Therefore, the device can automatically complete the cutting and rewinding of the self-adhesive labels, greatly improve the production efficiency, lighten the labor intensity, reduce the production cost, and has stable and reliable processing quality and obviously improved product quality.

The specific structure can be as follows: the self-adhesive discharging turntable 2 and the waste recycling turntable 5 are horizontally and rotatably arranged on the table top 11, and a label roll locking device 21 is arranged at the central position of the self-adhesive discharging turntable 2 and comprises a circular seat 22, a locking block 23 and a locking clamp 24; wherein, the round seat 22 is arranged on the self-adhesive discharging turntable 2 and is coaxial with the self-adhesive discharging turntable 2, and the upper surface of the round seat is provided with a chute 25 connected with the peripheral surface; the locking block 23 and the locking clamp 24 are respectively arranged in the sliding groove 25 and on the upper surface of the circular seat 22, and the locking block 23 is connected with a driving rod 241 of the locking clamp 24 and partially extends out of the sliding groove 25 on the peripheral side surface of the circular seat 22 under the action of the locking clamp 24, so that the locking of the self-adhesive label roll is realized. The slitting knife assembly 31 comprises a slitting base 311, a slitting knife head 312 and a blade 313, the slitting base 311 is movably and adjustably mounted on the table top 11 towards the slitting guide wheel 32, the slitting knife head 312 is mounted on one end of the slitting base 311 towards the slitting guide wheel 32, the blade 313 is mounted on the slitting knife head 312 and is connected and tangent to the surface of the slitting guide wheel 32 (as shown in fig. 3, the slitting guide wheel 32 comprises a roller 321 and a second roller seat 322, the second roller seat 322 is mounted on the table top 11; the roller 32) has an i-shaped cross section and is rotatably mounted on the upper end of the second roller seat 322, the blade 313 is connected and tangent to the surface of the roller 321, and the surface of the roller 321 can be hardened. Therefore, the separation effect and the transmission effect of the rewinding self-adhesive label and the waste can be improved, and the processing performance is more stable and more reliable.
