近内侧处，使外侧的吸风力大于内侧，避免外侧棉絮多而吸力不足；
挡板的位置可根据抓棉机的工作状态适当调节；
所述挡板连接外部电控装置或机械操作装置，所述导风条为螺旋状。
