本发明涉及一种农用联合粉土机。主要解决现有的育秧土加工装置加工效率低的问题。其特征在于:所述支架(2)顶部固定有加土斗,加土斗底部出口处设有粉土装置(3),粉土装置(3)底部设有粉土传送带(4),粉土传送带(4)下方设有滚筒筛(5),且粉土传送带(4)的右端通过加土筒(11)与滚筒筛(5)内部连通;所述滚筒筛(5)下方设有筛传送带(6),且滚筒筛(5)左端出口处的底部设有渣土传送带(7)。该农用联合粉土机加工效率高,可以满足育秧要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业机械领域,尤其是一种农用联合粉土机。
背景技术
在农业育秧领域,育秧土需要细而均匀。为满足育秧要求需要用育秧土加工装置加工土。而现有育秧土加工装置加工效率低,加工土难以满足育秧要求的问题,影响育秧效果。
发明内容
为了克服现有的育秧土加工装置加工效率低的不足,本发明提供一种农用联合粉土机,该农用联合粉土机加工效率高,可以满足育秧要求。
本发明的技术方案是:一种农用联合粉土机,包括撬装体,撬装体上部固定有支架,所述支架顶部固定有加土斗,加土斗底部出口处设有粉土装置,粉土装置底部设有粉土传送带,粉土传送带下方设有滚筒筛,且粉土传送带的右端通过加土筒与滚筒筛内部连通;所述滚筒筛下方设有筛传送带,且滚筒筛左端出口处的底部设有渣土传送带;
所述粉土装置包括两个平行的粗粉土轴,所述个粗粉土轴上均固定有若干个动绞刀,且粉土装置上固定有两排与动绞刀交错排列的定绞刀;所述粉土装置内部粗粉土轴的下方设有两个平行的细粉土轴,所述细粉土轴的两端分别固定有甩环,两个甩环之间连接有甩轴,且甩轴上连接有可自由旋转的甩刀,且相邻两个甩轴上的甩刀交错排列。
所述粉土传送带、滚筒筛及筛传送带均为右高左低倾斜布置。
本发明具有如下有益效果:由于采取上述方案,该粉土机通过动绞刀和定绞刀对育秧土进行初加工,再由甩刀进行二次加工,提高了育秧土加工效率,并且加工的育秧土又细又均匀;并且全部过程育秧土由传送带传递,效率高,可以满足育秧的要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
由图1至图3所示,一种农用联合粉土机,包括撬装体1,撬装体1底部设有行走轮,前端可以由牵引车牵引。撬装体1上部固定有支架2,所述支架2顶部的左侧固定有加土斗,加土斗底部出口处设有粉土装置3。所述粉土装置3内部设有两个粗粉土轴12及两个细粉土轴13,其中每个粗粉土轴12上均固定有若干个动绞刀8,且粉土装置3上固定有两排与动绞刀8交错排列的定绞刀9,动绞刀8与定绞刀9相互交叉,也就是说动绞刀8在两定绞刀9之间通过,采用动绞刀8与定绞刀9组成半螺旋锻刀。所述粗粉土轴12的下方设有两个平行的细粉土轴13,两个细粉土轴13结构相同。所述细粉土轴13的两端分别固定有甩环14,两个甩环14之间连接有至少2个甩轴15,且每个甩轴15上均连接有可自由旋转的甩刀10,且相邻两个甩轴15上的甩刀10交错排列,也就说一个甩刀10在相邻的另两个甩刀10之间通过,采用细粉土轴、甩环、甩轴、甩刀组成双轮甩刀粉碎装置,由动绞刀8与定绞刀9配合对育秧土粗加工,再由甩刀10细加工。
所述粉土装置3底部设有粉土传送带4,粉土传送带4下方设有筒状的滚筒筛5,且粉土传送带4的右端通过加土筒11与滚筒筛5内部连通,由粉土传送带4传送来的育秧土经过加土筒11引入滚筒筛5内。所述滚筒筛5两端和中部设有加强带,对滚筒起到支撑和加强的作用。所述滚筒筛5下方设有筛传送带6,可以将加工好的育秧土输出,且滚筒筛5左端出口处的底部设有渣土传送带7,将滚筒筛5筛出的渣土输出。所述粉土装置3、粉土传送带4、滚筒筛5、筛传送带6以及渣土传送带7通过皮带轮和皮带相互连接或与减速器相连,减速器与电机相连,粉土传送带4、滚筒筛5以及筛传送带6为右高左低倾斜设置。粉土传送带4和筛传送带6采用滚筒式,也就是鼠笼式,有效避免粘土,从加土斗进土,通过半螺旋动绞刀8绞土进行切开,通过半螺旋动绞刀8下料至由细粉土轴、甩环、甩轴、甩刀10组成的双轮对转机构把土进一步粉碎。下料至粉土传送带4,再运至滚筒筛5中清选,清选后精土落入筛传送带6装车,分离出的杂质落入侧渣土传送带7放入一侧以便清理。
实际使用时,将育秧土从农用联合粉土机的加土斗加入,育秧土经过由动绞刀8与定绞刀9配合对育秧土粗加工,再落下经甩刀10细加工,细加工后的育秧土落在粉土传送带4上,通过粉土传送带4和加土筒11将细加工后的育秧土送入滚筒筛5内筛选,筛选后的育秧土由筛传送带6输出,渣土由渣土传送带7输出。

1.一种农用联合粉土机,包括撬装体(1),撬装体(1)上部固定有支架(2),其特征在于:所述支架(2)顶部固定有加土斗,加土斗底部出口处设有粉土装置(3),粉土装置(3)底部设有粉土传送带(4),粉土传送带(4)下方设有滚筒筛(5),且粉土传送带(4)的右端通过加土筒(11)与滚筒筛(5)内部连通;所述滚筒筛(5)下方设有筛传送带(6),且滚筒筛(5)左端出口处的底部设有渣土传送带(7);
所述粉土装置(3)包括两个平行的粗粉土轴(12),所述2个粗粉土轴(12)上均固定有若干个动绞刀(8),且粉土装置(3)上固定有两排与动绞刀(8)交错排列的定绞刀(9);所述粉土装置(3)内部粗粉土轴(12)的下方设有两个平行的细粉土轴(13),所述细粉土轴(13)的两端分别固定有甩环(14),两个甩环(14)之间连接有甩轴(15),且甩轴(15)上连接有可自由旋转的甩刀(10),且相邻两个甩轴(15)上的甩刀(10)交错排列。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农用联合粉土机,其特征在于:所述粉土传送带(4)、滚筒筛(5)及筛传送带(6)均为右高左低倾斜布置。
