Description

Method for manufacturing leather shoes with open toe caps
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing open toe shoe leather, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing open toe shoe leather in which a soft pad is added to a front sole plate of the leather shoe to maintain high comfort.
Background
The common leather shoes are sewed into uppers by using outer skins and inner skins made of natural or artificial leather, and are respectively made into toe caps (toe boxes), heel counters (counters), insoles, midsoles, outsoles and heels.
At this time, after the midsole is fixed by using a shoe last (last) of the leather shoe model, the upper, the cuff, the heel, the outsole, the heel and the insole are adhered and fixed, and finally the leather shoe is completed.
In the related art, patent document 1, korean registered patent publication No. 10-1207982 (publication No. 2012.12.04), discloses a shoe that can be produced in a simple process and can massage the foot, and a method for producing the shoe.
However, in the conventional leather shoes as described in patent document 1, a hard midsole is used in a wearing or storage state to prevent deformation due to external pressure or impact and long-term wearing. The midsole is hard to maintain a good shape when the shoe is worn, but when pressure or impact is repeatedly applied to the sole of the foot by long-time walking, the midsole attached to the sole of the foot is hard to increase fatigue of the foot, and further pain or deformation of the foot is caused.
Further, when a hard midsole used in the conventional leather shoe is used for a high-heeled leather shoe such as a high-heeled shoe including a shoe head open type leather shoe, a load is naturally concentrated to a toe when a user wears the shoe, and at this time, the midsole tightly attached to the sole of the foot has hardness, and a phenomenon such as slipping of a front sole or dropping of the heel occurs during walking, which causes friction between the leather shoe and the foot, and trauma such as blisters occur behind the foot, and a thick cocoon, a corn, a dead skin, etc. are generated on the sole of the foot, and noise may occur during walking, thus causing inconvenience.

Fig. 3 to 5 are schematic views of the manufacturing process of the shoe head opening type leather shoe according to the embodiment of the invention.
Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be described in detail mainly by examples with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an open toe shoe leather 1, comprising: a shoe tree making process S10, a midsole making process S20, a cushion pasting process S30, a midsole and cushion wrapping process S40, a midsole fixing process S50, an upper pasting process S60, an outsole and heel pasting process S70, a last pulling process S80, and a shoe pad pasting process S90, and the specific processes will be described in detail below.
Shoe tree manufacturing project S10
In the last manufacturing step S10, as shown in fig. 2a, a height increasing prosthesis is attached to the bottom surface of the 1 st last of the leather shoe pattern, thereby manufacturing the 2 nd last shown in fig. 2 b.
Here, the 1 st shoe tree 10 is a model used in manufacturing leather shoes, and a wooden model, also called wood pattern (woodenen pattern), is mainly used.
The 2 nd shoe tree 20 is manufactured in the same shape as the 1 st shoe tree, and a prosthesis is attached to the bottom surface of the 1 st shoe tree of the leather shoe model, which belongs to the forefoot portion, and is a height increasing prosthesis used for height increasing shoes such as high heels including open toe type leather shoes.
In this case, the heightening prosthesis may be made of wood, metal or synthetic resin, as in the case of the above-described first shoe tree. It is better to make multiple height-increasing prostheses with various heights, and the shoe-head open-type leather shoes with various heights can be customized according to the body shape and preference of users.
Further, it is preferable that the height-increasing prostheses are formed to have the same size and the same shape as those of the soft pads described later, and it is considered that in the method for manufacturing a toe-open type leather shoe of the present invention, the midsole to which the soft pads described later are attached is fixed to the bottom surface of the 1 st shoe tree, and then the toe-open type leather shoe is manufactured through the process of pulling out the 1 st shoe tree.
That is, the heightening prosthesis has the same size and shape as those of the cushion described later, and even when the shoe-head-opened leather shoes are continuously manufactured with respect to the midsole to which the cushion described later is attached after the 1 st shoe tree is removed, the prototype of the shoe-head-opened leather shoes based on the 1 st shoe tree can be firmly held, and the manufactured shoe-head-opened leather shoes are prevented from being deformed by external pressure or impact and long-term wearing in a wearing or storage state.
Midsole manufacturing process S20
The midsole forming process S20 is a process of forming the midsole 30 corresponding to a shape such as a bottom curve of the 2 nd footwear last 20, and the 2 nd footwear last 20 is formed through the footwear last forming process S10.
In this case, the midsole 30 is connected and coupled to all of the prostheses used in the open-toe leather shoes, such as a cushion 40, an upper 50, an insole 60, an outsole 70, and a heel 80, which will be described later, to form the body of the open-toe leather shoes 1, and also has a function of directly protecting the foot.
Cushion sticking engineering S30
The cushion attaching step S30 is a step of attaching the cushion 40 to the surface of the midsole 30 belonging to the forefoot portion as shown in fig. 3a after the midsole forming step S20 is completed.
Here, the soft pad 40 is made of a natural or synthetic rubber material such as soft polyurethane or latex, has an excellent elastic restoring force, and is most preferably identical in size and shape to the heightening prosthesis 11, and a plurality of soft pads 40 having various heights are manufactured, so that the toe-open type leather shoe 1 can be customized according to the user's body shape and preference.
Therefore, the pad 40 is adhered to the surface of the midsole 30 closely attached to the wearer's forefoot, and is made of a material having an excellent elastic restoring force, such as polyurethane or latex, so that when the entire weight is naturally applied to the toe portion while wearing high-heeled shoes, pressure and impact are repeatedly applied to the sole of the foot by walking for a long time, and the loaded forefoot closely contacts the pad 40 having the elastic restoring force, thereby reducing the concentrated load and preventing fatigue of the foot. When the shoe is worn, the sole and the open-toe leather shoe 1 are integrated, and when the shoe is worn, the front sole and the front sole part of the leather shoe are bent together, so that the comfortable wearing feeling is kept, and the pain or deformation of the foot is not caused.
Furthermore, the soft pad 40 having the same size and shape as the height increasing prosthesis 11 is attached to the surface of the midsole 30, so that the defect that the height increasing prosthesis is directly attached to the bottom surface of the front sole of the hard midsole in the conventional height increasing shoes such as high-heeled shoes including open-toe shoes 1 is overcome, the phenomena of slipping of the front sole or dropping of the heel during walking can be prevented, the friction between the shoes and the foot is reduced, the trauma such as blisters generated at the back of the foot is suppressed, the generation of thick calluses, corns, dead skins at the bottom of the foot is prevented, and the noise during walking can be reduced.
Midsole and cushion wrapping engineering S40
The midsole and cushion wrapping process S40 is a process of wrapping the midsole to which the cushion 40 is attached with a cloth F and wrapping the midsole 30 and the cushion 40 together as shown in fig. 3b and 3c after the cushion attaching process S30 is completed.
Here, the fabric F may be made of leather, natural leather, or synthetic resin having the same color and material as the shoe upper 50, or may be made of a fabric having various colors, and the insole 30 and the cushion 40 may be wrapped with the fabric F to be used as a design element of the open-toe leather shoe.
Further, after being wrapped with the cloth F, the cushion 40 having a certain height is preferably not exposed to the outside, so that the leather shoe 1 having an open toe cap is beautiful in appearance, and the cushion 40 for heightening is not recognized as a false body for heightening from the outside, and thus, a short person can feel confident when wearing the heightening shoe.
Midsole fixing engineering S50
As shown in fig. 4, the midsole fixing step S50 is a step of fixing the cloth-wrapped midsole 30 to the bottom surface of the 1 st shoe tree 10 of the leather shoe model through the midsole and cushion wrapping step S40.
Upper attaching work S60
The upper attaching step S60 is a step of attaching one end of the upper 50 to the bottom surface of the midsole 30 by wrapping the 1 st shoe tree 10 and the midsole 30 with the upper 50 to form the outer shape of the toe-open type leather shoe 1 after the midsole fixing step S50 is completed.
Here, the upper 50 is generally an outer skin covering the surface of the leather shoe, and is an upper part of the leather shoe, and has functions of protecting the foot surface and maintaining the design and shape of the leather shoe.
Outsole and heel pasting engineering S70
The outsole and heel attaching step S70 is a step of attaching the outsole 70 and the heel 80 to the bottom surface and the heel portion of the midsole 30 after the upper attaching step S60 is completed.
The outsole 70 is a sole of a leather shoe that contacts the ground, and has an effect of reducing the pressure applied to the entire sole of the foot, as well as protecting the sole of the wearer's foot. The sole 80 is preferably attached directly to the bottom surface of the heel portion of the midsole 30 or attached to the bottom surface of the heel portion of the outsole 70, and a plurality of heels 80 having various heights and shapes can be manufactured, and the shoe head open type leather shoes 1 can be customized according to the body shape and preference of the user.
Lasting removal project S80
The step S80 of removing the shoe tree is a step of removing the 1 st shoe tree 10, which is the base type of the open-top leather shoe 1, from the surface of the midsole 30 after the step S70 of attaching the outsole and the heel is completed.
Insole sticking engineering S90
As shown in fig. 5, the insole attaching step S90 is a step of attaching the insole 60 to the surface of the midsole 30 after the lasting removing step S80 is completed.
Here, the insole 60 protects the sole of the wearer's foot from the hard midsole 30, and may display a trademark or LOGO of a leather shoe, and may be used as an advertisement medium and a design element of the leather shoe.
Therefore, the leather shoes with the open toe caps can be manufactured by the manufacturing method of the leather shoes with the open toe caps, the manufactured leather shoes with the open toe caps use the hard midsoles, prevent deformation caused by external pressure or impact and long-term wearing in wearing or storage state, stick soft pad on the surface of insole closely attached to front sole, keep comfortable wearing feeling, wear high-heeled shoes such as high-heeled shoes including shoes with open toe for a long time, not increase foot fatigue, not cause foot pain or deformation, prevent front sole slipping or heel falling off during walking, reduce friction between shoes, inhibit trauma such as blister generation after foot, prevent thick cocoon, clavus or dead skin generation on sole, and reduce noise during walking, the soft pad with the same height as the heightening prosthesis is not exposed outside, so that the leather shoes have beautiful appearance, and the heightening shoes worn by the people with short body also have the effect of self-confidence.
The above embodiments of the present invention are merely examples, and the present invention is not limited thereto. The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications and changes can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
