Abstract
本发明公开了含有漆树籽提取物的食品包装膜,首先将一定量的多糖分别溶解,混合后再加入增强剂、漆树籽提取物和其它助剂,进行保温、均质、脱气、定量倒模,最后进行干燥,即可获得具有一定强度和水溶性的食品包装膜。本发明具有工艺简单易工业化,成本低,并且成膜性好,强度高且所成膜具有一定的阻湿,阻氧,阻油,阻溶质等特性。本发明制得的食品包装膜可应用于果蔬保鲜、肉类和水产品的加工和保鲜、方便或快餐食品的内包装以及糖果和焙烤食品的保藏和包装。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于食品内包装材料领域,特别适用于含有漆树籽提取物的食品包装膜。
背景技术
在食品包装领域,相比较其它纸类和塑料包装,含有漆树籽提取物的食品包装膜具有无可比拟的优势,它具有可食、卫生、环保、方便等特性。但因为传统的工艺及配方的局限,使得制备的可食性包装膜存在一些局限性,比如:工艺路线较为复杂,导致工业化难以推广利用;采用的基料和助剂价格较高或用量较大,造成成本提高,在当前食品行业利润率普遍不高的前提下,生产厂家难以接受;所制备的膜强度不够、热封性不好、透明度不高、阻隔性差等原因,导致食品包装膜的应用空间和范围变小,不能大规模生产利用。
本发明较原有的食品内包装膜的制备相比较,具有成本更加低廉,仅用少量的基料和助剂即可满足强度和透明度等要求;工艺和配方更加简单,便于工业化生产推广;另外与市场上同类产品糯米膜相比,阻隔性和强度更高,更适合作为食品包装材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在以往食品包装膜生产成本较高、强度较低、工艺较为复杂并使得其难以工业化的基础上,进一步改进工艺和降低成本,以使食品包装膜的应用扩大化,更加有利于工业化大规模生产。
本发明技术方案如下:
(1)在带有加热搅拌装置的容器中加入一定量的多糖,分别加热进行溶解,溶解完全待用。
(2)将步骤1)的多糖溶液混合,然后加入增强剂搅拌至全部溶解。
(3)再加入一定量的增塑剂、乳化剂、阻隔剂,加热搅拌均匀后在30℃-40℃保温。
(4)将上述得到的浆料采用流延成型,即可得到包装膜。
本发明中半纤维素分子量为10000~50000g/mol。
本发明采用多糖为基材,再加入增强剂、增塑剂、阻隔剂,制备成一种食品包装膜材料,以替代方便面中的调料包和酱料包、咖啡、冰糖葫芦等食品的内包装材料,该膜以其优良的阻隔性能和良好的机械性能, 可以满足方便面中的调料包和酱料包、咖啡、冰糖葫芦等食品的内包装要求。
本发明所述的含有漆树籽提取物的食品包装膜工艺简单,基料和助剂用量少,强度高,阻湿,阻氧,阻油,阻溶质等特性,可适用于工业化批量生产。
具体实施方式:下面结合实施例进一步描述本发明:
实施例1,其步骤如下:
打开水浴锅,在带有加热搅拌装置的容器中加入一定量的水,先预热至70℃,然后加入5.0%的多糖(变性阳离子淀粉),搅拌糊化,温度保持在70℃左右,糊化时间为30min,得到淀粉糊化液,然后加入2.0%羧甲基纤维素钠(相对于冷水)搅拌全部溶解于水中。将上述淀粉糊化液和溶解后的羧甲基纤维素钠混合到一起,再加入一定量的0.4%增塑剂甘油(相对于全部溶液)和阻隔剂(漆树籽提取物,其中漆树籽核仁油:漆蜡=质量比1:1)浓度均为0.6%(相比于溶液),搅拌均匀后在30℃保温,最后将溶液定量倒入有机玻璃板上,在55℃下鼓风干燥4小时即可揭膜获得本产品。
对含有漆树籽提取物的食品包装膜进行物理检测指标:抗张强度可达48MPa、伸长率达25%、透光率达80%、水蒸气透过系数可达0.13g.mm/m2.h.KPa。
实施例2,其步骤如下:
打开水浴锅,在带有加热搅拌装置的容器中加入一定量的水,先预热至70℃,然后加入5.0%的多糖(变性阳离子淀粉、半纤维素、壳聚糖=质量比1:1:1)分别在不同容器中溶解,在500rpm的搅拌速度下进行溶解,温度保持在70℃左右,时间为30min,得到多糖溶解液,在该溶解液中再加入阻隔剂(漆蜡)质量浓度为0.6%(相比于溶液)和乳化剂(单硬脂肪酸甘油酯)质量浓度为0.15%(相比于溶液),继续在70℃加热搅拌至全部溶解,溶解时间在5min左右。再将上述多糖溶解液和溶解后的阻隔剂混合到一起,加入一定量的0.4%甘油(相对于全部溶液)作为增塑剂,加热搅拌均匀后在40℃保温,最后将溶液定量倒入有机玻璃板上,在55℃下鼓风干燥4小时即可揭膜获得本产品。
对含有漆树籽提取物的食品包装膜进行物理检测指标:抗张强度可达56MPa、伸长率达22%、透光率达78%、水蒸气透过系数可达0.13g.mm/m2.h.KPa。
Claims (8)
1.含有漆树籽提取物的食品包装膜,其特征在于,制备步骤如下:
(1)在带有加热搅拌装置的容器中加入一定量的多糖,分别加热进行溶解,溶解完全待用;
(2)将步骤1)的多糖溶液混合,然后加入增强剂搅拌至全部溶解;
(3)再加入一定量的增塑剂、乳化剂、阻隔剂,加热搅拌均匀后在30℃~40℃保温;
(4)将上述得到的浆料采用流延成型,即可得到包装膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有漆树籽提取物的食品包装膜,其特征在于所采用的阻隔剂为漆树籽提取物。
3.根据权利要求1和权利要求2所述的含有漆树籽提取物的食品包装膜,其特征在于含有漆树籽提取物。
4.根据权利要求1和权利要求2和权利要求3所述的含有漆树籽提取物的食品包装膜,其特征在于所采用的漆树籽提取物为漆树籽核仁油和漆蜡中至少一种。
5.根据权利1要求所述的含有漆树籽提取物的食品包装膜,其特征在于所采用的乳化剂为大豆卵磷脂和单硬脂肪酸甘油酯中至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述含有漆树籽提取物的食品包装膜,其特征在于增塑剂为甘油、山梨醇、乙二醇、聚乙二醇中至少一种。
7.根据权利1要求所述的含有漆树籽提取物的食品包装膜,其特征在于所采用的多糖为淀粉、环糊精、半纤维素和壳聚糖中的一种以上组合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的含有漆树籽提取物的食品包装膜,其特征在于食品包装膜可在果蔬保鲜、肉类和水产品的加工和保鲜、方便或快餐食品的内包装、以及糖果和焙烤食品的保藏以及包装中应用。
