Abstract
The invention provides a guide and guard device with pretightening force and a round blank clamping method, comprising a pretightening device, a box body and a central body fixedly arranged in the center of the box body, wherein a plurality of sliding sleeves are uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction of the central body, the pretightening device comprises an oil cylinder and pretightening pieces, the oil cylinder is arranged at the top of the box body, the pretightening pieces are at least two and uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction, the pretightening pieces are connected with piston rods of the oil cylinder through connecting rods, the sliding sleeves correspond to the pretightening pieces one by one, and the sleeves slide in the sliding sleeves of the central body. Background
The peeler is a special machine tool for processing the surface of a round blank. The front guide device of the peeler has the functions of enabling round blanks to smoothly enter the main machine and clamping the blanks in the cutting process so as to achieve the purpose of stable cutting.

The invention provides a guide and guard device with pretightening force, which comprises a pretightening device, a box body and a central body fixedly arranged in the center of the box body, wherein a plurality of sliding sleeves are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the central body, the pretightening device comprises an oil cylinder and pretightening pieces, the oil cylinder is arranged at the top of the box body, at least two pretightening pieces are uniformly distributed along the periphery, piston rods of the pretightening pieces and the oil cylinder are connected through connecting rods, the sliding sleeves correspond to the pretightening pieces one by one, and the sleeves slide in the sliding sleeves of the central body.

The upper end of the sleeve 8 is fixedly provided with a sleeve cover, the bottom of the sliding seat 5 penetrates through the sleeve cover to be limited in the sleeve 8, and the spring 7 is in a compressed state.
The springs 7 are combined disc springs, each combined disc spring is formed by connecting a plurality of disc springs in series, and washer openings of two adjacent disc springs face opposite directions. The belleville springs can bear extremely large load in a small space, have larger change performance per unit volume compared with other types of springs, have good shock absorption capacity, and particularly have the effects of absorbing impact and dissipating energy when the combination is adopted.
