The rear end of the sleeve 3 is also welded with a positioning plate 6, as shown in fig. 5, the positioning plate 6 is formed by welding a round sleeve 12 and two T-shaped plates 13 provided with claws 14, the inner hole of the round sleeve 12 is welded and fixed with the sleeve 3, and the claws 14 at the two ends of the positioning plate 6 can be ensured to be clamped into the two sides of the arm of the crankshaft 2.
The front end of the loading rod 7 is an inclined plane, and the middle part of the loading rod is provided with a key slot matched with the limit screw 11. The loading rod 7 is inserted into the sleeve 3, the inclined surface is in spherical point contact with the rear end of the punch 4, the limit screw 11 is screwed into the key groove through the thread arranged on the sleeve 3, the moving distance of the loading rod 7 is limited, and the front end inclined surface is prevented from being in contact with the spherical surface to form self-locking. The V-shaped block 1 leans against the surface of a connecting rod neck of the crankshaft 2, meanwhile, two claws 14 of the positioning plate 6 are aligned to two sides of arms of the crankshaft 2 and loaded at the rear end of the loading rod 7, the inclined plane at the front end of the loading rod 7 pushes the punch 4, the spring 9 is compressed, the tip of the punch 4 is punched into one side of the inner wall of the crankshaft 2, and then a conical hole meeting the process requirements is punched. When the loading rod 7 is withdrawn, the punch 4 is withdrawn under the action of the spring 9, and the tip of the punch 4 can not scratch the inner wall surface of the crankshaft 2.
The adjusting screw 10 is screwed into the screw hole of the sleeve 3, so that the sleeve 3 can keep a certain distance with the inner wall of the crankshaft 2, and the sleeve 3 cannot move backwards under the action of the reaction force formed by the impact force of the punch 4, thereby further ensuring the forming of the tapered hole.
