一种隔音隔热涂料。本发明公开了一种隔音保温涂料组合物。在制造内外墙乳胶漆涂料的同时将树脂发泡颗粒作为添充料加入,或者现有的内外墙乳胶漆中添加树脂发泡颗粒,树脂可以是PS(聚苯乙烯),聚乙烯,聚氯乙烯等。本发明的特点是填充方便,重量轻,隔音隔热效果显著。

一种隔音隔热涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑内墙乳胶漆的改进,特别是一种新型的 隔音保温涂料。
背景技术
在以往的隔音隔热涂料中,一种是在乳胶漆生产过程或制成 品中填充无机多孔材料制造隔音隔热涂料,例如填充珍珠岩颗粒 等。另外一种使用双组分发泡剂体系,主要成膜树脂是改性环氧 树脂,属于溶剂型涂料。前者的不足在于无机多孔材料的泡孔是 开孔的,涂料可以渗透进泡孔内,极大影响隔音隔热效果,而且 损耗涂料,无机材料没有弹性,不利于隔音,无机材料易破碎, 粒径不容易控制,制造大粒径(如1cm)的材料,并填充几乎不 能应用,比重较大施工难度大。后者属于溶剂型涂料,溶剂挥发 污染环境,双组分配比施工要求严格,配比后的涂料要尽快使 用,否则很快失效,无法施工。
发明内容
本发明即是针对上述问题提出一种隔音隔热效果良好、粒径 可以控制、用于水性乳胶漆、符合环保要求、施工简便的隔音隔 热涂料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的。
本发明使用新型添充材料,即闭孔发泡树脂颗粒。可以在一 般的内外墙乳胶漆的生产过程中添加,也可以在乳胶漆制造成 品后施工前加入,重量比例控制范围:1%--80%,优选5-10%,根据 不同的隔音隔热要求和颗粒密度掌握,对于高达80%的比例属于粘贴施工,即先涂涂料,未干燥之前粘贴发泡颗粒,之后冉喷涂 覆盖涂料,所述乳胶漆包括苯丙乳液型、纯丙乳液型、硅丙乳液 型和氟碳乳液型乳胶漆,当然,填充的对象不限于这些,对于不 能溶解、溶胀发泡颗粒的涂料、油漆都属于本发明的保护范围, 例如,内墙大白涂料,仿瓷涂料等。所述的树脂发泡是闭孔的, 或部分开孔的,材料是PS,AS,ABS,PMMA,PE,PP等一切可以制成 闭孔发泡颗粒的塑料或橡胶材料,优选聚苯乙烯(PS),粒径控制可 以和生产厂家确定,可以选的范围是0.08-10mm,闭孔发泡颗粒 的生产制造属于现有的成熟技术,已经成功应用于发泡板、发泡 管等,用于保温制品。
使用树脂发泡颗粒材料的优点在于,可以和乳胶漆有效黏 合、填充混合,闭孔内气体分布均匀,隔音隔热效果良好,重量 轻,节省乳胶漆消耗,施工配制方便,符合环保要求。

1.一种隔音隔热涂料,包括涂料和填料,其特征在于填料含有树脂发泡颗粒, 一种隔音隔热涂料,其特征在于所述的涂料包括乳胶漆,大白和仿瓷涂料。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种隔音隔热涂料,其特征在于所述树脂发泡颗粒,是闭 孔的,粒径在0.08mm---10mm之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种隔音隔热涂料,其特征在于所述树脂发泡颗粒,含量 在整个涂料重量比在1%---80%之间。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种隔音隔热涂料,其特征在于所述树脂发泡颗粒材料为 PS。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种隔音隔热涂料,其特征在于所述树脂发泡颗粒材料为PVC 。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种隔音隔热涂料,其特征在于所述树脂发泡颗粒材料为 PE。
7.如权利要求所述的一种隔音隔热涂料,其特征在于所述树脂发泡颗粒材料为 AS。
8.如权利要求所述的一种隔音隔热涂料,其特征在于所述树脂发泡颗粒材料为 ABS。
